Been going to polished for 3 years now. Even moved out of the area and still make a 30 minute drive to get my nails done here. Everyone is so nice and every tech Ive worked has been super good, attentive, and they do a very neat job. I get designs every time and am never disappointed 🥹❤️

Priscilla is the best! My mom has been going to her monthly for years! Shes the only nail tech I trust to do my nails when I need them :) everyone in the salon is the sweetest! I get small designs on 1-2 nails on each hand and Priscilla always gets it perfect! 100% recommend ฅ^•ᴥ•^ฅ

I have been going to Polish for years now. The level of professionalism is truly unmatched. The owners are very down to earth and do not seek to slander other salons (which speaks to their integrity). Their quality of work is definitely up to standard and I’m really picky about my nails. 💅 The staff are well trained and polite. It’s a peaceful atmosphere the ambiance is great and I highly recommend you try them! I’m a very satisfied customer!!

Been coming to the same nail salon with the same nail tech, Juliette, for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s detail oriented, patient, kind, friendly, & always exceeds my expectations. These last nails I did are probably one of my favorites ever. 10/10 recommend!

Ben and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have been going to Ben for YEARS and will not let anyone else touch my nails. If you want a perfect job done every time, he is your man! He does designs out of this world and is always willing to try the craziest of designs I bring to him. Could not recommend anyone more. The facility is clean and staff is always so nice and helpful! Overall, 10/10 experience.

Probably the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. Friendly and professional management and staff. I’m extremely picky and they did my gel manicure perfectly! (Pic say it all. I live for paint jobs that are close and clean to the cuticle)TREAT YOUR BEAUTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH RESPECT.. if it wasn’t for them you would be crusty.

Great experience ! I went and saw Leo and he did an amazing job! I am a hairstylist so it’s extremely difficult to find someone that makes my nails last !! My nails still look amazing 3 weeks later without any chips or breaks. Highly recommend.

Went there with my best friend and got matching nails. we are 13 so we asked them to be gentle since other places aren’t very gentle on us but the nail techs did awesome! shape, design, and length was on point and couldn’t ask for anything better! definitely coming back!

I have been coming to Polished Nail Bar for a few years and it’s the only place I want to get my nails done. The salon is clean. The staff are friendly and I always know I will be taken care of. My nails last long and look phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I got a full set done for 35 (5 extra for shape). I do love them but I feel like theyre not as strong as acrylics usually are for me. However, the guy who did them was so nice and sweet to me. I can be quite picky with length, and he was really patient with me! (Color is OPI- Lisbon wants moor)

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and I cant see myself going anywhere else. Just like with every place sometimes you get someone who may not be as experienced but that can be easily avoided if you ask for someone in specific. I can definitely say at this point I have tried pretty much every tech at this location and their superb service far outweighs any poor experience I have had. If you have the opportunity to ask and do your nails with Priscilla - totally do it!If you are looking for a GOOD place to do your nails where they will grow, look beautiful and long. Look no further!

My husband and I had an impromptu visit for pedicures. I called 10 minutes before arrival and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and very sweet. My husband and I had our two babies with us and the entire staff was super sweet and courteous considering how children can be. The manager was so nice and so respectful. Plus, EVERYONE had on mask and they were cleaning behind each guest. I will 100% be back and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and so is down to earth people. I love this nail salon!!

I love this place because it is clean, it’s fairly quick, and the price is great for the service you receive. The nails last a long time and they take their time not trying to get a fast dollar. The nails they do here are beautiful. Not a lot of places in Pines that can do decent nails (I’m very picky) and the nails they do are beyond decent. The people that work here are so welcoming. I normally hate to go get my nails done because of the long wait but you are in and out at this place. Will definitely be coming back!

Im literally sitting here getting the worst pedicure ever!!! Theyre usually pretty good, but this is bad. FIRST OFF, the lady doing the pedicure ONLY SPEAKS SPANISH. Communicating with her is impossible!! Secondly, its like shes fresh out of cosmetology class... Im literally sitting here feeling annoyed and aggravated by the soft baby touch. The receptionist shouldve asked if it was OK to have someone work on you who speaks NO ENGLISH!!! THIRD THING...Now shes scrubbing with the pumice (IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THIS SCRUBBING😒😡)...JUST HORRIBLE...Its like shes using a feather...🤬🤬🤬OMG I WANNA SCREAM!!!!! AND not to mention, the water isnt even WARM! On a positive note, the nail tech lady seems nice. But I really wish I could get a tech who is more experienced to come and TAKE OVER!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS LADY!! And can you believe that she didnt even polish a whole nail... thats right, she skipped 1 entire toe nail!!!🌟UPDATE: I came back in today for them to fix what was wrong. I didnt get a re-do on my pedicure (which sucked because all she really did last week when I was here was wet my feet, scuff up my heels and aggravated my soul last week when I was here). But the owner (I believe she is the owner), got someone to fix everything right away. She was super nice and understanding to the situation. I wont let one bad experience spoil the way I view this beautiful nail spa! My 11 yr old daughter was with me and she got a gel pedicure that she loves! OVERALL, Im quite pleased. Thank you!

I went in for the very first time yesterday for a full Gel mani and a regular pedicure (decent prices)... and I just have to say the Tech that worked on me was absolutely incredible, so detailed and clean. I loved her so much and will recommend everyone I know to go see Carolina, its been years since I have been able to find such a meticulous tech. I will definitely continue to see her and come to this wonderful location. I also was able to met the owner and she was just as fantastic. Thanks for the great experience ladies :)

My sister-in-law referred me to this salon. She gets her mani and pedi here every time she comes down from TN. I tried it for the first time almost two weeks ago and I was extremely pleased. Im super picky about my nails, but I have to say that Maria did a great job. The owner was very attentive and offered me a glass of wine. It was a beautiful place, classy and up-to-date. They even lined the foot bowl before they filled them for your pedicure. I had a pedicure and full mani with gel polish. Almost two weeks later, my nails still look great. I am definitely going back. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

This was my first time here and I WILL NEVER EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE the best gel mani and pedi I have ever gotten!!! My nail tech is amazing at what she does; she genuinely cares about her customers!!! Jessica at the front was also so helpful and attentive nothing like people who care about detail cleanliness and customer service!! Peter is awesome and so kind. He ALWAYS does my full set and i never leave disappointed. I always come in never knowing what color or what design to do but he always manages to help me out and at the end i leave happy and my hands come out looking GREAT!! The place is very nice and neat, the vast majority of the girls know how to serve the public, and of course the service is quality both in the nail grooming and in the products they use. In addition, they are kept at the scheduled appointment time. I recommend it 👍😊
