Kathy is the best at permanent make-up. Period. I did brows, liner, and lips all in one go and she was A++ through all of it. She is a genuinely kind and attentive person, which is crucial because that means she always makes sure you are numbed and not feeling pain. She also has a gentle hand which will reduce scabbing. Im on day three and Im healing better than anything I saw on YouTube. No scabbing. For sure pick her!

I went to KC Brow Master after seeing a co-workers eyebrows. They looked awesome and I just had to have it done! Cathy and Lou were both so kind and professional! The communication was excellent and they both explained the whole process. Lou is the one who performed the micro blading on me and she did an absolutely amazing job! The shape and color are perfect! The receptionist was very nice and informative. Cathy the technician was also nice and informative and made you feel comfortable. Prior to moving fwd with the procedure she showed me an outline of the shape she had in mind and asked for my approval prior to continuing, we also discussed and selected the appropriate color. I felt no pain throughout the process and I love my new brows!

What an amazing experience@KCbrow Master. I waited years out of fear of pain to do my eyebrows and my eyesight is getting worst so I can’t do my eyebrows nor my eyeliner as good as I want. Thanks to Kathy Cula who had the expertise, patience, calmness n answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. My fear was greater than the pain. I felt none for eyebrows n just a lil discomfort for permanent eyeliner but all worth it. Kathy made it so much easier with her tender Angel hands she is a real professional. I’m so happy n feeling 10 years younger. No more worries trying to put makeup on right everyday. Same day picture my eyes are a lil swollen, eyeliner will show better when it goes down.

My eyebrows were the curse of the 90s (thin was in, honey) and after this phase, it made me subject to filling them in and having to spend way too much time and money on them. I also have alopecia and lost some confidence because of my thinning and never growing eyebrows. I tried it all, castor oil, expensive serums, everything. I was always curious about microblading but I was waiting for divine intervention to send me a person who I can trust. And here we are! I am 36 years old and finally feel like myself. The confidence boost these ladies gave me. The entire process was easy. We chatted during this process and it was painless. If the pain serum dulled, they applied more but for the most part it is painless and easy. I will tell anyone who is looking for the right people and hands for Microblading- go to them. There are a lot of other services they offer to. They have great personalities and for me, supporting women and moms are extremely important for my values. Im glad to have been referred to them. :)

Lou was VERY detail oriented and she did a fantastic job. I could tell she wanted my brows to turn out perfectly and I really appreciated that!! I was Referred over by My Friends Girlfriend to do a facial, it was way overdue but was very hesitant to follow thru with it being that I kinda felt a-little weird cause it’s not something guys usually do, however by the end of my stay I was completely satisfied with the attention and the way my face felt after the whole thing.! New Image Life Spa is professional and meticulously detailed in their application of eyelashes. Ive now had 3 different applicators and each is outstanding. Todays was Aexil and she is a specialist in natural looking lashes, as pictured. She has excellent bedside manner, making sure I was comfy and new everything she was doing. Id go back to New Life time and again. Two thimbs up!
