I’ve been here a few times since we moved here and I decided to write a review because I was very impressed by the customer service. I’d been here a couple of times for Botox and this recent time there was a small hiccup in my treatment. I was a little nervous about it so I left a message with the front desk to speak about it to my injector, but instead the owner called me to discuss. I ended up having to go in to get it checked out but they ended up making things right and I’m really happy with my treatment now. I felt this needed a 5 star review because most places would ignore you or just brush you off. This place actually went above and beyond to listen to me and I thought that was very professional and the correct way to run a business!

I was recommended to Regan for laser hair removal (touch up) from a trusted friend. My appointment was at 12pm and I arrived at 11:45am to check in. I wasn’t seen until 12:45pm. Not a big deal, I wasn’t on a time crunch that day. Regan was pleasant during my service, however only 3 days later hair started growing back on my legs. Either the tech wasn’t efficient or the laser wasn’t on the proper setting. Either way it was a waste of time and money. I won’t be going back.Review update: I was contacted my the tech who did my service, I was asked to come back in so she could have an opportunity to change the laser settings. I agreed and what a difference! I was really happy with the results the second time. I will go back again and continue to do my treatments if they keep up the same results. Thank you to the staff for following up- so rare these days!

She is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable with such a sensitive topic like having excessive hair as a woman. Something new I learned from begin anew is the necessity of maintenance sessions. I go about every 3 months now for a treatment and will likely go every 5-6 months shortly. Check them out, it’ll be worth it!

I have been coming to Begin Anew for over 6 months now for all of my treatments and I will never go anywhere else!!! The moment you walk in you are greated with the kindest front desk employees that I have ever spoken to in my life and everyone who works there is genuinely amazing!!For laser (both Hair Removal and Photo Facial) I have had Miranda and Ashley and they are both incredible!! They walk you through all of the steps before doing anything, lets you ask as many questions as you have, and talks to you throughout the whole process!!! The hair remover laser they use here also has a cooling component to it which makes the hair removal process almost pain free - which aparently not all hair removal lasers have and now my friends who have had laser hair removal in the past and went to places that did not have the cooling component WISH they found out about Begin Anew before I told them about it!!For Botox (I personally get Dysport), I honestly can’t recommend Amanda enough she is literally the only person that is allowed to touch my face and I won’t go to anyone else!! She is 100% real with you and doesn’t inject just to inject (if that makes any sense). When I first came in for my consultation, I told her what I thought I knew I wanted from looking at Instagram videos and other reviews of botox all over my face and she gave me her personal recommendation of what she would do if she were me and I am SOO thankful I listened to her because I look so natural while still being wrinkle free!!!These are the only treatments I have personally had and can speak on but I could litterally write a book about how amazing this place is and have already recommended and sent my friends here and they have had amazing experiences too!!

I had laser hair removal with Ashley and she is amazing! I was really scared because I had laser hair removal in its infancy, maybe in 1999 and it hurt bad but with the cooling air they have now, it didnt hurt at all. I decided after that to do the IPL photofacial with her and she was nothing short of amazing. So this hurts whereas the hair removal does not....but the amount of skip pigmentation that came up and sort of dusted off ( like coffee grounds) was amazing. Nobody else can notice the difference but i sure can. The redness in my chest and face has diminished. I get startled easily (they dont tell you this but dont drink coffee in the morning of your procedure) and I asked Ashley if she could give me warning warning before zapping me, and she was so cute, she was like 1....2....zap so I was prepared for it. They say no pain, no gain. My skin looks awesome and I am not shaving so those are two major pluses!

When I called to book my appointment, I explained I was somewhat apprehensive because I never did anything like this before. I had a consultation with their patient coordinator and all around wellness guru, Sam and told him some of the issues I was having, and he said that their optimal wellness program would be the right fit for me. After going over my blood work (which they do in-house, and bonus, my insurance covered it) he recommended that I go on peptide therapy. I take two different peptides, one that helps support my gut health and I have noticed such a difference and another one that stimulates my body to produce my very on human growth hormone. This office has been my favorite since searching for a medspa to hit all my needs. I normally do ipl photo facials, dermaplanning, and IVs. The staff is excellent! never had a bad technician or any issues with the front. My last technician was Regan and she is a keeper! She has great energy, super knowledgeable, and makes the environment feel like home.

