MY Mom stayed at Wilton Manors for almost a month. The staff is wonderful and fantastic. I dont know how they put up with my Mom, but they did with a lot of patience. Dr Mehta was excellent. The staff here are very polite and caring. I’m here to visit my mom everyday, 2-3+ times a day. I get to see a lot. Although there is room for some upgrades, the facility looks a lot better than the last rehab center my mom was at. Both gyms are bigger in person than online. The nurses allow me to be an advocate for my mom, which is extremely important to me. I feel safe having my mom here.

My father was blessed to have the privilege of staying at Wilton Manors Health and Rehabilitation Center last year. I love the rehab team. Rehab director Marie even sat down with me and developed a treatment plan for my father. The therapy staff knows exactly what is needed individually. They were awesome in every way, pushing ever so gently to achieve the positive result. It is so difficult to find words to show our appreciation other than “thank you so much.”

The nursing staff is excellent. Very Caring and attentive to my needs. I want yo take them all home with me. The nurses like Renita, Rose Aleandre, Lourdes, Brenda, Rose Jean-Baptiste follows up with my meds, my pain and my IV. They are wonderful. The head nurse Jeanne come see me. Dr Mehta follows up with everything. Its a great experience. I would like to give them my highest rating & express my gratitude for all their care.

My father was readmitted to rehab for the second time. We felt relieved knowing he was returning to Wilton Manor, where the staff are incredibly caring and dedicated. He was always clean and always dressed in fresh clothes. His room was consistently clean and tidy. We were at peace going home knowing he was in a safe and nurturing environment!!❤️

My mother-in-law fell at the house and was sent to the hospital, and was discharged and sent to Wilton manors rehab. She came in late night after dinner service, Admissions representative made sure that she had dinner. The nurses along with staff at the rehab department have been very communicative and informative in regards to her health status. I am happy with the experience my mother-in-law is receiving at this facility I would recommend this place to any friend or stranger to wilton manors for your elderly care needs. Great job Team keep up the good work.

Everyone here has been so helpful and they do the job of 100. Especially the crew in the RRU UNIT. The DON Jeanne has been phenomenal and the infection control nurse Mark is also great. Frank in therapy is very good and very patient and helped me tremendously. When I walked in the therapy unit I could hardly walk. But I just about walked out :)

I had called this facility recently while searching for a rehab facility for my father. The individuals that I spoke with from admissions were very helpful in explaining how everything works to include insurance, with great detail. I was very impressed with their knowledge and insight to my fathers needs. It’s difficult to find great customer care in the South Florida area. Will be following up with them in the very near future.

Cannot say enough about the staff and care received at this facility for my sweet 92 y.o. Aunt who had to have a total knee replacement. Special thank you to the Therapy Team, Admissions Team, Social Services, and Administrator for ensuring her needs were met at all times. You all obviously love what you do and it shows. My mom recently spent 2 weeks in the rapid recovery unit. I was blown away how clean and bright the facility is and how professional everyone was. To be honest, my whole family was in a bit of crisis as my mom had ongoing serious issues for an extended period of time. The staff there not only got my mom back physically and mentally beyond our wildest expectations but they really assisted my whole family with help for her future plans. I remain grateful.

I initially was introduced to Wilton Manors Health and Rehabilitation Center as a healthcare advocate for my grandmother where she became a patient and eventually a resident. I was so impressed with the level of care and how well she was treated as well as her progress, that it compelled me to want to represent and be a part of the team at Wilton Manors. It is now four years later and I am still working with this amazing team and family at Wilton manors Health and rehab. The facility is clean, well-kept, the administrator follows rigorous guidelines to protect the health and well being of the staff and patients, not to mention the exceptional nursing and CNA team. I am proud to work with this amazing group and would highly recommend to anyone in need for rehabilitation and or nursing home care.

Very nice facility! Staff is friendly and attentive, facility is very clean, and the private rooms in the Rehabilitation Unit are spacious. All of the staff including the therapists are supportive and motivating. Really felt like they had my best results in mind. Management exceptional! Would highly recommend.

My 87 year old mother is presently at Wilton Manors and has been there for almost 2 weeks. I must say that this is the best rehab place she has been in so far (last year she was at Broward Nursing & Rehab Center and it was HELL there!). With that said, the staff are attentive, professional, kind and actually care about their patients! The nurses are THE BEST and Im so blessed and fortunate to have found Wilton Manors for my mom!

