My entire experience from making the initial appointment to completing my visit was streamlined. The staff is very professional and courteous , my visit with Dr. Weitz and her assistant was excellent. Another big plus is that the practice is run very efficiently and is highly considerate of their patients scheduled appointment times. As a busy professional I dont have the time to sit and wait 1-2 hours past my scheduled appointment time to see a doctor. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and completed my visit within 45 minutes. I highly recommend visiting Diane Walker Dermatology for all of your skin care needs.

Not only are the GREAT doctors but they are extremely personable and informative, taking time to explain every procedure to their patients. I arrived to the office to always pleasant smiling receptionist. My wait time is always very short ( they run an on time office!! Plus the office is always spotlessly clean). First of all, Dr. Chen is lovely to talk to, welcoming, makes time to really listen to your skin goals and what you are looking for( in my case, Picoway Laser to treat sun damage). She discussed downtime, how the laser works and what her recommendations were prior to treating me. The assistant( didnt catch her name) was also lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I never felt rushed, and I cant wait to go back for my next treatment!

But decided to take a chance on this firm. Dr. Chen is the only dermatologist that I will be going to. She is a true professional and I appreciate her friendly and personable style of communicating. She has been, and continues, to be very thorough in her practice. She asks questions, and listens as part of her accurately assessing and evaluating as well as diagnosing a problem. She has created excellent treatment plans, even making a referral (to a very good surgeon) when necessary. Dr. Chen follows-up to ensure that that the original problem was 100% corrected, providing thorough advice and counsel on how to take preventative measures and avoid any future problems. Dr. Chen’s nurse, Lecy, is also exceptional. She genuinely cares about providing patients with the best care. I’ve always appreciated hearing her talk about her passion for where she works and the work she does. I really appreciate the way Dr. Chen focuses on continued care, suggesting regular periodic scheduled visits to identify and correct issues before they become a problem.I highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist.It is also worth mentioning that the front desk receptionist is very nice, as well as the most of the staff. The reception area, exam rooms, restroom and office areas are very clean. I especially like that you never see other patients and there has been a consistent “on-time” commitment to appointment times. This is a medical office run like a business, yet I’ve never felt as though I’m in a medical facility.I should probably add that fees are reasonable, and street parking is readily accessible, with a garage 1 block away. Easy and convenient.
