    Hollywood Dermatologyā€™s staff is awesome. Wait time was less than 30 mins from the time I walked in to when I was called in. The office is impeccably clean and all areas are bright and comfortable. My family and I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years and are always pleased with the care and attention provided to us.

    I was seen by Victoria Lucerna, PA for my initial visit with this practice. I was pleased with the staff and the speed at which I was taken into the exam room and seen by Victoria.     Picked a great day and time for the appointment. The wait was no more than five minutes.I had been to the Pembroke Pines office for my last visit bc I needed to address an issue and Romina was fully booked for a while but there is no comparison. Romina really listens and is very knowledgeable and professional.

    AMAZING SERVICE. Was able to get an appointment within the week. Office staff was polite and friendly. PA was extremely knowledgable, listened to my concerns, addressed all our questions with respect, and kindly explained everything in plain language for my daughter to understand. Examination was completed throughly. My daughter was scared from previous exams (in another office) but the PA was super gentle and took time to let my daughter process each step of the treatment!!!!     First visit to a dermatologist for myself and my first time at this location. Aside from the long wait time everything was really good. Romina had a warm and welcoming personality as well as excellent bedside manner. Very informative and I did not feel rushed at all. She was very nice and patient as well as the assistant that was with her. All of the ladies at checkout were so friendly and helpful as well. I will be returning next week as I recently switched our daughter from the Hollywood location to the Pembroke Pines. Looking forward to another positive for her

    I love Dr Falabella!! I have been using her forever. My daughter also goes to her since she was a kid. She is caring and is excellent in her profession. She always makes you feel special and if she finds something she is great at consoling you. I highly recommend her. Girls at the front and her assistants are all so nice too!

    Office staff was very helpful and scheduling/booking of the appointment was seamless. I recommend to schedule with time in advance since the MD is very busy. Nice office, well located and with plenty of parking available.Dr. Falabella was outstanding. As a physician myself, I highly recommend her for any dermatological issues you may have. She is attentive to detail and took enough time to explain the overlapping conditions I have that many other dermatologists in the past couldnā€™t.

    Dr Falabella and staff are amazing! The ā€œminus one starā€ is because of the appointment calling center. The rep that I spoke with had no clue that surgical procedures needed to be scheduled directly with the office after a consultationā€¦so ended up wasting a day unnecessarily. The prompt attention and quick scheduling of my procedure was a good ending to a semi-frustrating day.

It must be a great place to work at because everyone is so pleasant. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Shortly after, I met with the dermatologist, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in their examination. They took the time to explain my condition in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity.During my visit, I did experience some wait time, but lets be honest, what doctors office doesnt have a wait time? The important thing is that the staff at HWD made every effort to minimize any inconvenience and ensure that my needs were met.I also want to commend the office manager for their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to address a billing issue I had, and their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at HWD.     Highly recommend going here! Chas was so helpful when making my appointment, she was very accommodating when helping me book my appointment since I have a difficult schedule because of my job. Chas and the office staff was super friendly when I arrived. I saw PA Romina Alzamendi & I will definitely be going back to see her! She took her time to explain everything she prescribed for me and I love how she made a whole regimen for me to follow. Excited to see how good my skin will look in a few weeks!

    This is one of the best dermatology offices left! Dr.Falabella is a rare gem!! Doctors like her are extinct!!!!!people complain because of the wait time, however the reason for the wait is because the doctor actually takes the time to listen to what youā€™re saying& cares! She does not prescribe unnecessary medications& will almost always provide samples if available for you to try before actually wasting money on meds that arenā€™t helpful &,are costly. Sheā€™s always kind& compassionate& will advocate for patients when necessary ! She will not perform unecessary procedures & is conservative while being proactive!The office staff always makes you feel welcome even when theyā€™re busiest! All of the nurses are compassionate & provide a detailed patient history to the doctor to expedite the quality of her time spent with you to do the exam& perform whatever is needed!     I have been seeing another dermatologist for years without any appreciable measure of success. A friend recommended Hollywood and after some coaxing, I finally agreed to go. I have yet to see the doctor, however the PA (Maria V Laserna) has been amazing. She started me on topical solutions and gradually moved me to a stronger one. The results have been nothing less than miraculous. She could have been the doctor at my old office. She is wise beyond her educational credentials.

    Came in to the Miramar office as a new patient since I recently relocated back to FL, needed a renewal on my acne antibiotics. Location was easy to find, staff at check-in was friendly and helpful since I was having issues with me medical insurance (no fault of my own) but we got it sorted out. My consultation was with the PA, and she was very nice and took the time to listen to my concerns and requests. She also did a mole check on my back since Ive never had it done before. Im a 39yo white Male. I was a bit hesitant at first, since I dont particularly like needles, but I knew I better listen to her advice, and the procedure really was painless. I had a few subclinical acne bumps zapped off, and that was a bit painful, but I knew these pimple like bumps wont go away on their own. Overall it was comfortable experience, and I will certainly be back for follow ups.

    I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Falabella for all your skin care needs. As a teenager I lived at the beach. All my sunburns led to sun damaged skin. Dr. Falabella has removed several precancerous lesions without leaving a mark. She is a skilled dermatologist and surgeon. Aside from that she is a beautiful person inside and outside.
