Both Jimmy and Jen are very attentive to their clients. They are good in what they do. Maya and Vivien are 2 of the staff who worked me, and they are really nice. Jimmy and Jen are very good with their specialization in nail art. I always get compliments and never fails.

Amazing job!! I got my nails done be Lucy today and she did such a beautiful job! I showed an example picture of what I wanted and they look identical! She made sure every nail was even and filed perfectly, and even did so after my nails were finished and touched up! She took her time on all the designs and really cared about precision!! Such a nice staff as always and relaxing fun environment!

Tim was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and personable and made for a great experience! Cindy also did a pedicure for my boyfriend and made him feel so comfortable and she was so compassionate. I would 10/10 recommend both Tim and Cindy to anyone in the area.

Ive been to this salon several times. Today took my two girls with me. They always have a way to accommodate you, and make you feel welcome, even without an appointment ( sorry , I keep forgetting to make one) . Today had Helen for my dip nail french manicure. She was excellent! Didnt get the name of the tech that worked on my girls but they were both happy with their toe nails regular polish. 15$ for both of them and they felt like little queens having a full manicure. One of them messed a nail and another tech stepped in without me asking and fixed it for her, these simple details made their day! Thanks J nails staff!

I have been coming here for a few months and started only getting serviced by Jimmy and Jenny… let me tell you what, they are absolutely phenomenal!!!! They both go above and beyond what I ask for and it’s always a good time when I go in there. Today I couldn’t particularly decide what acrylic design I wanted so I picked out some colors and asked Jimmy to surprise me and he definitely knocked this one out of the park !!! Thank you guys so much and I highly recommend for anyone to come here, you won’t be disappointed!

J Nail is AMAZING! Lovely and inviting staff. Comfortable atmosphere and clean facilities. Every time I get my nails done I walk away feeling beautiful. I used to feel insecure about my nails and feet but now I show them off! Only down side is that they’re so good you have to book a week in advance!

Had a walk in service with daisy. She did a great job on my nails. Wasn’t too chatty but didn’t make things awkward. Her and the girl working the phone were very polite and nice. My only thing is that daisy was a wee bit rough on my nails and one of my toes. It was in pain for a couple of days because the cuticles were pushed and cut too deep. Other than that, I enjoyed their service.

The Festive holiday decorations all decked-out, refreshing treats, AND attentive staff (even during their BUSY holiday rush) instantly melted away worries.Their professionalism shines, especially w/ the incredible nail art skills. My pedicure looked exactly like the color chosen, & the 2 techs pampered both husband & i, with patience & kindness. While slight language barrier (i had time getting massage chair working), their warmth, consideration, attention was evident with us.Some of the true Joy of the evening came from the young employee working on other clients. His cheery laughter FILLED the salon, having everyone Smiling/Laughing....adding to the Christmas atmosphere. This was my very first experience with this Nail Salon, but it definitely will not be my last. LEE did such an exceptional job both on my feet as well as my hands. My daughter was having her nails done so they asked me if I wanted my nails done. I decided to go with a pedicure but half of my big toenail was torn halfway across my nail bed. The young man did a marvelous job of cleaning, sanding and then glued my nail back down. It looked perfect!! Even without polish… Harry did an excellent job!

This is the second time I have been here, though Ive lived in the area for many years. I usually stay away from the larger salons, thinking the personal attention would get lost; but this is not the case with J Nails! Each time Ive visited I have been amazed and PAMPERED! I had VIVIAN today and she was fabulous. I fell asleep during her foot massage - which was divine. My feet and toes look and feel brand new too! The ambiance is nice and modern... And theres no short supply of indulgences to choose from.Will definitely be coming here regularly!

Jenny Jimmy and Brian are amazing. The whole atmosphere is great.Update. It has been over two years since I started coming here I have never gotten an infection I have never had any problems Jenny has been able to save my Nails many of times from all the silly things I do. I have to handle many different types of chemicals from Plants to hair and Ive never had an issue if you want a great environments relaxing place to go to and a wonderful staff come down.

Owner and employees always greet you as a lifelong customer even if your first time there not just a number. Appointment’s are always on time. There have been a time or two that I picked a color I thought I liked and they changed because it didn’t look as good on me as I thought. They were More then happy to change to another color for without any hassle or seeming I were bugging them. Same with nail designs. Always happy to make sure I leave happy and satisfied. They alway do a awesome job. I am a on/off snow bird and always try to get nails done here because I am always so pleased. Had acrylic nails and pedi done on December 15th and all nails stayed on till I returned and had done again on January 27th. Now that is a record!! Atleast for me!!

I was down in Englewood visiting my mom and decided to spoil myself with a pedicure. Vivian was amazing. She did an incredible job. She asked if I wanted my nails done and I decided to splurge and I was not disappointed. She did French SNS. She was very thorough and the nails look real and feel real. I wish I didn’t live in NC. But I will definitely go back when I visit again.

I LOVE this salon and spa! They are always happy, always smiling, its immaculate, you feel like you are truly being pampered with the offerings of a drink, televisions, wonderful massage chairs (the best in the area) and they have plastic sleeves they put in the foot basin and remove after each pedicure - so you know it is sanitary too. Thanks Jimmy and Jenny - you guys are wonderful!!

It has been years since I had nails applied and when I requested Jimmy to do silk wraps, he laughed and said he hasnt done them since 2007. I guess Im a little behind the times. Jimmy was very personable and applied acrylic nails (French style) in no time. I was extremely pleased with how my nails turned out. Would definitely recommend their shop.

Just had an amazing pedicure and manicure with Kevin. I chose the gel sparkly sapphire color. I didnt realize I had a couple ingrown toenails on my big toes and he fixed them and I felt much better. My hands and feet are not only prettier, but now healthier. Kevin has an amazing attention to detail and is a very friendly and personable person. I would highly recommend this salon and Kevin to anyone! I just got converted to a regular.
