    Every time I am in Jacksonville FL, this is my go to spot. I love the atmosphere and staff, the gentleman doing my toes is who I always request. Appointments are recommended because they stay busy with there regular clientele. Very professional and clean shop. Nails and toes done by Q nails, but all nail jewelry shown was done by me and my grandbaby.

    I was in the market for a new nail salon and tried Q-nails and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was so relaxing and clean. I made an appointment I was seen before I picked my color. Annie spent quality time getting to know you one on one. She made me feel like family. She was so helpful about what was best for me. She talked me into something I never tried and I absolutely LOVED it and even got so many compliments. Thanks Annie for making me feel like family. I am now a life long client!!!

    Love love love Steve and Annie! Best nail techs in Jacksonville. They make you feel like home and my nails always look perfect!! Whatever I show Steve on Pinterest he always manages to replicate it perfectly. Definitely recommend them. They are appointment only so make sure you call first .

    I recently relocated to the west side and was on the market for a new nail salon home. I stumbled across Qnails on Google maps and had to check them out, and I’m so glad that I did. Upon entry they greeted me nicely and started my services in less than 5 minutes. I was not aware that they operate based off appointments but they still serviced me and made it seem as if it was so issue (I didn’t even know they were appointment based til after I got my pedicure). I got a pedicure and medium coffin set and was in and out in under 2 hrs. They even offered drinks during the service. Steve and his wife are so down to earth and friendly and the environment is so cute and calming that I will definitely be back for years to come! Thanks a lot Steve!💕

    I recently started returning to this business not because they had done anything wrong but due to my time restraints to get there. Ive used this place for years and they always treat me with kindness and like Im family. They communicate prices upfront as usual. They give me choices of packages but arent pushing upgraded services. Going to this place is like going to spend some time with good friends. Nice conversations and a good atmosphere.

    My wife has been a customer of Annie and Steve for at least 20 years. A couple of months ago she asked if I wanted a pedicure. I’ve never had a professional pedicure. My experience with Annie was amazing. I’m now a regular customer and go there once a month. Guys if you never had a pedicure treat yourself to one at Q Nails.

    Annie is a wonderful woman and technician. Her husband Steve does a fantastic job. She always does a fantastic job on my nails and toes. Relaxed atmosphere. Any type of style. And full service nail salon. Getting a pedicure is the best. I would refer them to everyone. But you must make an appointment. Which is no problem.

    First time visit yesterday. They are the nicest people and the salon was very clean. I have been looking for a home nail salon in Jacksonville since July and have finally found Steve at Q Nails. Not only were they great people, my nails are so beautiful and shiny.

    I have been going here for over 10 years and I would never go anywhere else! Annie always does an amazing job on my pedicures especially since I tend to have in grown nails. They are always so attentive to your needs and go above and beyond in making sure you’re taken care of!

    I’ve been going here for a few years now and can honestly say it’s the #1 nail salon in all of Jacksonville. Annie and Steve are very nice people and they do such a professional job every single time. Never disappointed and always walk out with a smile at how good my nails and eyebrows look each time.     I love Q Nails. Annie and Steve always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied and I refer everyone I know here. The environment is not like a mall salon - so don’t expect the hustle and bustle environment. Its more personal and even the other clients will treat you like they know you. I’ve been going to this shop for over 15 years and I’m always well taken care of. The shop is mainly appointments only but this is because their work is THAT reliable and people COME BACK. It’s a family run business so they naturally like structure and organization. The are great about respecting your time and are truly honest people. It’s priceless to find a nail shop that actually values cleanliness, honesty and just good nail work. COVID really showed me how much they care about their customers and business. If you want a subpar work and robotic experience - go to the mall. If you want to relax, get quality nail/feet work, catch a movie and good relative convo - go to Q Nails.

    FANTASTIC SERVICE! I have been going here for over 20 years. The best nail place in town. I would highly recommend them. My husband even goes to get his pedicure here. He enjoys it so much. I always come out with a smile on my face because my nails and feet look beautiful. LOVE THIS PLACE.
