    I haven’t had a pedicure in 7 years. I was feeling sad today, so i decided last minute to get my nails done! First off the salon was gorgeous! They even have seats for kids to get pedicures, so I want to bring my daughter with me next time. Ben did my pedicure, and he was so nice! The whole process was amazing. Super hot water and towels really helped me relax. Ben even asked how I was doing, I told him a little about what’s going on in my life. And he told me about his, so I wouldn’t feel so alone. I’ll definitely be back and I’m so grateful that I chose The Nail Spa today. THANK YOU 🤍🤍🤍

    As someone that was referred by a friend, I made an appointment with Anna. After waiting 30 minutes, I was instructed to go to Cassie. I expected my expectations to be met however they were not. Though Cassie was very kind and tried her very best, I was not happy with my dip nails and I was still charged full price. I’m not sure why I wasn’t given to Anna as my appointment was specifically with her (which I mentioned multiple times), however what I paid for the designs were not worth it. They were not precise and they my nails were clumpy after the designs. My toes, which has never ever happened before were clumpy and not filed straight as well. They had specks of my nails which showed that the nail wasn’t smooth before being painted. Sadly disappointed with my services however, workers are kind.Edit: My nails ended up breaking and chipping in less than a week. I ended up going back on for repair and Anna accommodated me. Her designs were precise and cleaner. She was so very sweet and her work is absolutely amazing — she served amazing customer service!

    Always a great experience and I always leave more than satisfied. Kenny is wonderful and nails any request I have had! Anna is also a great nail tech. Angela was so patient and kind to my 2 year old daughter when I brought her in for a mommy and me spa day. The longevity and quality of the work they produce is exceptional.

    My first visit was ok pedicure was great but gel nails started peeling after a week. My 2nd visit decided to go back and tell them how long the gel lasted. I had a different person and she apologized for that experience. This is about 5 weeks later, and I put a photo below, they have not chipped or broken, and are growing like crazy! Jesse is amazing she listened to me and made sure I was happy. Everyone isnt good, but they have some that are amazing. So happy I went back to try again.

    Kevin is the best. He is always accommodating my schedule and works diligently. He pays attention to detail and my dip nails usually last 3-5 weeks. He is awesome. Thanks for the great service always.

    This was such a good experience. I got a gel fill with gel polish over the tip extensions I had put on at a different salon three weeks ago. The technicians werent rushing us out the door, were friendly while working with us, and gave us beautiful manicures. The ventilation was great too, no chemical smells. We will be going again in January!

    I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they never disappoint! Anna does my nails; she is so nice and does beautiful work. Everyone is great there and I always feel valued. They make sure you get what you want and that you are comfortable the whole time. The salon is very clean and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town!

    This is the BEST nail salon I’ve been to in such a long time! The staff was so attentive and paid such close attention to detail. I’ve been struggling to find a nail salon that I love here in Gainesville as the ones I have gone too are all just rushing to get you out the door. I’m so happy to have found my new consistent nail salon! Keep up the great work guys!

    AMAZING SERVICE IN GAINESVILLE! this was my first time going and I was hesitant of it being overly expensive but that was NOT THE CASE. Wonderful staff and was able to do a fill in + classic pedicure on a Saturday. This will definitely be my go to nail salon in Gainesville!!!!❤️❤️❤️

    I went for a pedicure and got the organic deluxe (I think). I dont remember the womans name but she was very attentive and nice. I did gel polish anId the removal was very quick. I was going to a nearby salon that was double the price for half the experience. I received 3 different leg and foot massages, my callouses and dead skin was thoroughly removed and I had perfect gel polish with no run off or redo! Definitely returning!

    I AM OBSESSED! I have been going to this nail salon for almost 8 months now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Cassie always exceeds my expectations when it comes to attention to detail and nail art. She is super gentle and doesn’t leave my cuticles feeling raw. Truly the best nail salon in Gainesville!

    My last review was a not so happy one, but for the last couple of months, The nail spa has given more consistent and beautiful results. I wanted to edit my review to show gratitude for helping a girl feel pretty. Lol.     I love this place! the staff is super kind and patient and prices are reasonable, im always sure to give a 30% tip every time i go, and i love the outcomesthe only downside, which i wont be taking a star off for bc im used to it, was my cuticles, but it depends on the nail tech. sometimes they are sore afterwards, but theyre yet to make them bleed.

    I never write reviews but this place is by far the best nail spot in Gainesville. Everyone is so talented ! Shout out to Kevin for killing the acrylic ombré! I will literally never go anywhere else to get my nails done.

