    I had a bad day at work and just wanted my nails done, I called and they were able to take me right away on a Saturday night even though it was close to closing. I was immediately greeted and offered a drink. My manicure and pedicure was flawless, my pedicure was complete with hot towels, scrubs, and massage. Savannah was so lovely and everyone there made me feel so welcomed, loved, and like family. She really cares about her business and clients and I will definitely be back. I felt so low before coming in and was treated so nicely I even cried in the chair. It really felt like home. Thank you so much for making me feel like a million bucks again ❤️ there is no price you can put on priceless service.

    My first time coming here was December 18, and Louis did my nails. When I say he is the bomb I mean B-O-M-B !!!! My nails were just the way I wanted them and to top it off I went to sleep as he was doing it and I trusted him and he proved to me that he can get the job done. Ladies when you come here ask for Louis he will not disappoint!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. 👍🏽

    Monet and Savannah were super nice! Great service and an amazing price! I called last minute around 3pm for a 5pm appt time and they quickly added me into their busy schedule, which I appreciate so much.I also took my boyfriend to do a pedicure for the first time and he said he felt like a new man 😂😂. Thanks again for doing my nails!

    Absolutely beautiful nail artist LOUIS did an amazing job!!! Went above and beyond in accommodating my needs and ideas for my nails. I absolutely 100% recommend him to do your nails he’s good at what he does and is very patient I have damaged nails from last experiences at different nail place and he was very gentle knowing I could feel the burn very easily. I am definitely coming back a 3rd time you got yourself a new regular!

    Today was my first time at the Pandoras nail salon and I had a wonderful experience. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by May. I explained to her my bad experience at another salon and showed her my inspo picture. She was very empathetic and started off my soak off process right away. Monet was just as sweet, she was determined to provide me with a great service and a set I would love. My nails look just like my inspo picture and I am beyond happy with Monets work. The pink nails was the set the other salon did and the French is my new set. You can see the difference right away, my almond shape actually looks like an almond shape.

    THIS IS THE ONLY NAIL SALON I WILL EVER GO TO! The cleanest nail salon ever with the sweetest and most talented nail techs that I’ve ever experienced. I recommend all my friends and family here!     After multiple nail salons with disatisfaction. Last minute I called before coming in. Everyone is very kind and welcoming well beyond my expectations, I like the ambience and energy between nail techs and clients. The nail tech are very mindful of everything. This place has now become my go to salon and will be coming back. Words cant describe how grateful I am to come across and finally find a caring nail tech salon.     My family and I wanted our toes done for our trip. We stopped here and were so pleased. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They offered us drinks and made sure we were accommodated and comfortable. I am a licensed professional from another state and was so pleased at the cleanliness and professionalism as well as the hospitality of this establishment. Whenever we visit Florida we will be back. I can tell Ms. Savannah treats her staff like family. They are so happy to be at work and it shows through how they treat their guests. I can’t say enough of how wonderful this experience was.     I am so so happy to have found this nail salon. Their work is outstanding and they treat you like family. I usually don’t love getting my nails done because I don’t have much patience but they work quickly, meticulously and they are so kind and welcoming! This is the only nail salon I enjoy being in. I attached pictures of my nails after 1 whole month 😱 and my new nails! They are amazing. Highly recommend!!!

    The customer service here is unmatched! I always have a great experience. Today I asked for five different nail colors and Savanna helped me pick out each one. She was very patient and understanding when I couldn’t decide the shade or the order of the colors. Her husband’s attention to detail was also appreciated. He took his time with the shape and even filed the underside of each nail so that they weren’t too sharp. I love the way they turned out. Another great set! I highly recommend :)

    Phenomenal service, staff is very sweet and welcoming. Monets hands were magic and just what I needed to help my sore feet. Her and Savanah helped restore my broken toe nail after it broke in (half big toe on the right). Louis was a true picasso and helped create my tedious design for my acrylic nails and really make them pop. The atmosphere was so fun they made the experience that much more enjoyable with the family environment and friendly banter. 10/10

    I highly recommend Pandora Nails!! I was in town for the Labor Day weekend and decided to get my nails done. It was within an hour of their closing I called and spoke with Savannah. She told me that I could still come by to be serviced. Her husband did my nails and they both were very nice and professional. It was a really pleasant experience. Although my nails were done extremely nicely, I wanted them shaped a little differently. I called and Savannah scheduled an appointment for me to return to get them shaped. Unlike most other salons, she had her husband to shape them to my liking and did it for FREE!! I wish much success to them and their business. When I return to visit, I will return to Pandoras Nails.     There is no words to explain how much me and my sister love this place. It’s is our favorite place in Miami. They make the nails amazing and the people are more than amazing.     Coming here for the first time and loved it! Louis and Ethan did my mani and pedi, and I can say it’s the best mani and pedi I have had. Honestly I am very picky with the shapes, and they nailed it! I loved there work. Monet did my husband’s pedicure and she was fantastic also!     I ve been a loyal client of a very high end nail salon in Fort Lauderdale for the past 6 years, until i was given a nail tech that almost ruined my nails and the owner had to save the day, this was a deal breaker as i live in Aventura and had to travel for 40 minutes just to get my nails done. I ve done a local research and found Pandora nails that caught my attention, and this salon did not disappoint. I had 2 very nice gentleman work on my pedicure and manicure at the same time in the most professional way, both were extremely detail oriented, and I believe i walked out with the best and most beautiful nail work. And i have to mention the gentleman who did my pedicure had the best massage skills as well. I m taking my boyfriend to this salon for my next service. 5 starts all the way. See you guys very soon!

    It was the best experience. Savannah was so attentive. I loved the way she did my eyebrows. She has he own techniques that works. She has so much experience and different techniques that works well with her customers. I didn’t get the young lady name that did my pedicure but she was awesome. My foot is silky smooth and she didn’t use the grater like all shops uses. I love this shop. It’s my new nail shop!!

    They do not offer liquid gel, which is what i use normally. (I am from out of town)I informed them that acrylic powder gels does not work on my nails and i was going to go elsewhere. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years. I should know! They pushed and promised and I gave in. Well, not even a week and 2 nails broke already. I filed those 2 down so at least they can last a little longer. The design is beautiful but I will have to get new nails already. Its a shame.The pedicure was wonderful though! Still giving a 4 star.

    A friend recommended this shop to me back in October and since then, I’ve made an appointment once a month to get my nails done. The prices are reasonable & the service is true. The tech, Mi, takes her time with making sure my nails are to my liking. It’s best to schedule ahead of time because they do tend to get busy throughout the week.

    I love going to this nail salon! So glad I read the great reviews and checked it out for myself. Louis always does my nails to perfection, I have gotten a pedicure with May who is great and Savannah is always so sweet & fun (I havent done my nails with her yet) but have no issues trying her. Go here if you want to get a great service, they all care that you are happy with your nails!

These girls in here do amazing work, they are so polite and funny, and the salon is spotless every time and the music is always pleasant and relaxing!     Heidy did an amazing job! My nails look PERFECT!!! I came to Miami on vacation and Heidy is worth the drive all the way from Jacksonville!     I recently moved to Hallandale and had been looking for a new nail salon and came across Pandora! Let me start by saying that Savannah and Mi are amazing! The energy and environment that they have put in to place is so authentic. My nails also came out amazing!! Savannah did my pedicure and Mi did my gel mani. I am OCD when it comes to the paint job and that is why it has taken me some time to find a nail salon because I will not settle, needless to say I am SUPER happy with the outcome and they just earned a new client.
