I moved back to Miami in 2022 and I’ve spent the last 2 years looking for a solid salon/stylist that I want to build a long term relationship with, and in so happy to say I’ve found my spot! I was scheduled with Gia and she gave me the haircut I’ve been trying to get for so long! It was so perfect and bouncy and I’ve had a lot of fun styling it the past couple of months ☺️ She’s also so nice to talk with and we hit it off great, I can’t wait to book with her again. My cut was in October, and to this day I still get compliments - so happy with everything!

So thankful for this salon. I have been cutting my hair with Stephanie since I was a teen and I am now 32. The outcome of my hair was incredible and I go really light wanting to put silver in my hair. My hair is dark brown. Like anything we should expect that if we want a good outcome and want what we’re asking for that the price and the time will reflect that. Going extremely light to put in silver takes a few hours. As well as the labor that is put in by the stylist. I will pay and wait any day of the week for great outcomes opposed to having my hair burned or having an undesired outcome. I felt that she was very prompt in helping me, the salon environment was great, the lady that helps clean was so cute and brought coffee and more coffee and more coffee! I loved it. As well as Stephanie’s assistant was very kind, personable, and helpful. So much attention to detail from the staff, and always incredible to watch Steph utilize all the knowledge she has to bring everything to a desired outcome. She is on the ball and even if you think you’ve been sitting under the heater too long with lightener, she legit knows hair and the timing! I have never had a bad outcome! 🥰

I strongly recommend this salon for anyone wishing to retain their natural hair texture and minimal to no damage. I had a balayage done by Steph and had zero breakage. My natural hair is almost black and she was able to get it as light as I wanted it, the blend is perfection. I flew out from NC to see her since she was recommended to me and It was the best thing I could have done. Her staff was also super inviting and professional. No products were pushed on me which was so nice, I ended up asking her for recommendations on my own and ended up purchasing the matrix purple shampoo which now I recommend to anyone that compliments my hair, 10/10 recommend.

Dairo is so amazing!! I am still in awe several months later!I went in for my first hair dye in forever since the pandemic and was very nervous. I really appreciate his patience, knowledge, and making this experience fun for me! He listens to all my concerns and walk me through each process before we worked on my hair. I like that he consistently checks on me from time to time and provides update 🫶🏻 !! It can be nerve wrecking when you’re sitting on the salon chair frying your hair and the hairdresser never checks on you. BUT NOT DAIRO, he was with my every step of the way. Just look at the results!!! Im so obsess with my new peekaboo! 🥹💖

I especially love Monica who knows exactly what I want and doesn’t push cutting more than I want. My hairstyle last for days. I have personally never been happier or trusted a salon more than I have here. I have had a HARD TIME trusting any hair stylist. I’m also very shy and have high anxiety. So it’s hard for me to talk about what I want, but this appointment I had as my first time made me feel so incredibly comfortable. Everyone was so nice, I ended up having full blown conversations with not only my hair stylist, Melissa, but the stylist next to her and her client as well as another client who was waiting for her appointment. I mean I can’t explain how welcoming it was to come here. Even the owner, Stephanie, was so nice and ensuring everyone was okay. She was very attentive and observant to ensure everything was running smooth. I truly loved my experience here and my hair came out BETTER than I even expected it to. I plan on bringing everyone I can to this salon and def would recommend everyone here.

I went to Millenial Beauty Salon looking to get a color fix, my hair had different colors due to a hair treatment that I had before so the roots were lighter than the rest of my hair. Well Meghan magic hands did achieve the exact look that I wanted. My hair color was dark at that time and I wanted a brunette balayage with a natural highlight look. I got really happy with the result and plus her service was neat! She is very kind, patient and professional. Everyone at the salon seemed to know what they do very well, I spent the entire day there and let me tell you the girl sitting next to me left same time and she looked with a flawless hair balayage too. Not forgetting to mention that the salon looks beautiful!!! All pink and great decoration :-)Girls don’t doubt to try this beauty salon, you won’t be disappointed!

I am not local to Miami, so finding a salin with availability and no recommendations was stressful. They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a wash and style. Id just had surgery on my arms and hadnt been able to wash my hair for days. I was comfortable the whole time and the scalp massage was very pleasant. I wasnt overly pressed for conversation, and I am beyond thankful for that (Im always super awkward in public).

