We stopped by to remove our gel polish and acrylic. Maria was very friendly, kind and patient, she did a lovely job and chatted with us a bit. She made sure we were comfortable and checked in with us throughout the process; another employee or maybe the owner came by at some point and also checked in with us and was so kind of her to do so. Hidden just off Lincoln Road, this spa has been a local favorite for years. The rooms are arranged around a central water feature, creating a serene atmosphere with the usual spa music playing in the background.I had a full-body massage with Alyssia, who was excellent. She applied firm pressure when needed and went lighter where appropriate, striking the right balance whilst following requests. Her conversation was just the right amount.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this spa as an alternative to the pricy hotel spas whose staff have no expectation of return guests.

She gives the best customer service, highest quality treatments from body contouring to facials! Her hands work magic with the lymphatic drainage massage she does to snatch your waist and make you feel y like new! If you go to Spa E, make sure you see Cynthia!!Also.. Maggie is the best with massages! Trust me on this!

Tucked away off Lincoln Road, this quiet spa definitely knows what they’re doing. The rooms surround a central interior water feature with the standard spa music playing.I wasn’t sure what treatment to get, so they suggested a skin analysis and asked why I chose the red light treatment (I was curious). They did an appropriate amount of talking, and very thoughtful in suggesting upsells as opposed to just doing it to increase the ticket size.I can’t wait to go back, and highly suggest this spa as an alternative to the very expensive spas on the beach!

Most incredible experience! This spa is a multi service oasis in the midst of Miami beach. Vivian and Maria are so well skilled and knowledgeable. I got a pedicure and added on a massage. They even wrapped my sneakers in a lovely bag for me when I changed into sandals. Customer service is absolutely a priority and some of the best I’ve ever received! The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and the music is so soothing. A must visit if you’re looking for mani/ pedi, massage, facials and more!

The owner is a pleasure, the therapists are incredible, and the whole experience will make you relax so hard youll never want to leave! I had the 4-layer facial today with Maria and my skin is GLOWING! A luxurious experience from start to finish. I have really sensitive skin and Maria was able to give me some great suggestions to care for my skin. I felt so relaxed I think I fell asleep twice during the appointment which never happens for me. Without doubt the best spa services ever. Cynthia is amazing, the Brazilian butt lift is sensational with immediate visible result and no pain after treatment. The treatments for neck and face are unbelievable in the results and again no residual discomfort. Highly recommend over any others even in New York!!!! Also, they have best teeth whitening Ive ever experienced. The massage by Alessia is one of the best Ive had and Ive had a lot!!! Do not miss E spa. I go every time Im in Miami Beach.

We both felt very relaxed during our services. Vivian made me feel very comfortable during my massage (Deep Tissue). My husband commented that Jenny provided a great pedicure (Foot Fetish). We will definitely come back when we vacation in Miami again.

Had a wonderful experience at this spa! Reese did such a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and relaxed! I was offered cucumber water, and also cucumber for my eyes. The reclining chairs were so comfy. I had a pedicure done. Loved the mini foot bath and there were many colors to choose from! My friends had a great experience with Virginia and Vivian as well!

I have been to many spas and had many manicures but this was my best experience ever. The staff was so professional and friendly. They did a great job and were very thorough. Everybody at this place is so fantastic - from the friendly woman who helped me make my reservation to the front desk receptionist who helped me get settled as I filled out my forms and was super accommodating due to us being slightly delayed. Katia was my massage therapist and was EXCEPTIONAL! I got the Oh So Deep Massage and it was everything I needed and more. She was a total gem and focused on the areas I had asked for - my back and legs. I loved that she was so attentive and really took her time to make sure she worked on all my knots. This was unlike any past massage experience I’ve had - I would come back to Miami just to come here again and get a massage with Katia! She was great - thank you!

This is the perfect Covid-19 friendly way to get a pedicure! Lovely place, lots of space and doors open for air. We had pedicures which were great quality - they do them in the comfortable chairs where you lie back with cucumber slices on your eyes and you just relax. I loved the water feature in the background, so quiet I felt I was meditating while they scrubbed and polished my feet. Plus the owner Brenda is so sweet- great place, and will be back!

