I went to this location after another salon just totally butchered some gel extensions. They were SO nice and did an amazing job on my nails. She put attention to detail and time into them most places dont. I didnt catch her name but the man at the front is super helpful and nice. Thank you guys so much 🙏 I finally found a good nail place

This spa is so clean and always on time; as soon as I arrived, a staff member came over to consult with me right away. They’re definitely not on “flexible time” here!

Everything here is amazing! I got hybrid gel nails and I absolutely love them. The manager is very easygoing and always attentive to customers. The spa is truly clean, and all the tools are thoroughly sterilized. I’m extremely satisfied with the service here.

True professionals!! Its simple, they work mainly with appointments but also take walk ins. I always call to make my appointment and they work well with me to find the best time to go in. If I go in as a walk-in sometimes they have availability, sometimes I have to wait 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I need to schedule for a later time and date. As a regular client I appreciate that I don’t have to sit around and wait for more than I have to. They’re clear with the way they work and they truly care about their clients and their staff. Came here to get a Gel Full Set with Tony, he is amazing. He not only gave me exactly the shape that i asked for, but also gave me recommendation about the nails . This place is very clean, and looks spacious. They give you the pedicure liner if you need one, and they also have different kinds of pedicure spa that will make you feel so pampered. I tried their Deluxe Pedicure and was so happy with the service. It definitely becomes my nail place from now on.

His staff is professional as well and services are great. everyone is seen in a timely fashion and organized. However, dont take it from me, experience it yourself. Fantastic, talented service and super lovely staff. The manager is so kind and the male technician with the tattoos is really down to earth and talented. The environment is not a luxurious spa in Coral Gables, but I find it comforting. If having your nails look awesome and last long is important to you, come here. If you want the fru-fru spa treatment with over-priced nails that wont last a week because the staff is miserable, go to one of those trendier places. Less wait time for me! (Although the wait time is not even an issue really, theyre quick!) I will be doing my nails here forever now! :)

I frequented the place frequently for two years, the people in charge of the place are Asian, few words but very friendly and provide good service. You can also choose to be served by other girls, some are Latinas and others speak English. I really liked how they did my eyebrow waxing, and the grooming of my hands and feet. The attention is good and the service is fast. I recommend it.

I loved my visit to Elite Nails. Cathy did my nails and they looked divine. Rosie and Tony maintain a safe and organized protocol with appointments and clients. I was fascinated to enter and feel welcome.

I have been coming to get my hands, feet and eyebrows done for 5 years now, I love this place, I like the attention, everyone is spectacular, in my particular case, no one could find my acrylic nails, something always happened to me, they got fungus or fell off since I started. I started with Tony, nothing of that ever happened to me again, I am super happy, for me they are all good Gladys, super special, Rosi, Jeny, I highly recommend it and if you have someone in front of you, you can stay at Ross.hahaha b diaaa...!!!!!