This salon is the best in the area! The salon itself is super cute and the customer service is outstanding. I went in for a simple cut — the wash was so relaxing and then the stylist gave me a hair mask (free of charge) just because she noticed I may be waiting a few minutes before the other stylist was ready. It was so efficient and appreciated. The cut was adorable and the prices are more than affordable. I will be returning for all my other services! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon - I only wish I had found them sooner!

ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN the best balayage ombre that I have ever had! My hair is VERY dIfficult to lift. MELISSA ..did it seemlessly. ALL of the stylists thereARE this amazing! The atmosphere is so chill ! The vibe is just so amazing. My color is the best I have ever had. The cut was equALLY as good. Price was on point! She even had to do a root smudge with it. I saw Monica when I lived in Miami. She was by far the best hair colorist I have ever been to. I have naturally dark hair, & she was able to lift it & still keep it soft & damage free, while still achieving the blonde I wanted. I moved back to Jersey but would love to go back to her if we ever came back to Miami. The salon was clean, everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend. They know what they’re doing!!

I have been coming to Millennial Beauty Salon since they first opened in Kendall and from the beginning of my journey to present day they never disappoint. I went through quite a couple hairdressers trying to find that one place I could trust with my hair eyes closed and when I came across Steph (the owner) and her team I finally found them. I have been white bleach blonde, copper, burgundy red & back to blonde and my hair has never been compromised. Steph is very knowledgeable about the process of using bleach and mixing colors and shares her knowledge with her team. At any chance I get I am always recommending her to family and friends because of the amount of trust that I have in her. Not to mention Steph and her team are all so welcoming and humble and being in the salon with all of them gives you a sense of security. Regardless of the color hair you have if you’re looking for a salon that you could trust with your hair look no further, you’ve found the place.

Got my hair done with Daniella! She is the best! Takes the time to explain what the process is like because it can be a daunting experience when you don’t know much about balayage. I love how my hair looks each time. I remember the first time I went to her I showed her a picture and she said she would try her best for it to look like that but hair is hair and my hair is a pain in the a$$. It’s dark and over processed which takes forever to bleach but with that said, it came out even better than what I had pictured!!! I’ve already booked with her 3 times and will definitely be going back again! :)

I’ve done Microblading with Jessica and she is wonderful, detailed and professional and courteous. I upkeep my eyebrows waxing with Jessica. If perfection is what your looking for she is the go to person. For my hair I have used Stephanie and she is great. I needed a touch up and Stephanie wasn’t available and had a hair appointment with Jessica and wow I was truly happy with the results! Jessica will definitely be my go to person for everything. I also had my 72 year old mom get her hair done with Jess and all I could say is how grateful I am of the customer care she shows for all of her clients.

Dani is forever and always my go to stylist, she delivers EVERY TIME. She is literally my secret weapon. Whatever idea I come in with she gives 200% If I bring in a reference picture, she matches it EXACTLY, down to a T (something that I found very challenging to receive from other stylists in the past) If I come in with a half baked idea, she makes it 1000 times better when realized. I always walk out feeling invincible and it’s easy to feel like a million bucks when the quality, care, and service goes beyond 5 stars. Being Mothers of children diagnosed with Cancer or in remission that is something we rarely have a chance to do!! My uncle used to do my hair since I was a super young and after he moved to Colombia I had to find a new hair dresser. I heard many good reviews about this salon and a friend I used to work with recommended Dairo. I cannot say enough good things about Dairo and the other girls that work there. It was the exact opposite of what I wanted, in desperation to fix the disaster they did, I searched for best hair salons in Kendall and Millennial Beauty Salon popped up with great reviews so I stopped by the following day, explained my situation to the first person I saw who was Dairo and without hesitation he confidently said he would do whatever it took to fix it. I honestly cannot say enough about my experience. My stylist was Ylaira and the attention to detail she took to my hair was amazing. I had never experienced that and because of that attention the coloring came out flawless. She lightened my hair so seamlessly. I still get comments about my hair and it’s been 6 months. Ylaira, you’re the best!
