Love visiting Elegant Nails! Chanel did a wonderful job on my deluxe pedicure and manicure with a chrome topper. In all the times Ive been, Ive never been disappointed in the service Ive received! My gel nails always hold up for longer than I expect. All the nail techs are knowledgeable and offer service that cant be matched.

Jenny did an amazing job on my gel cat eye polish change on my toes. She was gentle and took her time. She even wanted to take the extra time and fix the naill that I accidentally bumped. You can just tell that she takes pride in everything that she does. I will definitely be recommending my clients to her, & I will be back myself, as well. Tried this salon since I heard that it is under new ownership. Had a great deluxe pedicure and was pleasantly surprised as to how detailed and professional the service was on my visit last week. Ive had good pedicures in the past in Orlando, but this was was outstanding.They have a wide variety of offerings including gel, acrylic nail, and nail design services. They are also upgrading their color selection over the coming months.I would recommend that you call and schedule an appointment to have a great experience.

I want to give a 5 star review because I absolutely LOVE how Chanel does our nails. However, she wasnt there today so we had to use someone else. I left my daughter and her friend there getting their nails done while I went to Kohls, to later find out that they were charged $80!!(Not including tip). I was very disappointed as we have done this numerous times before with Chanel and were never charged this much. Cant believe I just spent $100 here just for nails 😭

I cant say enough wonderful things about Elegant Nails! Last Friday, my girlfriend Catalina had an appointment there, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment she walked in, the staff treated her with the utmost care and attention. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and impeccably clean, which immediately put her at ease.Catalina was thrilled with the extensive selection of nail lacquers, gel polishes, and dip powders. Trinh, the technician who worked with her was incredibly skilled and took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. They made sure to follow all safety and sanitation protocols, which really impressed us both.When she left, Catalinas nails looked absolutely stunning, and she couldnt stop raving about how pampered and relaxed she felt. Definitely worth the price! The gentleman that did my dipped nails listened to what I wanted and was very patient with me as I choose my colors and shape. My wife and I have came here twice already and both times have been amazing. My wife and I have been to a lot of different places together and out of every one Elegant Nail Spa has been the best one. Their service has been unmatchable, their prices for the quality has been unmatchable. My best friend and I went In Saturday afternoon looking to get our nails done. We traveled all the way from Palm Bay and were hoping to get our nails done for her birthday. We walked in without an appointment and Andy was so welcoming, sweet and more than accommodating! They didnt know how far we had come or that it was my friends birthday. They were just phenomenal from the start. Our nail techs Ben and Lee were so amazing! Not only did they do an excellent job on our nails, they honored and blew us away with the job they did based on the pictures we showed them on our phones! Just amazing! They matched our colors perfectly, even if it wasnt in their color book! Lee fixed my nails as the last place did a horrible job! So attentive and funny as well! We will absolutely make the drive every time we get our nails done and will be bringing them more service with everyone we know! Amazing place!

Chanel and her husband have somewhat recently taken over Elegant Nails, and I couldn’t be happier. They are both so friendly and take the time to listen to what the client needs/wants. I take my daughter (age 7) in with me most of the time, and they take their time with her nails and go above and beyond with the designs/ideas that she has instead of just slapping some polish on and calling it a day. I get acrylic with gel polish by Chanel, and she does a fabulous job! Thank you so much!

I have moved states a lot and I am incredibly picky about my nails. Every time I have moved I usually try 4 or 5 salons before I am satisfied with the work. When we moved here in November Elegant Nail Spa is the first one I tried and the last. I showed them how I like my nails and they nailed it the first time and every time since. Great environment and Yen and her staff are extremely friendly.Over the years I have learned that when you find a great spa like this you have to communicate with them on how YOU like your nails to be done. Everyone is different and has different tastes. They are not mind readers. If you let them know what you like and maybe see something you don’t tell them and I guarantee they will fix it there and then to how you like it.Unfriendly staff is one thing which is definitely not the case here but don’t leave a bad review because you didn’t speak up. That is you speaking up after the fact and not giving the business a fair chance to make it how you want. Which they will do. Next time let them know while you are there while they are doing your nails.

This place definitely deserves better reviews than what people are leaving. Ive been there a couple of times now (for pedicures) and Ive never left disappointed. The staff is friendly, they have massage chairs and free soda, its very clean (they use new tools with every customer), they have a good selection of polish colors that arent watered down, and its reasonably priced. Its not the fanciest nail salon you could find, but it still meets all the requirements I look for. For a $30 pedicure, youre not going to find much better.

My mom and I went in for pedicures for our cruise and the experience was very nice! We made an appointment and they sat us down maybe 5-10 minutes after which was fine. It took maybe 45 min. The chairs are older, but they still work out the knots in my back! lol They sat us down to soak our feet and thankfully adjusted the temp since it was almost too hot. If youre not into talking, theyre fine with that. Theyll just go about their business. Though, one of the ladies was watching TV on her phone while working on my moms toes. She didnt do a bad job at all, but it just seemed odd.They arent too rough either. I had a tender spot on my toe and he was gentle around it. I also appreciated that while he was masterfully massaging lotion into my legs, he went back and buffed out rough spots that he detected on my foot. The paint job was of course good since its a better job than I can do myself! lolWhen all was said and done, he helped me put on my flip flops, walked me over to get my toes dried under the light and even offered me a free soda/water! The price was also reasonable for me; only $28. Even though it may not be the fanciest place, I still enjoy it and the people there.

I think they did a fantastic job and the lady really took her time but the price for a gel manicure was 35$ I feel like that’s very high price point for just a gel mani usually almost all places are 15-25$ . If they were using high quality products I could understand but they weren’t so the price didn’t really make much sense..maybe the location. I WOULD RECOMMEND to a friend but I wouldn’t return 🙂

I dont know why the reviews are so bad and negative. My whole family has been going to this salon for years and Ive never had a problem. I had four broken nails and the person who did my nails gave me acrylics for free to fix my broken nails and even offered me food because I told my sister I was hungry. I dont know how people have bad experiences there. I find it truly amazing!

Upon reading these reviews, I called them and informed them of the negative reputation they have gained online, and they had no idea. My intention was to ask if they had made any changes since their last negative review, but of course they werent aware they even had a proboem. She said to me In sorry, I did not know, but if you trust me and come by we will try our best to make you happy. So I did go, and she and and her technicians did an awesome job at doing just that. My friend and I each got a regular pedicure and were both satisfied. Sure, they may have put on a show because I referenced the reviews, but at least now they are aware, and frankly embarrassed of their reputation and can see she was quite sad about it, as she often apologized for the reviews. I think when we see these over the top negative reviews we dont even consider that, A. Some people are just ridiculous, and B. They dont know that customers are unhappy. This is someones life work, their bread and butter, they deserve the chance to make things right, and I believe theyll do better now knowing what people are saying about their business. Give em a chance, and if youre unhappy, please tell them, its only fair.

I moved from SoCal to Florida in Sept 2017. My expectations with nail service and the way my nails should look are probably higher than most. In 18 months, I went to 7 different nail salons and was disappointed with them all. When I traveled back to California to visit, I would get my nails done just to be happy with my nails. I even tried convincing my nail person in Ca to move to the area. This is how dissatisfied I was. Late February I walked into Elegant Nails and greeted by YEN. I sat down and my expectations were low at this point but I was optimistic. I was pleasantly surprised! YEN listened to my wants and expectations and exceeded them! It is comforting to know when I walk in there I will get 5 star service. If you are looking for nail service in the Viera / Melbourne area, visit this business. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the nail service is superb! Happy - Happy Customer!
