Was having really bad breakout starting in the beginning 2023, and overtime it got worse. Started to go to Bellatrix since July 2024 and my skin improved so much since! Use to always feel the neeed to put makeup on because how bad it was. But now I have days where I feel good not to wear makeup all the time! She really helped me with bettering my skin and feeling more confident! Highly recommend going to her if you have concerns about your skin! (:

I absolutely love Jenna! Ive been getting my lashes done by her for about 2 1/2 years now and I love her work. She is very friendly, her space is welcoming and always clean! The bed is very comfortable and I always look forward to my appointments. Shes great with communication, always follows through with any requests Ive had and has answered questions with ease. Shes an absolute sweetheart, if youre considering doing anything regarding skin care and lashes, shes your girl.

I’ve been seeing Jenna for a few months now and absolutely love her osmosis facial. Seeing her monthly has been such a great compliment to my daily skin care, and I look forward to every appointment. Jenna is very knowledgeable about skin care and does a thorough consultation that includes reviewing your at-home routine prior to your first service. Her studio is beautiful and comfortable as well. So grateful to have found her. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family - in fact, I booked a facial for my mom on her most recent visit.

I started going to Jenna back in 2021, hard to believe it. Her studio is always so welcoming, clean and relaxes you the moment you walk in.I found her back in 2021 when I was looking for a licensed aesthetician to get a professional facial done and man! I’m glad I found her. She listened to my concerns and suggested solutions.These days I see her every two-three weeks for my lash appointments. I look forward to our little talks and always feel so beautiful after I see her.

I have had many facials before, but the ones I’ve gotten with Jenna are above and beyond any others. She is knowledgeable and methodical about everything she does and creates a calming environment. I have suffered from keratosis pilaris on my cheeks for years and after getting a dermaplane with her and using the products she recommended my skin has never looked so good!

Jenna is just wonderful!!! I had a signature facial for the first time in years and it was amazing. Every time I thought she was done, she had another gentle and calming layer of a cream or mask or product to use. It was thorough and clean and was such a pleasant and gentle experience overall. So relaxing and trust me, I don’t know how to relax!! Jenna also explained what would be best for my skin moving forward and helped me figure out what types of cleansers and creams would be best for me. She took her time and was so kind and caring!! Already have my next appointment booked! ☺️☺️☺️

Update: 12/13/23: It’s now been years that I’ve seeing Jenna almost every month and my face is 100% better. My acne is gone, my skin texture is much better and now my favorite facial is the Osmosis Infusion and the jelly mask (🫶🏼 my absolute fav). I’m working on the scaring and pigmentation issues but my acne is thankfully gone! It takes dedication and discipline. I have added some before and after pics.Previous review:I have been seeing Jenna for the past four months and I can say my face has made a tremendous change for the better. I had seen other aesthetician but the treatments offered were not successful for my skin.I found Bellatrix thru an Instagram feed and I am so glad I did. I am extremely happy with my results. Her Signature Facial and Fire and Ice are my favorite facials. The jelly masks are so soothing. She is very professional and the place is clean and pleasing to the eye. I recommend Bellatrix wholeheartedly.

My skin was glowing when Jenna was finished. It has never looked so vibrant or as healthy and hydrated as it was when we were done! It was such a relaxing and beautiful room and Jenna has such a nurturing air about her that you are made to feel very pampered. I could go there every week! She is knowledgeable about her profession and her passion for it shows. She also uses and carries a beautiful line of skin care products that are backed by science and have natural ingredients. I will definitely invest in the hydrating cream on my next visit. You are guaranteed to enjoy any service she has to offer, but most especially the full facial and massage was wonderful!
