Gisel has been doing my brows for almost a decade now and she has never disappointed me! She always does an amazing job and she is a true professional in her demeanor and in her work as well. Also, the receptionist (whos name I forgot to ask, but she reminds me of Emily from Emily in Paris lol) has such an amazing positive attitude and shes very friendly and tries to keep the clients entertained while they wait. She is definitely the best receptionist since the brow boutique opened. Thank you to both for creating an exceptional experience for me yesterday and Gisel for always doing magic on my brows since the moment I started with her almost 10 years ago !

Top notch services!! The staff is friendly and helpful . I had to take my 1 and 4 year to my appointment and the staff helped me by taking care of them while I had my eyebrows done. My brows looked amazing exactly what I asked for thick and full. The facility is clean and offer a variety of services at a fair price. This will continue to be my #1 eyebrows place.

I highly recommend going to see Jossi!! She is gentle, but thorough and always does such a fabulous job shaping my brows!!Prices are about average for other salons. Parking garage right behind the store, but there’s also very limited street parking. While an appointment is not required it is recommended.

Ive been coming here consistently for the past year. What I love is booking is seamless, parking is a breeze, the interior design is pleasing and overall ambiance is soothing.I choose to book with Gaby Urrutia. Shes really sweet and always does a consistently good job. What I mean is, I go in and when she hands me the mirror when shes done Im like This is quite the transformation.I know I can get threading for less, but these small details make you want to come back to a place because it saves you time and energy. Ill pay a few extra bucks for that.

Jossie does an amazing job with my brows and tint. At one time or another I have itried almost all of the wax specialists, Alyssa, Giselle, Nur.... they are ALL excellent!That is what I love about Brows on Main...their service is consistent so I know I will always leave satisfied. The Wax Specialists are knowledgeable, friendly and down right talented! Ever since I discovered this place a few years back and I knew I would enjoy coming. Ive been using the same brow specialists Melissa for a while now. Only once I wasnt pleased with my eyebrows but I believe this person was new to which my brows werent shapped and it was just covered with the eyebrow mouse that they were promoting at the time and I havent seen her since then. Other than that incident, I always look forward to my appointments and the price is very reasonable. I can never complain!

She takes care of your eyebrows she just doesnt wax them and be done with it no she makes sure that she leaves any hair that has pontential to grow to help your eyebrows look fuller in the long run which is what I need I barely have any hair. I always got my eyebrows done by the same woman for the past 8 years. Whenever I’ve tried someone different, it’s always gone horribly wrong. So, I made sure to stick to one person and I would look like a Sasquatch before letting another person touch my eyebrows... well, my lady ended up taking months off as she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy... and sure enough, I started looking like a Sasquatch. I have an upcoming job interview to an amazing company and needed my eyebrows and lip done and done right, ASAP! I read many reviews and looked at all the prices.... although Brow Boutique was on the pricier side, I kept reading great reviews on Lucia. I decided to take a Chance and scheduled an appointment for the very same day with the famous Lucia. Not only was Natalie the receptionist professional and thorough, she scheduled me with efficiency and quickness, especially for such a last minute and frantic call.When I arrived, the location was gorgeous and I felt like I arrived at a resort for waxing. Natalie knew exactly who I was and made me feel like I was right at home. Lucia came out to greet me and took me to her chair, and I felt like I was a customer of hers for years. You could tell that she loved what she does from the start. Friendly, got straight to what you wanted and made sure that it best suited your structure. One thing that left me speechless was how PAINLESS it was. From the waxing to the tweezing, what I felt was like a gentle pinch and a soft tug. I was literally smiling while she waxed off my tree branches off my face.Lucia has definitely gotten a new regular and Natalie is definitely appreciated for her top quality customer service! Visit Brow Boutique for your waxing And beauty needs and, ladies, please do not forget to tip the aestheticians as that is how they make a living (tipping is ideally 18-22% of the service charge). They do not make a living off of hourly wages and these women have worked hard to perfect their skills to make sure you are at your most confident when you leave.

First off, i want to start by saying how gisel is absolutely phenomenal. when she isn’t available or booked, i do my brows with the other ladies and they’re great too but gisel is over the top. it clearly shows that she takes pride in her work. she pays attention to details and she takes her time. but as of late, the company has increased the prices drastically. i noticed a price increase a few months ago and now there’s a fee for “supplies.” all i do is thread my eyebrows and i don’t understand what i’m being charged for since it’s just thread. i don’t think i’ll continue to be coming back until the price comes down a bit because being charged $18 plus a fee to only get my eyebrows threaded is insane.

But left with so much more. Im Asian and have very thin eyebrows. I came in for a clean up but left with a tint as well and I cant tell you how happy I was with the thickness and shape Karen gave me. Woah, its extremely disturbing seeing all these negative reviews over price adjustments for their services. They are amazing! I love Narisa! When its comes to brows specifically, just a key reminder, they are located on your face. Id much rather pay for experienced professionals than go cheap and walk out with irritated skin and busted eyebrows. Now, when it comes to bikini waxing, Ive heard horror stories of cheaper services. No thank you, Ill stay with Narisa! Also, its still not even that expensive, if anything I was shocked they were so cheap at first.
