    I love this place and was so happy to find them. They (Dr Richardson) came to a place I volunteer to demonstrate a new device/procedure (Emsella), not one I needed but I volunteer at an active aging group, and I was so glad to meet him. I did need a dermatologist but for a different reason than the machine demonstrated that day.The staff at both location are so caring and friendly and Dr Richardson is top notch. I recommend Natura wholeheartedly.

    Highly Recommended! We Came in for a body sculpting consult, greeted by very friendly and informative staff, they made my wife and I feel very welcomed, answered all of our questions and gave us a very clear and straightforward path to achieving our goals.     Dr Williams is professional and friendly. Answers all your questions and does a thorough exam. No 2 hour wait time! They get you in, take care of your concerns and then your out. Definitely a caring office.

    I came here for my first ever dermatologist appointment—everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor was very welcoming and respectful! Dr. Richardson had a comforting presence and was very professional. My concerns were acknowledged and addressed, and the exam was quick. I accidentally came half an hour early and was still seen right away, and left before my original appointment time.

    My appointment with Dr. Richardson was quick, efficient, and educational. He started by educating me on the statistics of mortality by skin cancer and how to identify different signs of skin cancer in people of color. Then, we assessed my skin problems and how to fix them. 10/10 recommend.

    I had my first dermatological experience at Natura with Dr. Will Richardson, and it was by far the best treatment I have had from any medical staff that I have encountered. I have never felt so heard in all the times I had to visit my PCP this year. Dr. Richardson took the time to look over all my medical history and as soon as he saw my condition knew exactly what was wrong with me when so many others were stumped.He is so patient and thoughtful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Any time he believed I had waited for a while he would acknowledge that time with such grace. My condition lingered and he was supportive and helpful all the way through. I love his clear, direct and concise advice and demeanor. Also, he takes the time to really examine, study and listen to your concerns.     Daniel McFadden is the eyebrow superstar! My eyebrows had thinned, and now they look incredibly full and natural. He thoroughly and patiently explained the micro blading procedure, and answered all my questions. His precision and attention to detail is second to none. As a male patient, I initially had trepidation the results could look unnatural, and I was completely incorrect. I have already recommended Dan to friends and colleagues, as all are thoroughly impressed with my results. He’s the best in his field!!

    I have had Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis on my legs for at least 10-years. I have been to multiple dermatologist that told me to “live with it” because there was no available treatment. Dr. Richardson told me that I don’t have to live with it, and started treatment. The results were so positive. I am very grateful for the improvement to my skin and the intervention of Dr. Richardson.