    These nails have been amazing, the black hasnt lifted at all. I highly recommend this nails salon. Might I add this photo is two weeks after application and have been horse back riding and off roading and theyre still in good strong condition

    I absolutely love the way my nails look! She did an amazing job shaping them but absolutely buuutchered my cuticles. They hurt. She was not really interested in interacting/ engaging with me. Price was great though and I do love my nails! :) plus called same day and they got me right in.

    I’ve been to this salon twice. Both times I have gotten full set gel color acrylics. Only $45, and the employees are extremely precise with their work. I believe the same man did my nails both times, but it is hard to tell with masks. Either way, he is very talented. The employees do not try to persuade you to upgrade the service you are getting or tell you how long your nails should or should not be, which is always nice. They are all kind and work efficiently. They are usually at least somewhat busy, so you may have to wait a minute, but it is well worth the short wait. They have great color selection for nail polish as well. One of my favorite things is the cleanliness of this business. It is not only a beautiful building in a beautiful plaza, it is also very clean, on the inside and outside. Even the bathrooms are nice, and they are always kept clean. The smell in the building is not very strong at all, which is amazing, especially for people with breathing problems or prone to headaches such as myself. But, obviously, you go there to get your nails done, so, as for the nails... they are always beautiful, even, very well-painted, they have a nice selection of sparkles and other additions to spice up your nail game, even the popular butterfly sparkles (which look amazing, by the way.) And again, the price is great for the quality you are getting.So, a good, clean business with kind workers that offers amazing, good-quality services at low prices. I definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking to get a manicure, pedicure, wax, or any of the services offered here.

    Angela does a wonderful job on my toe nails which present a challenge with some thickened nails. Place is very clean and spacious. My husband likes his pedicure too!My only recommendation would be a different video screen selection. Not sure if they have TV option like HGTV? The music is weird with sensuous photography of singers. So just bring your smart phone and view other things!

    I had a really positive experience today at The Nail Spa. The receptionist was very kind and helpful when I was asking about a service I wanted. I only had about a 20 minute wait. The place was clean, and everyone was following Covid protocols with their masks. My nail tech was Lee and he was so kind and accommodating. He made sure that I was happy with my color choices and was very precise in his work. I got light blue and white dip ombré, and the blue color even glows in the dark. These are definitely the coolest nails I’ve ever had, and it was so worth the price! I will definitely be returning to this nail salon.

    UPDATE..Went today, and wow, Lee worked on my nails, and he did an amazing job!!It was not bad. Lily did my nails, and she did a really great job. I called spur of the moment, and they took me right away. The only reason not giving a 5 is because when I get my nails filled, they never charge to make them shorter. When I went to pay, there was a charge for getting them cut back. I was a little taken back with that.

    I have gone here multiple times for pedicures and I’ve always left happy that my toes didn’t look like stubs and I was heard with my requests. I don’t get my hands done very often due to my line of work. Well today I got my hands done with tips and dip done by Kim aka Kandy and let me say it’s the first time a nail Tech has made my nails actually look good and suitable for my fingers and hand shape. She knew what kind of color I was going for and suggested right away. Kim was very attentive to detail and it shows in her work. She made me feel comfortable and laughed and showed me baby pictures of her daughter. I’ve never left a nail salon so happy.

    The Nail Spa is a great place! I had a Gel manicure and did one of the deluxe pedicures. It was so relaxing. The young man that helped me was so professional. I never felt unwelcomed or rushed.     High quality and very clean, all employees wore masks, Lee takes his time and is careful and gentle. Nails were beautifully shaped and pedicure lasted three weeks with no chipping at all. Highly recommend Nail Spa!

    AMAZING place! The staff was super friendly and was able to help me and 3 friends very quickly despite it being a busy weekend without sacrificing quality. We were all offered refreshments and the massage chairs are brand new high-end luxuriously comfortable.Prices are completely reasonable and worth it, with the options to add on extras or stick to the basics if on a budget!Definitely recommend for anyone and everyone!

    The Nail Spa is a very nice establishment. All of their equipment is higher quality and everything is neat and clean. Some nail salons can feel a little grimy, not this place. The staff are very nice and they play a nice assortment of music. They also do wonderful nail art! We just showed them a picture off of Pintrest and they were able to do it!

    Of several salons I have tried in Gainesville this is by far the best. They pay great attention to detail and make sure to use practices that maintain the health and safety of your nails. My gel manicure has lasted for 2 weeks so far with absolutely no scratches, chips, or breaks.
