Scheduled my first appointment with Sara Crawford for a wash and cut, Sara was very professional and welcoming. I went in with hair that was one length, with split ends and damage. Left with beautiful layers and bangs and felt amazing to get all that dead hair off. Here it is all styled up and I’m still super pleased with it. Will definitely be back!

Mallorie McFall Liberatore has been my go-to stylist for years, and shes truly the best. When I first came to her, my hair was severely damaged. She transformed it into healthy, vibrant hair. She expertly transitioned me to platinum blonde, gave me the length Ive always wanted with professional extensions, and later helped me embrace my natural grays as beautiful lowlights. Her skills in coloring, cutting, and installing extensions are unmatched. Everything she does looks flawless and natural.After I lost my hair to chemo, Mallorie blew me away with her wig customization skills. She has taken every wig Ive brought to her and turned it into a customized masterpiece, restoring my confidence. Her work with wigs is nothing short of amazing.Mallorie always finds a way to fit me in, no matter how busy her schedule gets. Shes not just an amazing stylist--shes also an amazing person who’s great to talk to, which makes every visit something I look forward to. If you need a stylist whos a pro at hair transformations, coloring, extensions, or customizing wigs, Mallorie at Salon Rootz in Lakeland is the one to see. I cant recommend her enough for top-notch hair care.And Salon Rootz is a wonderful new home. Always bright and clean, and located around some great shopping and dining. Everyone is friendly and pleasant, and it was evident immediately that the owner and staff care deeply about their customers and supporting their local community.

Brittany Goode is the best!! I don’t even have to say anything she just knows what I need done to make me feel confident and my hair look amazing, she’s constantly updating her skills to keep up with the newest trends!! I can assure u when u sit in her chair the transformation is like no other!! She’s the best I know at extensions making it look all natural!! And I also love our girl time talking about God, our kids, our goals and more!! Just can’t say enough great things about her and Salon Rootz!!

Brittany Goode is an amazing hair stylist. She has been doing my hair for many years. I have followed her wherever she goes. I dont trust many people with my hair. She also did all the hair and makeup for my daughters wedding back in May. I love being in her chair.

Brittany Goode - HANDS DOWN the BEST stylist Ive ever had! She is a blonde expert and does a seemless job with sew in extensions! She has transformed my hair over the last year and I get so many compliments daily.Sitting in Brittanys chair is like therapy. Shes genuine, gives great advice, has a caring heart and is a blast every time Im there.The salon is a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly. 11/10

After shoulder surgery and my regular hair stylist suddenly becoming sick, I needed someone to help me wash, dry and blowout my hair. I was going to need this every week for about 3 months so price was important. I called several salons only to find that this process is apparently not cheap. Everyplace I went I got a shabby job and a large bill. I called Salon Rootz and made an appointment with Kendra not only was her price much more reasonable than ANY of the other salons but this stylist took her time to look at a picture of how I styled my hair to make sure she styled it right. She is professional and takes her time doing her job. She makes sure you are happy with your finished look. I highly recommend Kendra to anyone who is looking for a professional & reasonably priced stylist who also does men, she fit my husband in for a haircut and he was very satisfied with his haircut.

I saw Tiffany for a walk-in today. I cannot say enough positive things about her and the salon as a whole. She was able to take the photo I showed her and recreate it on me. She listened to what I wanted and offered her professional advice. She was very quick but attentive and talented. Fantastic price as well!

-Story Time-I went to Ulta to get highlights and my roots done for my upcoming wedding. They refused to do my roots and couldnt even tell they put any highlights in along with charging me $160. I was crying and went straight to Rootz after leaving Ulta, Roots advised me to go back and get my money back then come back to Rootz and they would take care of me. (Which I did) Rootz did AMAZING super sweet did everything I asked and MORE. I was inlove with my hair. (Also was cheaper than Ulta) From then on I would only trust Rootz with my hair. Cant wait to be able to go back and get my hair done again. Thank you Rootz!
