    I just came from a first time appointment with Stacy. I feel like a new person. My hair looks fantastic and full of life again. She is absolutely fabulous in every way. Enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. Will definitely be back. Everyone there is super nice. Madison was great with my consultation and Leah was really nice in getting me into the schedule and answering all my questions. All around a really great experience.

    Perfect place for some pampering! I brought my mom here because were celebrating her 80th birthday tomorrow, and I wanted her to feel special before her big party. Shes never been one to pamper herself or use a ton of hair products, so I wanted a place that would make her feel good and not try to sell her stuff shell never use. Sage was definitely perfect in that regard!Stacy was amazing, and my mom had the best time with her! I could tell Mom was a little nervous at first, but Stacy put her at ease immediately. From the front reception, I could hear her giggling while they chatted, which is def her tell that she was relaxed. Her hair (a trim, scalp/hair enhancement, and blow dry) looked fabulous afterward, and I couldnt be more grateful! Thank you, ladies!

    Allyssa did a great job with my transition to short hair.I had been growing out my hair and had not been to a salon in several months. Long hair was not flattering to me and I cut off a few inches myself. I then made an appointment at this salon to get professional help!Im 100% pleased with the result and will return to this salon and stylist regularly. My final look was very close to my inspiration picture and my overall look has greatly improved.I also appreciated the great communication about appointment times.

    I’ve been going to Sage Salon for almost 7 years now and seen almost every stylist there with many different services. Everyone there is super talented. Sage is also very flexible with my crazy schedule and always fits me in when I’m in dire need of a trim! They even did my hair and make up for my wedding and made the day so fun. Everyone is always so attentive and welcoming. Always great service and hospitality. Sage is a mainstay in north LOL!

    This Salon is amazing to say the least. Allyssa is so amazing in every way. She’s easy to talk to, knows your needs, and does exactly what you ask for.     It has been a long time since I have been to a new salon after seeing the same stylist for over 13 years. The staff at sage salon excelled at putting my nerves at ease with a helpful phone conversation and an in store complimentary consultation. After looking at my hair and discussing what I wanted, the stylists made me feel confident to book a full weave color and cut appointment. I love that the stylists are professional and straight forward, setting clear expectations. I also appreciate that before every service I am given a price quote.The salon environment is relaxing, clean and also professional. I get the feeling that the staff and clients are a top priority for the owners which goes a long way in the overall experience. I have been coming to Sage Salon for a year now and am pleased with how my hair looks and feels. I had an issue with my cut, but my stylist was quick to fix it at no additional cost on my next visit. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking.

    I had the best experience at Sage salon and will definitely go back. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the stylists. They were super flexible with me and helped me work around my busy schedule. Paige did a full balayage and cut for me, she listened to everything I wanted and it turned out even better than I expected! She is so talented and sweet!

    I haven’t had my hair cut short in over 20 years, but I was ready (unfortunately, I really didn’t know what I wanted ). Jessica G. made me feel like a celebrity getting pampered for a performance. Her attention to detail was insane as she walked around the chair to make sure that every strand of hair was just right. And it came out great. And it’s even easy for me to do myself. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and I especially love the ones that say I look so much younger.!!!!!!!     Allyssa is amazing! I only trust her with my hair and I drive about an hour to come get my hair done by her. I got about 6 or 7 inches cut off and love it so much! She’s so professional and kind and she knows what she’s talking about! The salon is very clean and organized as well.

    New to the area and I needed to find someone to help me maintain my blonde after going to the same stylist for about 15 years. Paige did an amazing job with my partial highlight and cut. She took her time to understand what I wanted during the consultation and throughout the process as well. The front desk was welcoming and friendly as well. Overall, it was a great experience. So glad to have such a great salon close to home!!

