    I am so happy with how my manicure turned out today. I have to wear my nails shorter for work. Elsa did a perfect job getting the length right, as well as the shape of how I prefer to wear my nails. I am very pleased and will return to have Elsa do my dip manicures from now on. Everyone at the salon is so professional and hospitable.

    Zen at Nails & Beyond did a fantastic job with my Mani Pedi today. She took her time and made the experience great. So glad I found this place! They are transparent with their prices and keep them posted so theres no guesswork like other salons who stick you with random extra charges. Clean, comfortable environment, and as an added bonus, they offer a variety of drinks to customers ranging from water to soda and even wine.

    I first want to just congratulate Tony and Brian for all of there hardwork and dedication! I have been getting my nails done by them both for over 6 years now and i couldnt be more thankful they are not just a nail tech they are family.     This is my 3rd time visiting. The first time I went so they could do my nails over that another nail shop had done but their gel polish started peeling the next day. Anyways they are the best Ive gone to since moving here from Mississippi. They are nice, polite and never rush. I love it!!

    Nails and Beyond is now under new management!!Before - trying to just get you in and out while not caring about the outcomeNow - listens to your wants and takes their time to get the best result.I see Brian and he’s never disappointed! His brother Tony is also amazing, most of my friends see him. Everyone there is so nice and doesn’t just keep to themselves but talks to everyone, not in an obnoxious way, unlike other places I’ve been too.Also Brian has been the only person who has given me relief from working long hours on my feet. I don’t get bad ingrown toenails or overgrown skin around the nails on my toes anymore. His mom give the best foot massages around which is the biggest plus. And I can’t forget that I actually wear sandals now because of how they make my feet look!I can’t thank them all enough!!

    Under new management and NEW OWNERS!!!!!Brian has been my nail tech for about 8 years and he never disappoints. He takes his time to make sure you are completely satisfied and takes his time. Tony is also amazing. They are all very polite and so caring and makes sure you are taken care of while there. I will continue to go to them.

    Review the stars before I left New York.. Fresh off airport I walked, in Friendly, faces,smiles and a very clean establishment I explain the situationof reason why I was in town. Debbie was very accommodating. I did not show her a picture, but explain to her how I wanted my nails and she came with PERFECTION.. ❤️ If you live, visit or emergency.. come through...     The best salon experience I’ve ever had!First off, the staff is awesome. Brian did my nails and they’re the BEST set I’ve ever gotten. He was diligent, personable, and great at what he does. I love to get designs on my nails and he did not make me feel like an inconvenience with my 10 different colors lol. I can’t wait to go back!

    This business is now under new management and it is amazing! They had tons of color options for gel, dipping powder, and other services. They were super kind and respectful and everyone was helped in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than an hour with an appointment for a full set with gel. The quality of work is impressive and worth the money. They dont rush clients and ensure that each person gets exactly what they want. They have awesome customer service skills and provide a relaxing and enjoyable enviorment for your services. They are patient and super helpful over the phone and in person. I totally recommend this place it is 100% worth your time and money.

    Visited Nails & Beyond for the first time as a walk-in client. Tony was able to help me right away, I asked for a filling with minimal design, and he checked with me to make sure the shape and colors were exactly what i wanted.     UPDATE: 4/2022: Tina is now my new favorite! She is very creative and understands my nail style! She is willing to adjust or suggest something else!if I don’t make any sense she somehow still understands where I’m going with my style haha. Sometimes it’s hard deciding that’s why I appreciate her so much!Johnny, does great nails ! Me and my girls go here. They stay open till 8 pm on most days and I love that ! They are all very friendly and helpful. And they also do great eyebrows ( the lady takes her time and double checks it .

    I visited today with a friend while she got her nails done, & I must say this is the FIRST nail shop Ive ever visited where customer service was not only present, but a PRIORITY. The atmosphere was relaxing, & the staff was very cordial, not loud or imposing, nor did they demand you to pay for services you didnt inquire about. I found my FOREVER nail shop!

    Im from Miami but every time Im going to Jacksonville, I purposely come in time to get them done here. They are very clean. Use the liner with every pedicure. Sanitize all tools.     I took my niece today for the first time to get her nails done. She had a full set and I had a fill in. We were able to walk in and be seated right away. We did not feel rushed at all. Both of our nails turned out really nice. This was my first time there and I was very satisfied with the service. Definitely will be returning.