Great people and services!! Progressive Administrator supporting Nursing, Rehab and SW leadership to custom-tailor care to each patient’s needs. Special, caring nurses with good coverage on all shifts. Hands-on & accessible NH doctors. Aggressive & specialty physical therapy, OT & Speech programs. Nursing Home Chaplain services for prayer, support and even a meditation garden. Good variety in activities. Good food.

My 90-year old mother spent over a month at this wonderful skilled nursing facility recovering froma very serious fall. Every member of the Wilton team, from Executive Director Maria Albury, down to the housekeeping staff, including the nurses, aides, physical, occupational and speech therapists, provided professional and compassionate care to my mother, which greatly expedited her recovery. I highly recommend Wilton Health & Rehab to you and your loved ones in need of skilled nursing or long term care.

My mother stayed here in the rapid recovery unit after being transferred from another facility in Sunrise. My mother broke both legs and her arm! She was there for 5 weeks. I feel it to be important to write this review. My moms experience there was very good. I was there everyday for hours so I saw everything for myself. I have to applaud the administration and staff on an excellent job taking care of my mother. Everyone was always polite, helpful and compassionate. The nurses, assigned to her were excellent as well as the LNP that took the time to LISTEN to my mom and her concerns. It’s nice, actually very nice that mom had the same RN’S, CNA’S and even housekeeping everyday. ( other facility has staff rotate daily so they didn’t get to know her.) That made a huge difference in that they took the time to get to know her and her needs. The physical therapists were excellent. A very special thank you to Florcie and Pablo her RN’s, Marie and Nosley her CNA, Janaina, Cecile and Tina. A heartfelt thanks you to Alex, Patrizia and Olneymar that are incredible people.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my mom didn’t always like the food.

My mother was in the Wilton Manor Rehabilitation Rapid Recovery Section for approximately 22 days...must say we were overall pleased with this entire facility and staff..It starts with Admissions. .so professional and thorough. .took time to address my concerns and questions.The food was good and plentiful and my mother enjoyed it...house keeping is constantly kept upMedications were administered with care and accuracy...if we had a question on her meds it was addressed immediately.Moving to the Head of nursing Olneymar Castro and the entire nursing staff and accompanied CNA..I can not praise them enough...always available, always smiling, always professional, always helpful... no question was to small my mother said she felt safe. That alone meant alot.Physical therapy and the Occupational therapy Staff..were above the board..my mother so looked forward to seeing them everyday. .she said they gave here confidence and love..My mother was sad to leave her new friends...Love Rosie C And Darlene

I want to start out this review by saying to others make sure when you read reviews you realize there is always two sides to the story. Make sure you check places out for yourself. . I was in A terrible situation I needed a place for my mother ASAP and was promised a bed by Menorah House in Boca Raton and that day was told the bed was no longer available, after the insurance approved of the location and all the paperwork was done by the Dr.I was stuck. I called to see if there was an available bed, I spoke to Massiel who told me there was an availability so I immediately went to check out the place. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood and the surrounding area the Exterior of the place seemed OK . Massiel was very helpful to me from the beginning before I had even decided on the place. It was Tuesday at 2:30 PM between Massiel and Dr Chediak from Caps Medical and her wonderful staff they started on the paperwork and my mother was admitted by 5 PM the same day. That in itself was amazing.The rooms were very large private and semi private the place was clean, yes a little bit of ant problem at baseboard but we are in South Florida nothing that they didnt take care of. Bathrooms nice clean and large also each room had a private bath which is always a plus. The staff could not have been nicer to my mother starting from the head nurse Patrizia, and the rest of her staff nurses Sharon, Nicholas, Nosley and Marta (sorry if I miss spell someones name) and the rest of the Nurses assistants of whom I cant remember their names. They were very attentive to her regardless if she rang the buzzer or not they checked in on her as they walked the halls. Cant say enough good things about the place, they offered a good rehab program for my mother to help build up her strength. Food was not that great according to my mother but thats to be expected they did offer other things if she wasnt happy with what she got which was very nice. So thank you to the Staff for all your hard work you are greatly appreciated. Bless You All ... Thanks again Kathy Olson

Greeting , My mother has spent sometime in your facility. I, having had experience with other like facilities would like to commend you on the facility as well as most of the staff with which I interacted.The CNAs Nosely, and Marta treated my mother like family. I could not have asked for more. It is difficult watching your loved ones in a sad condition and these, as well as others, made the experience so much better. There are more whose names which elude me unfortunately.Omneymore, Tina (social worker) Brittany as well as the others assigned to my mothers case were outstanding.
