I had such an amazing experience at European Wax Center! The place was spotless, which immediately put me at ease. Ashley, my wax specialist, was beyond sweet. She was gentle and patient, which I really appreciated since it was my first Brazilian wax in over a year. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything went so smoothly (literally and figuratively), and I walked out of there with a pep in my step! Stacey was excellent during my appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and really boosted my confidence. As a woman of color who suffers from major facial hair I have always felt very uncomfortable in my natural skin without make up but Stacey changed that today! I was able to wear my natural face and not feel uncomfortable walking around with stubble from shaving. She also provided knowledgeable insight to skin care and recommended their exfoliating products. I will be back to see her. Thank you for taking care of my face as if I was a family member. I can tell you take great pride in your work.

Had a great experience!Id only make one suggestion. The appointments are booked 15 mins apart and unless youre getting a very small service done, there is no way each persons service will only take that much time. Would be a little bit more realistic to put the appointments an hour apart or so to reduce wait time.

I got a coupon in the mail for a free first time customer waxing and 20% off second service at a later date. The location was close to my home so I went right in. Natalie waxed my eyebrows and my lip and did a fantastic job. They use a different type of Wax where they dont have to use the paper strips to pull the wax off it hardens on its own. Normally my skin is very sensitive and after a waxing my face will be red for hours. It did not hurt as bad as normal vaccine and my face was barely red at all. Natalie was friendly and did an excellent job. She also explained to me how their process is different and talk me through it as we went . Ive already booked my next appointment. I just recently moved in the area and was skeptical about going to another European Wax center but most of all using a new and different wax specialist. Rosheeda was warm and welcoming. It’s amazing how many things you can talk about during your waxing. Especially, when the specialist is GREAT at what she does. I felt like I knew her for a long time. She made my experience easygoing. As, I never can get used to getting a wax. Jeeeez! Lol 😂 She took her time to make me feel comfortable and she put forth dedicated efforts in making sure I was satisfied with her service. Rosheeda is very efficient, professional and knowledgeable about the service she provides. I would book with Rosheeda again and recommend her to others. She recommended a few items that i purchased and worked to reduce my ingrowns as well as the thick texture of my hair. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely my new wax lady ! This is a new location I tried out on a whim.The waxer I chose was Rosheeda the first time I received services from her was in April and my second time was this month in May.Both times she has been very professional and her technique that she uses to wax is amazing and makes the wax experience less painful (shocking I know) idk how she does it but she’s great! I definitely would recommend her If you are looking for someone who is fast but also efficient when it comes to waxing.This will now be my primary location for all my wax services.I also want to add that the customer service from the front desk personnel I believe her name was Chanel, was great as well she was very Inviting and knowledgeable of any questions I had.