    I have been going here for almost a year now and typically see Paige or Courtney who are amazing!! I went again recently and saw Jessica who BUTCHERED my hair. I have never received a haircut so far away from what I asked for. I have to spend an extra 20-30 minutes a day trying to style it in a way where you can’t see all the unevenness that she caused. It’s so short now as well that I am going to have to wait months for it to be long enough to be fixed by someone I trust. So why would I see someone else other than the wonderful ladies that normally cut my hair. They weren’t available when I was scheduling and I was told Jessica was one of their highest level people so why would I question that. More experience doesn’t always mean better…. It’s a better choice to wait for someone you know will do your hair right rather than settle for someone that doesn’t listen to you and rushes through a haircut.UPDATE: The owner reached out to me same day I wrote this and offered for me to come back to get this fixed. I saw Paige who managed to fix the look of my hair to the point that I am happy with the cut. Still need to wait on the length but will go back then. This is a great salon!

    We’ve been all over the world and have been to hundreds of salons. The salon is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. You would think they just opened. We went here out of the blue and oh my goodness. We found our new home. No more 3-hour drives. Courtney is absolutely amazing and gave me her full attention. I already have my next appointment scheduled.

    I love the salon. From the minute I walk in I am always greeted with a friendly smile and asked how I might be helped. Ali is my stylist and she always pays attention to my requests no matter how inconsequential they may seem. Jen, the owner is gracious and offers a level of customer care that is hard to find anymore. Her behavior clearly trickles down to all team members. Sage Salon is outstanding!

    Best salon I’ve been to, by far! I live in The Bahamas and got a haircut while I was visiting. Staff is amazing and super friendly. The service is incredible! Courtney did a wonderful job on my hair even though I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and was nervous to cut so much off (14 in.)! She’s fantastic! My hair looks so much healthier and I’m excited to grow it out again. So far, I’ve been loving the products they recommended for my hair. 10/10 completely recommend.

    Sage is my go-to for an exceptional hair cutting experience. The vibe is upscale yet welcoming, and the stylists expertise is unmatched. They genuinely listen to your preferences and ensure nothing short of a personalized touch. Leah at the front desk is always so friendly and accommodating, and somehow can miraculously fit me in with a timeframe that works in congruity with my busy work schedule, it’s like she’s a magician!I’ve told all of my friends and colleagues about Sage, and they’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences as well. 10/10 would recommend!

    Consistently, I am talking year after year, no matter what I ask for, it consistently amazes me how Jess can get my hair to do stuff like it’s thick, silky hair and make it look great! I use to live closer, but now I’m about an hr away and drive it anyway, because it’s worth it to have peace of mind about color, highlights, and trims/cuts. She, and also the other stylists, work with care to accomplish the look you want. To me, if your hair doesn’t look good, it doesn’t matter what you wear or the makeup. It starts with the hair.     I was seeking a new hairstyles, and yesterday was my first haircut with Jenni... I was very impressed with the facility, and staf. Upon entering I was welcomed and offered a refreshment. The shampoo bowl and staff were very friendly, professional, gentle. My stylist Jenni was so much fun, sweet, friendly and her technique for cutting hair was impressive.     Lydia is fantastic! They were able to fit me in around the busy Christmas holiday. Called me once they had a cancellation. The salon is very clean and Lydia and the staff are so nice and accommodating. She did a great coloring and hairstyling job. Didnt have any highlights just colored my hair dark brown. It came out shiny and healthy. I loved it!

    Katie at Sage Salon has been my exclusive stylist for the past four years. I believe she’s the best there is when working with both shorter hair styles and coloring/hi-lights. Katie has such a pleasing personality that it makes it a joy to return for appointments month after month. In addition, I also need to mention the excellent attention I’ve received from Nancy and Jennifer scheduling and rescheduling my appointments. Between them they’ve moved heaven and earth when needed to get me accommodated and for that I’m truly grateful! I love everything about Sage Salon and recommend it thoroughly to anyone looking for a quality salon.