I recently received a Groupon voucher for this location and was hesitant to leave my original medical spa, BUT I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful and clean of a location it was, as well as how friendly everyone was in the process. The women at the front desks were lovely as well as my nurse who administered the dysport. She recommended where to administer the dysport based upon my desired outcome, as well as how many units would be effective. After a few days, I am very pleased with the results as any wrinkles and unwanted forehead movement is completely gone! Will definitely be returning, and is worth the commute for anyone who is not local!

I literally cannot say enough about this place! I drive from East Boca to come here! I had laser hair removal many times from other places and it didn’t work as well as I wanted! I came to see Vera because I heard she is the best in the industry and she has changed my life! Her skills and their machines are the best! Vera makes u feel so comfortable. Her sweet, beautiful face lights up the room! I also saw Wendy. She did my full panel bloodwork and spent an hour going thru each piece of it! Her recommendations have been life changing. I can’t wait to get here and come to each appointment. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish I would’ve found this place earlier!

I have had interesting and wonderful experiences at this MedSpa. Having never done these procedures, I wasnt sure what to expect. I started with laser hair removal on my torso which turned out to be very noninvasive and painless. After that, I decided to do IV therapy once a month to uplift my energy level which has also boosted my mood. At Begin Anew, I felt confident and comfortable with the knowledgeable staff. Theyre located in a busy shopping center with easy access to their business which is convenient for me as I have future appointments with them. I have an interest in losing some weight under their guidance because I exercise and eat well but still have an area of concern. In consulting with Sam, he suggested HRT (hormone replacement therapy) as my blood work showed allergies I was unaware of as well as low testosterone levels which have contributed to inflammation in my gut. We now have a plan in place and I look forward to continually improving my physical, mental and spiritual health with Begin Anew Jupiter. Thank you!

Front desk staff are friendly and greet you upon arrival, and the check-in process is a breeze. The waiting area out front is clean and classy with tasteful decorations. My appt was for laser hair removal, and the technician was very well versed in the different equipment and each machines capabilities/settings, as well as making sure to double-check with me that I hadnt had too much sun exposure prior to the appt (can affect skin coloration). We discussed what I was looking for as far as comfort level of the procedure and end results, and the tech picked a machine and setting accordingly. The process was relatively painless and the tech was sure to check with me frequently throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and take short breaks as needed. At the end of the procedure, a really nice all-natural soothing ointment was applied and it really worked to calm down the treated area. Very pleasant experience and will definitely return for follow up treatments.

I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this place ! I had a thread lift done in Miami 6 weeks ago. Six weeks after, ( now) , my face was asymmetrical, I had hollowness under my left eye and a bump on the left side that I NEVER had before . I paid a lot of $$$ to the Dermamedspa in Miami. When I personally contacted the girl ( the NP ) , who did the thread lift in Miami, she was nasty, had an attitude and took zero accountability. I was disgusted , as I have spent sooooooo much money $$ there the past few years . I had also recommended 3 people that went there ! She also said my face would look beautiful and plump after the PDO thread lift . She said as time went on, it would look better, but as time went on, it looked worse! ☹️I model and am a tv actress. My face & body is my living. I went to Begin Anew Medspa in Jupiter because I researched a medspa who could correct the mistakes the other girl made. I was so upset at how awful my face looked after that thread lift I wanted to cry ! Anyways, I booked a consult with Gail, the Nurse Practitioner at Begin Anew. I went in for my consult and she completely fixed my face 💯 and the various issues from the PDO thread lift. She is truly a Godsend 🙏 She has been an NP who has been an expert for over 30 years in the areas of fillers, threads, botox..everything! Do not go to someone who has not had years and years of practice and experience & make sure , whomever you go to , knows the anatomy of the face also ..From now on , this is the place Ill go to ! Ask for Gail...she is not only incredibly skilled & knowledgeable..but a total sweetheart with no attitude ( nothing like the NP in Miami).5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Gail & Begin Anew !!

I scheduled an appointment for botox. I had gotten a great deal on Groupon, which is something I don’t usually do, and I was nervous they might not make me a priority because it was at a discount. They got me in faster than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else regardless of the discount! Upon walking in, I got greeted promptly and the place was beautiful and spotless! Monica and Nichole were the women who did my Botox and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service since I walked through the door is not something that I find very often. The whole vibe of this place is amazing and I will definitely be going back.

They were very accommodating with my rescheduling and never made me feel like a burden. Everyone in office is extremely inviting and easy to talk to. The optimal wellness check was exactly what I have been looking for! The nurse practitioner and doctor went over every single page and broke down all of my bloodwork with me one and one and explained everything so that I could understand it :)