This is really great place. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. My daughters (4, 10) both got facials for the first time and the staff was so great that the girls fell asleep during their facials, which was an added bonus. Definitely a must visit place on our return visits to south beach.

I would definitely advise coming in early. Was able to walk in without an appointment. However, I dont think that is the norm because 2 ladies came in after me and had to come back 2+ hours later. Noemi was great! She took her time on my pedicure making the experience very pleasant and relaxing... my feet look and feel amazing!!! Would definitely recommend.

This Spa is the best on Miami Beach. I have lived here for years now and was just looking up the number when I thought I should leave a review. The pedicure here can simply not be beat. You are brought to a chair, cucumbers and a towel over your face, I usually start to bliss out at this point as the chair does all the work for you. Lowering into water, raising and adjusting around you. You could sleep through the whole thing. SO RELAXING! I have been a dozen times each as lovely an experience as the last.

I had such an amazing experience at this spa this weekend that I wanted to write a review, Im not much of a review writer. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I ended up getting a pedicure and and zone out which was a back and shoulder massage while I was getting my pedicure... pure relaxation! Great experience and I will be coming to visit again next time I come down from Jupiter. 18% gratuity is included which Im never a big fan of however if very common on south beach.

Cintia performed an Ultrasound Microneedling treatment on my face to minimize the pores and sun spots and after a couple of days my skin was glowing than never before ! Cintia is an awesome professional, very knowledgeable and the Spa is gorgeous, with everything to make you feel like a queen.

The staff was super friendly and nice! It’s very clean and comfortable. The only thing I was not a big fan of was the manner in which mani and pedi is done… there’s no table or traditional chair. You sort of lay down on a chair and they hold your hand or foot and the curing machine is on your lap. The location is great, I just think if they had tables, it would be a bit more comfortable! Loved it otherwise!

After 3 days looking for a place to have a mani pedi without appointment and with shellac product for the mani, I walked there by pure chance this morning!Thank you to the lady who took care of me. That was a wonderful experience with the most comfortable chair possible and the great communication just before which was a better service than I was expected. I havent do anything since 4 months ago so she has been being very professional and patient though.18% tips included BUT they deserve much more!Thank You for your work in detail and very high quality.I am so Happy!

I went there for a polish change. Upon entering there was a calming atmosphere immediately. Very modern and it had a sterile, but good feeling. While I was getting my toes done, the owner talked me into a facial. They were running a special. It was just what i needed. Prices are reasonable as well. I paid $53 for all of my services including the tip.

The spa is absolutely AMAZING as soon as you walk in. It’s calming nice and clean and the water fall effect really relaxes you while your having your treatment. Makes you feel like your in the ocean. My facial was by far the BEST facial I have ever had! I get facials regularly since I was 27 or so. I’m 37 now so I’ve had my share or facials. The esthetician was super knowledgeable and helpful. When I got up to see my face I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked! I’m so in love with the the spa, the treatment, and the staff! Oh. I forgot to mention, they massage you feet while ur laying down in the most amazing bed! 10 STARS!

Such an attentive, clean and professional space! My skin found it hard to adjust to Florida weather (oily, white heads prone skin) but thanks to the esthetician I was a able to gain the control back and repair the skin barrier without drying it. The products they used on me were sustainable seaweed Repechage products. Love!!! (extra point for ethical business!!) I took home the Rapidex Marine Exfoliator and can’t wait to be back for another facial. Secret tip: u can get a foot massage while waiting for your mask to work - game changer

SpaE is way above all competition, clean, professional and the treatments are beyond perfection- the Happy Foot massage, (with a scalp massage at same time) is pure decadent bliss, plus first rate mani/ pedi, wax and facials. This is a place where couples can happily go as the other half will be in heaven doing Happy Foot and scalp massage while you can peacefully have all of your necessary treatments. My grandchildren really adored these treatments too! Everyone will be walking on clouds for a few hours after... highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service was FANTASTIC! My husband accidentally stepped on my foot after I had gotten my nails done, and the nail salón i had originally went to was closed. Not only did Spa E squeeze me in ti fix my nail when they were about to close, but they did a great job and treated me very well! Excellent experience!