    I highly recommend this salon! This was my first visit to a very busy place and now I know why! They bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule for a mutually convenient time. The reception was lovely. Nancy and the other attendants/stylists were very welcoming.Sue cut my hair. She is amazing! She consulted with me before cutting my short hair. Her experience is evident in her expert cutting. Short hair can be very difficult to cut and she breezed through stopping at several steps to show me if she was doing what I had asked! In the end, I was so pleased with the cut!!!Thank you Sue and kudos to the whole staff! I’ll be back next year. I’m a snowbird who just discovered this gem at the end of my stay. ❤️ 💕 💗

    Sage salon is 5 out of 5 stars. They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment this week while traveling to Tampa from Boston and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team there. The salon is beautiful and clean with a relaxing, modern ambiance. The front desk team Leah, Nancy and Jen were all friendly, great with communication and extremely accommodating. My stylist Molly went above and beyond. From the moment I sat down Molly listened to the desired look I was wanting to achieve, took her time with detail and my hair came out perfect. She even recommended at home products that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone coming to or living in the Land O Lakes/ Tampa area.     Great professionalism! The quality of work/expertise at this salon is excellent. The atmosphere is amazing and the consultation offered is an amazing opportunity to communicate with stylists. I felt valued as a customer and would recommend Sage Salon to everyone! The specific stylist I had was Molly, she made my hair dreams come true!!! I am so happy with my beautiful hair and will be using Sage Salon from here on out for all my hair needs.Here is an update:I have now been several times and though they are busy when it comes to getting an appointment.     If I could give Sage Salon 6 stars, I would! My original hairstylist cancelled on my service and I was freaking out so I started calling salons in the area, I called Sage Salon to see if by any chance they could fit me in for a haircut and styling for my baby’s baptism. Jen from the front desk told me she would try her best and give me a call back if she found a way to squeeze me in. Within seconds she called me and said there had just been a cancellation and that they could take me in! Jenny cut my hair and styled it as well and she did an amazing job! I told her I wanted a “lob” straight across and she DELIVERED! Extremely professional and very sweet! I cannot rave enough about the professionalism, promptness and helpful the salon was!!!

    Found Sage Salon not long ago, they were really great at finding a stylist that meets my needs, and does a great job! Ive been to see Sue twice now, she is a master stylist, and seems to handle my hair style with ease. The Salon is very nice, they use good products, not the cheapest mind you, but not unreasonable either. My wife, who usually drives into Tampa to get her hair done, is going to try them soon. Nice place, nice people, worth a try if you are looking for a good stylist.

    I have curly hair and have had a lot of trouble trying to find a stylist that really could do what I wanted. So much so, that I resorted to cutting it myself for years. I finally agreed with myself to try finding a curly hair cutting professional one more time. Molly definitely did not disappoint! I am ecstatic that I finally found someone who listened to and understood exactly what I wanted!! She is very adept in her profession. I will most definitely be back.

    My hair has always been thick, curly, and sometimes too much for me to manage. Lydia did a wonderful job getting my main under control which is no easy task. I had been to other hair dressers that didnt want to cut much of my hair off because it was so long and curly. Its beautiful they would say and Id spend money on a light trim and then still struggle with my beastie hair. The cut I have now is light, bouncy, spunky, and super easy to deal with. She worked her magic on it and Im super thankful. Its even curly more than before now and I cant stop running my fingers through it and shaking it around. If you have thick curly hair Lydia can tame your locks!

    Saw Alicia this time and she was great! Head massage to start your haircut is so relaxing and rejuvenating. Love going to this salon!     The entire staff at Sage makes client comfort and satisfaction a priority. I always get a great cut, along with a smooth blow out. Im always treated to a relaxing scalp massage and they use products that work well and smell incredible.     I have been seeing Molly for some time now and she is not only a wonderful stylist, but also a smart and caring young women. Recently I developed some new health issues, so I had not gotten my hair done for almost 6 months. She made some excellent suggestions about lower maintenance hair care for now and the future and I love the result! She went beyond her role as stylist too, and was very patient with me and my health issues.     This review is for everyone but especially long-haired folks in the area. Short version: William did an AMAZING job on my almost-waist-length hair a few weeks ago. The salon as a whole was lovely and I was overjoyed at the results. I totally recommend.Long version: I have painstakingly grown my hair out from a pixie cut over more than 4 years, and had waited two years between haircuts in order to find a stylist who understood that I just wanted to freshen up my lengths rather than have a dramatic haircut. During my first contact with Sage, the receptionist asked about what I’d like to have done, and specifically recommended William as he specializes in long hair.The welcome is lovely from the start, and William himself was incredibly kind and a careful listener about what I wanted to have done. He was realistic about what I needed to have cut off as he wanted me to have healthy hair as much as I did, however, it was very, very little compared to what I was expecting. He said himself that he loves long hair and I found that he has a great appreciation for the effort it takes to grow and maintain. You can hardly tell I had any length cut off, but after an hour in his chair I found myself with beautiful lengths with renewed movement and shine. No longer stuck in that rut between haircuts where I feel like I can’t style it anymore.Also, the haircut ended up costing less than I was expecting, so I walked out of there with an amazing cut, tip, and two products and was still under budget! I recommend William and Sage and honestly cannot wait until my next visit.

