    I highly recommend this practice. Saw my entire family all in one visit. Melissa took the time to address each of us without us feeling rushed through. She is very knowledgeable and very sweet and caring. The office staff are kind and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment and we didn’t have to wait long in the office to be seen. Great experience!

    I live in the lower Florida Keys, made an appointment and was able to get in to see Melissa a day later rather than waiting 6 weeks here to be seen. Im glad I made the drive to be seen sooner, the entire staff is very friendly and very polite. Melissa is very knowledgeable and professional, turns out my problem was a pretty simple fix. She also asked if I had other areas of concern to be looked at, she definitely takes the time needed for the visit. Not in a rush and really cares about her work and her patients. I highly recommend this place !! Thank you to you and your staff.

    OMG! I am still on a high from the amazing service and attention I received at Optimal Health this morning! The office was super clean and beautifully decorated, and from the time we were greeted at the door, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The place feels homey and welcoming, and everyone is very professional and attentive. I made my appointment over the phone with Matt and he was fun, caring and very respectful of our needs. Upon arriving at the office, I felt like meeting him in person and thanking him for his amazing service. I visited Optimal Health for a MiraDry treatment, and Melissa and her assistant where both so kind, professional, and accommodating, I felt like I knew them all my life!! I cant say enough good things about this place; if you are on the fence, give them a call, you will fall in love!

    From the moment I stepped in this office, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from Diana at the front desk. This was my first time visiting this office. The paperwork got done and I was swiftly greeted by Dr. Melissa to address any questions I had before starting with Botox. When it comes to injectables at this office, they come up with a custom plan just for your face and body, it is not a one size fits all. They are so patient and kind at this office and it feels like they want to make you a friend, not just “another” patient. You can tell the lovely people here pride themselves on making sure you are 100% comfortable and happy with your procedure. 10/10 recommend!!!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way!! From the call to inquire about the services, the nice woman at the reception desk, and through the entire procedure I felt welcome and comfortable. I completed my paperwork online beforehand, which I recommend, so I just had to show ID when I arrived. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I’m shy by nature but I didn’t feel that way at all there. The staff are all smiles and extremely polite. I wish them all the best of luck in this business.

    Very professional and courteous. From the time you walk in and are greeted by a very nice lady, until the time you leave you know that you’ve come to the right place.Melissa is very knowledgeable and listens to every worry that you may have.I’m so happy that I finally found this medical group which I’m sure will help me with my skin problems.Highly recommend them.

    What a great addition to the revitalization of downtown historic Homestead. If you are tired of having to fight the Kendall and Miami traffic just for decent services then your prayers have been answered. This place is by far the best office I have been to. The office staff was extremely professional, friendly and quite knowledgeable. Lisa made sure I felt comfortably and safe during this strange time we’re living. She was familiar with all the products and procedures without making me feel like she was just trying to sell me. She made sure I was comfortable and explained different options the office had to offer. The office itself was empty but warm and inviting. Melissa was amazing! I can not say enough. I went in for Botox which I had done before and lip filler, which was a first. I explained to her what I was looking for, a natural fuller upper lip. At 47 years old I felt my top lip was disappearing. What I got in return was more than I could have ever imagined. When I looked in the mirror I cried with tears of joy because for the first time in years I liked what I saw. I looked refreshed and youthful and like I had aged gracefully rather than worn out and tired. Melissa didn’t just give me better lips she gave me a better view of myself.     I did the MiraDry procedure with Melissa and let me tell you that it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I was nervous leading up to it but Melissa made sure to answer every single one of my questions and made me feel 100% comfortable. The procedure itself was a bit painful, but tolerable. She made sure to talk me through it and adjusted what she was doing to minimize my discomfort. Her follow up care was just as amazing as she was! She texted and called me when I thought that the swelling after was alarming. She assured me that it was totally normal and to keep icing it. Well, it’s a month later and let me tell you that I’ve recommended it to everyone I know! It’s a game changer!

    The office was beyond clean! I felt so safe during Covid. They only allowed us into the building and never had to be in contact with anyone else. Dr. Melissa and her assistant were so beyond nice! They listened to my worries, and instructed me with what to do. So thankful to find a place I can trust! The receptionist was a sweet heart and everyone always followed all Covid protocols. Loved it!

    My experience was great! My skin is very sensitive and lately my rosacea has been flared up along with dermatitis from wearing mask all day at work. Melissa is working with me to help manage my skin issues. Happy to have her in the Homestead area. I am on a regimen now that seems to be working well. Love the Skinceuticals line. Lisa at the front is very friendly and helpful!