    Tony & Brian have been doing my nails for as long as I can remember. I was one of Brians appointments when the lady from one of the last reviews was there. She mentioned Brian jumping around between people at her appointment, but I had an 11am with Brian, that I was late to. Thus, pushing him back when you were already late to your appointment before mine. Brian did a great job of trying to jump between both me & the other lady. Yes, it took a little longer. But could you not see him trying to make sure neither one of us was upset. You can’t really go into a nail salon & expect to be VIP. He then had a THIRD appointment walk in, but continued to help the other lady, who still managed to have a problem. I opted to have someone else paint my nails/designs, just to try to help. You can really tell what kind of person you are, based on how you treat people in customer service. If you were late to your appt, he had every right to make you reschedule, but he accommodated to not only you but to me too. And for that, I am GRATEFUL.It was done slower than I anticipated, but I was late so that was my fault. As it is anyone else’s if they’re late. Tony & Brian are some of the nicest people who do GREAT work. These reviews aren’t paid for, we just know genuine people when we see them. If you want a personable relationship, and someone who listens to what you want and what hurts you, Tony & Brian are 100% the way to go.

    My friend an I made appointment @1:30 . We actually waited not even 10 minutes and understood. They have a very clean facility and Mary had gave me a pedicure. She is the best I don’t know bout the rest they probably are the best too but she did a wonderful job on me on my legs and my feet and my toes a beautiful work. My friend she had a fill-in and her nails done by won and she loved her colors. She love the way he did it fixing her nails up the way she wanted I would recommend to go back and I am going to go back, you feel like you’re welcomed in the place of home

    My daughter had a her nails done with gel polish on top but they started chipping and her nails were cracking on the sides. I took her back and explained to them that we wasn’t satisfied. Lucky they a new manager in town. Brain took one look at her nails and said he was disappointed as well. He was very apologetic and gave her a whole new set of nails free of charge!!😀 #Happyclient

    I went into the shop hoping my nails would be corrected since the last place I had been botched my nails. Han sat down and said I will take care of you and that’s exactly what he did.     This is great place to get your nails done! When there is a problem they are quick to fix it.They make you feel comfortable and not out of place very friendly and nice staff. The deluxe pedicures are the best and the nail techs are great. Started coming here after another salon did a shady job on my nails and came here to get them fixed left out with my hands looking brand new. Ive been a faithful customer since!

    I was really impressed with HAN and the professionalism that he showed. One of the other techs was doing my pedicure but I have an ingrown nail that always gives me a fit. But Han really worked with it and retrieved it from my in my skin and it really felt better. I really also like the fact that he made sure he got the dead skin and cleaned up my cuticles as well. I really appreciate that because alot of people for some reason don’t attend to that. I will be going back thank you so much!!!!

    I went there on a Monday since most nail places were closed. I normally wouldn’t have gone because of the low reviews but I really needed them done so we took a chance. To my surprise the young guy who did it, did an excellent job! I gave 4 stars because he was not friendly at all, but he did an excellent job with my nails and that’s what I’m paying for. I ended up going again the next day to wax my eyebrows and she did a great job as well. I’ll keep going until they give me a reason not to.

    Been going here 10+ yrs. Tina & Hahn operate a busy nail salon and offer a wide selection of services. If youre not happy with something, they go above & beyond to make things right. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive, especially since theyre at the airport exit.

    Han just finished my gel manicure after I received a pedicure from another gentleman (who was just as great)!     My daughter got a full set of acrylics and I got dip polish. There was some initial confusion about how to remove another salons manicure (I had dip with a gel topcoat and they insisted I had acrylics) but once that was cleared up, the manicures were pretty standard.EXCEPT that they lasted forever! This was by far the best and longest lasting manicure either of us have ever gotten. I am willing to make a longer drive for that long lasting of a mani!

    Great service. Even tho they were busy they got me right in , had deluxe pedicure which was very nice , would have been better if the the gel polish wasnt 25 extra tho, still worth it. Visiting from out of town but sure I will be back:)

    Come here faithfully now every two weeks. Get SNS which is so much better then gel polish and helps my nails grow healthy and strong. They also give wonderful pedicures and is one of the few places that takes there time doing the services and is very affordable.

    I am a regular customer and always request the same few people to do my services some of the guys are a little rough and if they are busy you can tell the difference. But this is still my favorite shop they keep it clean and I have witnessed the nightly cleanup. I have had a couple of iffy experiences of arguments and ordering lunch while doing my services but it is a family business thats what happens its like a reality show in a language I will learn one day so I can understand the story line...haha. nothing wrong with some entertainment from time to time and I even encountered a national celebrity there on one occasion who is a regular.

    I go here for SNS regularly! They first check your nails then let you soak them off. I have used two of the nail people and loved them both Tina is my favorite! Definitely the only place I will go for SNS. They do a great job on pedicures too! I was there today for SNS pink and white (they even have the pink glitter)!! Recommend this place to all of my friends!