    We just moved here from NJ and I took my son here for the first time yesterday. He had longer, thicker hair, above shoulders. Courtney was very focused on giving him the exact hair cut that was desired and she was very thoughtful/helpful with her suggestions. His longer hair lays awesome now, is thinner, just to his liking. We will definitely return in the future and ask for her!

    I just had my hair colored at Sage yesterday with Courtney. She is absolutely amazing! I’m a natural redhead with VERY long wavy hair. We go white as we get older, as opposed to going grey. I hadn’t been there in 8 months and definitely needed my color redone. Even so, Courtney was able to give me just a root touch up and WOW. She is the first stylist I have ever had who was able to not only match my true hair color, but when she was finished, I couldn’t tell where the new color ended and the old color began. In the 17 years since I started coloring my hair, no stylist has ever been able to accomplish that feat! I was truly impressed and grateful. Courtney and Sage are terrific. After I left, I went into Publix. Two different women came up to me and told me they thought my hair was beautiful. I gave Sage and Courtney full credit. Needless to say, I won’t be waiting 8 months for the next touch up, lol. I highly recommend this salon and Courtney!

    Ive been going to Sage for almost 3 years. I love the staff - They are so friendly and caring. Lydia is my stylist and does a fantastic job. Shes helped me grow my hair past my shoulders. She is always prompt and none of the staff pressures me into buying a million products (although Ive found a staple core that I love and use at home.) Ive even gotten my husband to go there now for his hair cuts.

    I really like this salon. They are friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Kate is my stylist and always does a great job. They have lots of nice small touches- reclining chairs at the wash station (very nice if you have neck issues), hot towels for your neck, and hand massage. Coming to Sage is a pleasure.

    I was in need of a new stylist because of salon shutdowns. I went to Sage and my experience couldn’t have been better! My stylist, Sue, listened and advised and I left with a beautiful cut, and creative color that I just love.     I was impressed with how thoroughly the staff was organized taking precautions regarding Covid. I was early for my appointment and was asked to wait in my car. I got a text when they were ready for me and was reminded to wear a mask. I walked in, my hands were sprayed, and I was led to a chair. The chairs were spaced properly and each was cleaned after each client. Stylists were masked. I felt staff knew what they were doing. I felt safe.I ’m always satisfied with my service at Sage. It has been nearly ten years now...since I googled ‘upscale salon’ and Sage appeared on my screen. During each visit, from the time I arrive until I leave, I feel like I’m the most important person there. The stylists are professional and personable. Sure, it costs a little more to have your hair done at Sage but it’s worth it...you get what you pay for.

    Lydia is amazing! If you are looking for a stylist who knows how to do blonde and give you a cut that you never thought possible?! She’s the one for you. My hair is very thin and dry but she is able to brighten me up and keep my hair healthy and to top it off they always massage your scalp and recommend treatments designed to keep your hair healthy in between visits. While you’re in go ahead and pick up some of your favorite makeup and hair products too. This is a beautiful salon with great people, natural Aveda products and wonderful owners Jen and Nancy!! I love you SAGE SALON!

    It’s rare that I leave a hair appointment feeling great, I have thick wavy hair and people seem to struggle with it. In fact, I’ve been butchered so many times I put off my cuts for far too long. I’m so pleased that I’ve found this place because today I feel amazing! Eden, my stylist was perfectly friendly but did not force conversation so I able to sit back relax and feel pampered. This was exactly what I needed, and I’ll certainly be back.

