    Lisa 2, who has been taking care of me for four years is a pleasure. She knows my nail care needs, takes the time required and is patient when servicing me. The salon is always clean, bright and uplifting when I arrive. The staff always have smiles and are laughing about something. Just a pleasant place to be. I look forward to my visits. I highly recommend Salon Vo to my friends and colleagues.

    I took a chance to go to Salon Vo. I was disappointed with all the other salons I had been to. The prices I was paying and even driving to Ocala to try and get quality nails just werent happening for me. So I made an appointment and was assigned Van. The girl did not disappoint. I have hard nails to care for. She gets it right every time. My nails are straight, the hold for 3 weeks, no chipping of the paint and no lifting. She is sweet as can be. She puts love into her work and takes her time. I feel I get my moneys worth. I work outside with my hands all the time, and I ride horses and my nails hold up. I love knowing Im getting quality work, but also that Im not just a number. She really cares about her customers experience and their satisfaction!!! If she leaves, I will follow her for sure. Thank you Van!!!

    Holly has been doing my nails for years; she does a fantastic job! Jenn does my brow lamination and makes my eye brows look full and matches my silver hair (hard to do)! April cuts my hair and always makes my silver helmet look spicy! Love these girls! The salon owner and staff are always friendly and kind to the clients! The salon is always very clean and well maintained.

    I’ve been retired for 9 years now and that was one thing I wanted to do was to get a monthly pedicure. I finally found a place that I was very happy with. Holly is super super great. She takes the time with you and it feels good when she massages the feet and legs. I go with my sister and she has Dustin doing her pedicure. We are sticking with these two. We have a lot of laughter when we are in there. Thank you Salon Vo.

    Love salon vo!! Lisa 2 is awesome!! She always gives me the best manicure and the pedicure is relaxing with a great foot massage. My gel polish lasts for 3 weeks and I am brutal on them. I would recommend this salon for any nail treatment!!

    Jean is the best hair stylist I have EVER had! Her coloring skills are like magic and Im always in love with my cuts and styles she does for me. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you ever want someone who will transform your hair into something stunning shes your girl!

    Today i went into salon vo with nails i got done at a different salon .. unhappy with the nails i had i walked in and explained my paint job was messed up , the shaping was crooked , etc. and with no hesitation my nail lady at salon vo fixed my nails right up.great work and service. i left satisfied and i will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone i know :))

    My daughter and I were in need of a mothers daughter day , I book the appointment for 2 Pedi and 2 full set of nail, they did a great job and the Pedi and my nails has never looked so great , with my job I have usually by now broke one or they get messed up easy , I can say that there has been times in the past couple of days having them that I have totally forgot about having them done, they feel so natural , and still look great thank you so much.

    Enjoyed my second appointment for a fill and gel with Lori. I was amazed with how good my manicure looked after a full 2 weeks. Lori is knowledgeable on the science of her craft, not to mention cordial and upbeat. I hate that I have been going to one of the many pop-up nail salons thinking the prices were better. Salon Vos prices are very good, the salon is clean, staff members are friendly and engaging. I have found my go-to salon.

    I have had the pleasure of having E do my nails for 10 years. She is amazing. She knows I’m very picky. But she always makes me and my hubby happy. Salon is always clean. Everyone is super nice there. I have been to other places in Citrus County and this one by far is the very best in town. I feel that all of the employees are very talented in what they do. Awesome owners.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SALON

    Great services! Only issue is how long it takes to actually set an appointment with the receptionist. I feel they would benefit from having another person in the back for phone calls ONLY. Just my opinion. However, when you want the best for nails (E. all the way!!), and pedicures (several are great!), guess thats how it goes! My mom and I have facials set up with Jennifer this coming Friday, so will let everyone know how my very first facial goes!! So excited!!

    (Not a bad review, just an honest one)While the staff were super nice and the facility was exceptionally clean, I thought it was extremely over priced. 55 for just a normal pedicure with extra fizzy stuff and a special lotion was way too much. Most other places I get the Volcano pedicure from offer a longer massage or a hot stone massage for the same price or (sometimes) less. Dont waste your cash upgrading here! For a regular pedicure, it was good. Jennifer was great to chat with, courteous and super helpful. She also did a great job on the polish. If I come back, Ill just pay the lower price for the same service without the little packets.

    My son took me for my very first pedicure at the age of 67 for my birthday. Rylee Vazquez , was my tech. She made me feel so comfortable with in just the first minute. Very kind very thoughtful and very thorough. It is not my last time going there for a pedicure with Rylee next time I think I will get my nails done to. Its great to feel pampered

    A little bit of background:I had a terribly dark, unflattering red/purple dye in my hair. It was a relatives idea to make it that color. After weeks of embarrassment and misery I knew I had to suck it up and get it fixed.I booked a consult with Leon, who assessed my color, checked out my damage (my hair is very long) and snipped off a section so he could test what wed be looking at if my hair was lightened. Ive never had someone take a swatch of my hair to do a strand test. Ive been to CRAZY $$$ salons in NY, Miami and Boston. Never have I had my hair tested first.I went in for my appointment and my results were incredibly bright. Granted, I had asked for my hair to be lightened considerably, I was just unhappy with the REALLY COPPER tones. I will say this: my edgy friends ADORED IT. It grabbed loads of attention and compliments and that made me uncomfortable. Im a 37 year old mom!I agonized over what to do. I didnt want to insult him or complain about a result I ASKED FOR! In a fit of bravery, I contacted Salon Vo on their Facebook page.In (literally) less than five minutes I had a concerned and supportive response. This was on a Sunday, when the salon is closed. They told me I would get a call Monday morning, to have my color adjusted. I felt so bad and I was really nervous.Monday. They call and book me. Leon greets me at the door, as warm and laid back as ever. He applies a toner to my hair, styles it impeccably (the man is KING OF SEXY BLOWOUT) and Ive never been happier with the level of service Ive received OR the finished result.A business should be judged by how they handle customers that are not happy with the result theyve gotten, regardless of reason.Leon and the salon staff (including the charming receptionist) made me so at ease, so comfortable, that Im going blonde, with Leon, by the New Year.I am normally not this effusive. However, good customer service should be acknowledged. It is very rare.If you see a girl around Inverness, rocking a red to die for- book an appointment. You can thank me later. 😜

    I highly suggest Anthony or Leon cutting your hair! They are very excellent and make sure not to cut too much off or give you the dreaded experience of leaving with something you hate while you choke back your tears and tell yourself to man up and enjoy the cut,prices are up there but they are worth it.
