Today was my 1st ever visit to Nails.com. They have a nice check in process on a tablet and pleasant waiting area too. Very comfortable and cute. Ms. Rose was a phenomenal nail tech and quite personable. She took her time and made sure my nails were even and perfect. I arrived about 80 minutes before they closed on a Sunday & did not feel rushed. Very welcoming staff. Cant wait to visit again. Ive found MY permanent nail salon!!! 😁💜

Hanna is the absolute best! Every time I see her, she does such a great and thorough job. She has attention to detail and very professional. Shes so nice too, love going to her and always get compliments on my nails and toes. She is the best at pedicures I have ever had. She really does a thorough job and my feet feel amazing for weeks afterwards. Love Hanna and she is the only technician I will go to now!

Absolutely love them I’ve been looking for a long term nail salon and I was quite pleased with the nail work going from basic all one color to nail designs was a big step and the exceeded my expectations from kindness, communication, as well as doing my nails just as I requested, even better than the photo, will definitely continue to come here and bring my friends, they’re massages are also very relaxing may have to do one once every couple of months

I came in during my lunch break and was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was seated right away! I got a pedicure . Lee did my mani and pedicure and was pretty quick which I liked since I told her I only had an hour max. she was so sweet and took her time with my pedicure did a fantastic job! They asked if wanted anything to drink and if I was comfortable very nice and the place was clean. I will be a returning customer!

Elsa and Hanna did an AMAZINGG job!!! Elsa on the pedicure on my husband, (it was his first time and very reluctant) she did her thing and now he’s a changed man !!! Hanna was very patient and passionate about my full set. 10/10 probably my best time coming and I’ve been coming here for years!!! Oh yea wine was nice and chill and perfect ambiance for a reset !!!

❤️❤️❤️❤️ any amount of words I use would still be an understatement of how wonderful the service I received from Amy and everyone else. I had my kids with me but they did not mind and even complimented me on how good of a mother I was and how great my kids are. They adored my daughter and she absolutely loved everyone as well! I am so grateful for the wonderful staff and amazing service. My nails are absolutely gorgeous. I came in for a fill in but to my surprise I needed more than that. Amy took her time and made sure my nails were healthy and restored bc the original nail tech at a different salon didn’t take the time to remove my nails that had gotten water inside causing discoloration on my nails. Amy was still kind and patient even though we were still there beyond closing time. Thank you thank you thank you for your wonderful service I love my nails.

I am prone to headaches and my back was in bad shape and so much stress as a nurse, and I walked into Nails.com and was greeted with smiles and instantly got in. Hanna did my pedicure and nails, and I just love her. Hanna does a great job and is so kind and fun to talk too. So many nail techs spoke to me and were so kind. Owner spoke to me as well. Every time I visit your shop it never been a time where I had to wait for service, they always get some one to start service me right away, and the service is awesome, I can tell the worker care about their customers.Great environments to be around. Hanna and Joann, wonderful workers, many more workers but them two is the one I remember because they had on name tags, I think all of them sure wear name tags so the customers can know their names.Awesome, Service and Clean environment, yes I do continue to return. I have been coming to see Lee here at nails.com for many many years . She has been my nail tech perhaps for 15 years plus . I can’t keep track however she is phenomenal. Her work ethics is like no other .She is detailed and will do everything to leave you feeling completely satisfied. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her . Not only is her work superb she is a beautiful human. Nails.com is fortunate to have her ❤️ if you need a nail tech she is the one . Trust me in extremely picky

Went for a relaxing experience for my birthday and Elsa did amazing with my pedicure! I felt like royalty down to the warm activated pillow on my neck and shoulders! I said I needed to make it quick, they offered to do a full set and pedi at the same time and I still felt so relaxed Tony did a great job with my nails! I recommend anytime quick and professional!

I stopped getting my nails done years ago. Couldnt find a place that made my nails look really good or had a relaxing atmosphere. Right when I walked in, I felt this place was my place. The techs are nice and efficient. Offered me water or something to drink. Music is mellow. They have TVs with relaxing videos. There are lots of great discounts on certain days for different people like teachers and medical staff. Etc.. I also saw one of the gentlemen do a nail design for halloween, I was getting mine done next to his customer. It was beautiful! The design he did was flawless. All the techs Ive had have been great! I highly recommend this place!! I love my nails again. Thank you!Ps. Had to add My Christmas nails! They are everything I wanted! Pictures dont do them justice. 🥰

I scheduled a last-minute pedicure. I was assigned Elsa. Let me tell you. I was in heaven. It smelled amazing. She was so kind. Even hugged me when I left. I will definitely return and request her. My toes look so cute, and I was so relaxed the entire time.

The service was excellent! A little pricey, but totally worth it. They were open later than any other nail shop I found in the area, and I was able to get the last 7:00 appointment, since I was just getting my nails done on a whim after dinner. They treated me so well, and even though the last nail tech was leaving, she stayed behind to make sure I got a great gel manicure, and one of the guys also helped with the manicure. So, I was able to sit in the pedicure chair and relax while another woman worked on my feet. Three people pampering me at once made me feel like a queen, and the staff was super friendly! It was a super fun experience, and I was laughing most of the time with the 3 mail techs. I would definitely go here again, even though its out of my way.

