I’ve always had a great experience here. Love the cooling machines they use and the office is always beautiful and clean. Laser is never necessarily a fun process, but Anya made my experience great. She has a warm personality that made me feel I was in good hands and was very thorough. They are very pleasant to create an appointment with, and the laser technicians have all been very kind and informative and approachable - something thats important when youre doing these sessions! I have nothing but good things to say and will recommend them to anyone. The entrance/waiting area is very clean, smells nice with candles burning, and the front desk staff are always attentive. Never a wait, either; I am seen within minutes of arriving every time. Cant wait for my next session! ♥️

This allows you to be feel comfortable exposing yourself. They provide water and the facility is beautiful and well sanitized. Honestly I rarely take time to review places but this was my first time ever doing laser- I waxed for the first time 2 months ago and I saw the stars, never again, so laser was recommended to me. I got the Groupon for an extra large area and chose my brazilian and underarms. Best decision I’ve ever made!When I arrived they had this cute phrase on the wall that says “by the Grace of God”, I honestly don’t know if they’re a Christian business but as a Christian business owner myself I loved it! I was so nervous lol like armpit sweating nervous I think waxing scarred me 😂Sabrina took her time explaining everything to me, as she was using the laser she made sure to check in on my pain tolerance and explain what she was doing and where she was moving the laser. She took the time to explain after care to me and I never felt rushed—which is usually the case at places like this that have short appointments and book clients back to back. Sabrina was so kind and patient with me and all my questions. The check in ladies were smiling and just seemed like happy to be there, customer service was amazing, I tipped my tech but honestly was never asked or pressured to.I’m so glad these ladies made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait for my next appointment, I shouted them out on my Instagram and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do laser.

Ive had simply the BEST experience at SEV (Brickell location). Im halfway through my treatments and I am already seeing results beyond what I could have ever imagined. As someone that has struggled with being a hairy gal, this is life changing for me.For first timers:- I was so scared of the pain before my first appointment, and let me tell you, it is not bad at all. Their air-blowing technology helps tremendously. Dont be afraid to speak up and ask them to reduce the heat and amp up the air on your most sensitive spots. And then... you will laugh at yourself because it is over in a few minutes. I was so scared for nothing. The second and third times have been completely painless for me.-The place is so chic, and knowing that they have over 20 locations make me feel good about going there. Also, I saw on instagram that Sofia Richie Grainge and other celebs go to SEVs locations, just saying :)-Parking is easy, theres often spots available right in front of the SEV. You will be in-out in a matter of minutes (obviously that depends what you are getting done).-Scheduling and check-in is so easy and the staff is incredible!-As for the actual laser, Ive had Lada and Michelle and I can vouch that they are both phenomenal at their job. Im pretty sensitive and they have been listening and catering to my needs. Theyve made me feel so comfortable and peaceful.Honestly, since starting my laser journey, I have been telling all of my girl-friends to go there as they are not only the best, but have the best prices. When choosing where to go, I called multiple other companies, all asking well over an additional $1,000 to what I would be paying at SEV. I ended up using one of their Groupon deals, but wouldve happily purchased the treatments even without the discounted offer. SEV Brickell is *that* good.Take the leap, dont be scared, and you will thank yourself for having started now.

I want to share my experience with SEV. I had laser hair removal on my face (chin, sideburns, upper lip). After the first session, there were no results. I think the master put low power. I did not feel anything when I was done. I had the opportunity to have another procedure. The master was different, I think she put more power at my request. And I felt a slight burning sensation. With her it went faster and better. And it worked! After a few days the hair began to fall off. The result can judge for yourself. It is definitely there. I dont understand the sun policy, because how can you not be in the sun for four weeks? I mean, you have to be home for a month. I dont think its a big problem if you use a sunblock with high SPF all the time. In general, I recommend this salon. 1 photo right after the 1st session. 2 photo- 1-st session after a while . 3 photo- after a while the 2nd session

For starters, the receptionist over the phone was so sweet and very informative and much help. I love how I found out they opened a SEV location in Miami was from a Groupon, when I mentioned it the lady did not treat me any different (most company do when you mention Groupon), instead I literally was able to to get a last minute booking in as well! The energy and service is definitely a 10/10. First impressions are everything and it’s definitely a reason why I got the Groupon, and even after my Groupon I will KEEP coming back because the prices are great! It was only my first session so I can’t speak on that yet (just that it was PAIN-FREE and FAST), but from many many reviews and how widely known they are for their laser treatments, I’m sure I will be pleased. 🤩👍🏼

Correction as of 2/24/22: Everything is fine. The treated hair fell out and is not growing anymore. For some reason it took longer this time. Thank you!!_____________________________________________I went for a touch up treatment and almost all the hair grew back in 3 days. Only a small amount of follicles got treated. I dont know why, because of low settings or patchy coverage by the cosmetologist.I got treatments before in a different place and the skin stayed smooth for 3-4 weeks before new hair started growing. I find the treatment I received in SEV ineffective.

The place is very nice, everything is impeccable, the service is very fast and effective, so Im getting results, I just want to make the following suggestion to the staff that gives information there! be more explicit and simply summarize what the preconditions are to be able to do the treatment (I personally had to go twice before starting it and wait another 4 weeks for the first session due to lack of information about previous care. It is important that the staff not only makes the appointment, but talks with you for 5 minutes and advises you better about it, for example, not having exposed the skin to the sun for 4 weeks before, shaving the area to be treated, eliminating certain vitamins or medications before treatment ect ect ect
