    I have been member of massage envy since 2011.It is not a luxury for me but instead a necessity for sure due to frequent muscle spasms.Today was my first visit at this location, and what a fresh breath of air it is compare to my last couple of locations in the Jacksonville area.Jennifer who was at the front and answered my call was very knowledgeable and very patient too.My therapist today was Mandy who was wonderful as far as treating my most painful areas (neck and upper back).Massage envy has introduced the CBD enhancement product and I thought I’ll give it a trial today.This location is in a huge shopping plaza and was easy to find too.There is plenty of parking with easy access fro the main road.The staff are wonderful and very much customer service oriented.I was happy with my appointment today with Mandy and will be coming back for a facial and another massage too.I am only giving it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but I definitely recommend this location if you are Obt he area.

    This was my first time going to any massage! I would highly recommend Massage Envy, check in was quick and friendly. The therapist Bunny (Not Bonnie) was an absolute Gem and had a good sense of humour. I really felt so relaxed during and afterwards. She is a true professional at what she does and I wouldnt want anyone else to do my massage when I go back! I would wait for her if I have to that is how amazing she is.

    First massage at this location. Great staff from start to finish. Very polite and courteous. Thanks everyone!My therapist was Andrea and was able to work out knots and treat my shoulder area with expertise. My neck Range of Motion is back to normal as well. Excellent skill Andrea! Thanks!To the owners, I can only say keep up whatever you are doing as everyone seems to be happy.

    I had Dianne and she did not disappoint! She had a nice calming presence and voice and her hands were like magic! I walked in with my back hurting and walked out feeling great and very relaxed 10/10 definitely recommend

    I went in for an hour massage and came out completely relaxed and pain free. I did the $50 first time special and Im definitely looking into the monthly plan. Beth was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend going in and seeing her.

    This is a convenient location, it’s clean and very relaxing 😌 the staff is professional and very nice 😊 I haven’t tried all the services that’s offered yet but I’ve had the massage (light pressure) with Beth…. She’s amazing! I completely fall asleep every time! She’s definitely my go to and I recommend her if you’re wanting light pressure massages.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely get there early to have time to fill out paperwork and also have time to relax and hydrate before your service. My therapist, Pamela, was wonderful and very attentive. I had a 60 min deep tissue but will definitely schedule a 90 min next time.

    Jazz was absolutely amazing and very attentive to my lifestyle, concerns, and needs. This was my first time and I signed up for a membership upon leaving. I left very happy and very relaxed. I’ll be back soon! Also, thank you Sasha for being very helpful at the front desk with all of my questions!

    Called Friday evening to book an appointment for Saturday morning...I figured it was a long shot but tried anyway due to a very sore neck. They had an appointment available Saturday morning at 10. Danell worked a miracle on my neck! I told her she was my angel to provide me relief from the pain and discomfort I had been having over the last two weeks. I definitely recommend her and I will be coming back to have her work on me again!

    Excellent massage yesterday by therapist Rick Barbaza. He was extremely professional and listened to what my complaints were and addressed them. I am a massage therapist and am critical of the services that I receive. I was impressed with the front desk staff at this location and this new facility is clean and beautifully designed. Very satisfied with my first visit to a Massage Envy Spa and especially with this location in The Villages, FL. You cannot beat the price or convenience of the days and hours that they are open.

    They have great massage therapist, Diana is a new therapist and she is great! Jeff is a newer esthetician, have me a great facial.. Staff is friendly.

    Received a free 10 minute promotional massage- it was wonderful!! Thank you!I think it Should be mandatory in Florida-for everyone to get a massage each month-then ppl would be ALOT nicer on the roadways, at home, & etc. LOL

    I got a terrible massage (I didnt think that was possible), but they didnt charge me, and rescheduled me with a more effective therapist! Kudos to your customer service ethics! Im a lifetime member!!