I got a great color and maintained the integrity of the strength of my natural nails.They give great pedicures, gel as well. If youre struggling with the choices, the regular $35 pedi is top quality!This spot is always busy, always clean and always moving, with very little wait.

I got an $85 pedicure. Technician did an average job at best on the actual nail care itself. I used their new chairs. The seat cushion isn’t that comfortable. The money they spent in the seats and should’ve been used to make sure technicians can do quality work. Maybe she was new but that shouldn’t matter. I got their highest pedicure service and should’ve had a quality technician. She was a nice person.

My friends and I have been coming here for years and Rose and her team have become like family to us. I absolutely LOVE coming here! I discovered this little gem when I wasnt happy with my previous nail salon and needed something to be fixed. Needless to say, I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and will never go anywhere else. Ive never had any issues, the staff is very friendly, salon is always clean and comfortable and prices are very reasonable. They also offer various services. The owner always makes you feel right at home :) if you want your nails done right, I recommend going to Miss Rose . The care and attention that is given to each person will have you too feeling like it is a home away from home. They did a full update on new massage chairs and nail stations that not only look great but are very comfortable. They are always generous with some refreshments and flexible with scheduling. I truly have not met a harder working team and encourage anyone who is looking for a little relaxation and great service to go see for yourself! Thanks Rose for all that you do for everyone!

They were amazing! I’ve never been to a nail salon and been so impressed. My acrylics came about beautiful, the pedicure I got was amazing, and the massage that came with it was so relaxing. They offered my two year old son a water and we’re super friendly to both he and I. We came in an hour before close and they stayed with me 30 minutes after close, never once made me feel rushed or unwelcome. I will absolutely never go to a different salon after this amazing experience. 10/10 recommend! I just wish I would have asked their names 🥰

Called to make sure they had an opening they set us up with two appointments in an hour. We got there and went straight back and had our pedicures completed. They did a great job, my daughter decided she also wanted a full set, got them done and extremely happy. We will definitely be back.

This is a amazing place they saved my nails that another nail salon messed up really bad I forgot the woman’s name that did my nails because she did an amazing job, but overall all of them were super nice and sweet because the looked concerned from what the previous place did. They were laughing and joking about it which made me feel so much better. Definitely would be coming back. 🤗🤗

I walked in after a Google search for SNS nails. I was accepted for service right away even though d place was pretty busy. The Manager Victor was very friendly n accommodating. He completed my mani. After an SNS powder manicure, a gel pedicure n a bill/tip of $130 I was very pleased! They were impressive, bc they work quickly w/o compromising quality! I would like to come back here n review them again, after several visits!!

This is a large full service nail salon. They provide lashes and hair removal as well as amazing manicures and pedicures. The facility is contemporary and has multiple stations to accommodate a lot of patrons. The selection of nail services is impressive with something for every budget. The cleanliness appears immaculate with constant attention to sanitation. My nail technician was Mia and she was professional as well as pleasant and sweet.She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect! I paid a little more than usual but the attention to detail and my needs is worth it!

Very impressed with the salon; clean and laid-back. I was able to make an early morning appointment and they were punctual. I had a regular Mani Pedi and they took their time and did a fabulous job. I usually have very good experiences with them. I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times and it’s always been great. However I’ve gotten my lashes done there three times now. And the second time I got them installed they fell off in two days so I went back and they fixed them free of charge. However they cut corners and I got them fixed yesterday and my right entire lash is coming off. I got them done with clusters and she was supposed to glue them on and they are falling off as we speak.

I took my niece ,my sister , and my daughter to get our nails done. I also took my 14 month old baby with us to get our nails done. These people are so professional and so helpful and all the way around the best experience I’ve had thus far with getting my nails done. The quality that I got after I showed them the picture of what I wanted which was a little complicated they got the job done and they turned out exactly like the picture. Amazing team!

Yesterday was my first visit. I wish I could remember the girls name, but I dont. She has very short hair and is younger. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to make my nails looks amazing. I have already gotten a ton of compliments on them and it has only been one day. Everyone there makes you feel like you are important and liked. I will definitely be a regular there from now on.

Came as a walk-In with my 12 year old daughter for pedicures. They weren’t super busy but got busier as we were finishing up our pedicures. The prices were fair, the products used were good products (not the cheaper brands). They have a large selection of colors and dip powders. They were friendly and fast and did such a GREAT job on my feet. The shop it’s self is large and clean and quite. Overall, it was a great experience.

Linda and Tina gave my boyfriend and I THE BEST PEDICURE EVER!!!! It was amazing, we both fell asleep!***Update... we were sad to find out both Tina & Linda are no longer there. But my husband still got pedicures anyway, and yes, we loved every minute of it. The hospitality was nothing short of great, and yes, hubby fell asleep again, lol. Its been a while, but we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! They make getting your nails enjoyable and not a chore. The owner asked about my experience and made sure i was happy. A nice lady did my manicure and pedicure and it was delightful. The salon is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and its a 10 minute walkfrom my office. I will definitely be back for more!