    Great haircut, Jenny does a wonderful job, highly recommend! The Sage Salon staff also provided outstanding service. They texted me before the appointment and kept me informed on when to arrive. Once I arrived, I was taken immediately to Jennys chair and there was adequate social distancing between chairs. They cleaned and scrubbed the stations between customers, and were wearing masks. Overall a superb service considering the requirements our local businesses have to work with during the COVID pandemic. Thank you!

    I was super impressed with my first visit to SAGE. First, I really appreciate their level of cleanliness in the salon. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Also, they are an AVEDA salon which is a big plus, love the scent and naturalness of Aveda! I was so lucky to get Molly as my stylist and she was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and gave the best consult Ive had at a salon. She recommended ideas on my cut and color after listening to what I wanted and she was able to deliver. I LOVE the color, blonde highlights, and the cut was perfect. I highly recommend Molly, especially if youre looking for a blonde specialist. Overall, the best salon experience Ive had in the area.🙂

    Ive died and gone to hair heaven! Before your hair service they give you a cranial massage with essential oils. They put a warm towel under your neck when they wash your hair. I had my hair trimmed and a blow out. My total was $25! No kids are allowed in salon. It was a great experience. William was very detailed in caring for my hair. Highly recommend!

    My experiences with Emmy have been nothing short of amazing! I dont have the easiest hair type (frizzy, curly), and Emmy has handled it with grace! She is able to recommend treatments to help keep my hair smooth, and well as coloring it to perfection. Her creativity with coloring is the greatest I have ever personally experienced, and she is wonderful at ensuring any dye job is complementary to your individual style. I can confidently say this is the healthiest my hair has been in a long time. I could not recommend her more!

    I have been to so many places trying to find a good stylist, and Ive not had any luck for years. Its not always the stylists fault since Im a man with long curly hair and I guess theyre used to doing buzz cuts, fades or regular politician-style hair. But it *is* their fault when they dont even listen or try to do a good job.Today, I went to the Sage Salon & Spa in Land O Lakes and I feel like my quest is over. My stylist was named Danielle Tew and she was everything I could have hoped for in a stylist and more. Very professional, knowledgeable and willing to LISTEN to the customer and take the time and make the effort to do the best job possible. Which she did!Thank you so much, Danielle! You are awesome!!

I walked in so nervous because of a bad past experience with eyebrow waxing years ago but Alicia assured me I was in good hands- and I truly was! I walked out feeling so happy and refreshed. Thanks for the great service Alicia! Id recommend her to anyone unsure if they should take the leap from tweazing themselves to getting waxed!

    Wonderful front staff, very welcoming when clients first arrive offering a beverage and providing an update on when youll meet with your stylist.My stylist, Jessica, listened to all my concerns and was able to correct a poorly executed partial color from another salon.I love that they have a small reading room where you can weight for your color to set, much more relaxing then sitting at the salon chair for the 30 minutes.They also offer hand massages which are complimentary.My only request, that Ive had at other Aveda salons, is a good head massage.

    I get my hair done by Jessica Kellogg and I have been going to Sage for years, the service there is so high class and it feels like a family! I recently got the Brazilian Global Keratin Treatment done and can not believe how amazing my hair looks and feels. Its like I am touching silk and I have always had course and frizzy hair my whole life. It has cut down my blow drying time by at least 60%. I truly cant say enough great things about Sage and their staff!

    Sage is a fantastic salon. I have been going there since they opened, and the service has always been exceptional. Everyone at Sage is professional and polite, and they go out of their way to make your experience a good one. The Aveda products are the best. I especially like their hair coloring, which actually leaves your hair softer than before using it, unlike most other products that dry out your hair.

    Been going for years, theres really no other salon that comes close in the Hillsborough/Pasco area (even for men!). Rates are unbelievable for the quality of cut, they have the best color specialists in town, and they really prioritize being efficient and making it a comforable experience. The only negative is that it can be hard to get an appointment with even junior stylists around holidays, so sometimes you have to book way in advance!
