As an HR person, it appears one of your stylists is in need of shadow coaching on the register or a step sheet to properly enter clients and payments. My stylist was frustrated with having to leave me to assist her. She also suggested note taking as part of the learning process. A follow up from the regional manager should be in order, less the salon become toxic and stressful, with the potential of losing a stylist. Thank you.

I walked into Walmart for something else and asked about the price for a haircut. I have long highlighted hair. Last year I went to a place where I got a horrible cut with layers all over the place and all wrong. Ive finally let it grow out and Ive developed split ends. She told me me it was $25 for a shampoo and cut. I scheduled for the next day. I am so happy I did. The lady who cut my hair is a gem! The wash was absolutely pitiful. It was more like a rinse. But I definitely got a fantastic haircut. I was nervous because of past experiences and nervous because it was at Walmart. But I am so happy I went there. I will definitely be going back.Update: This is a GREAT HAIRCUT!

Christina is the best. I have lived here just over two years and have tried several salons. My hair is short so I get it cut often. Christina is the only one who listened to my likes and dislikes concerning my straight hair. She is the first stylist here to say let’s use a razor. She is very talented. I am so happy I found her. She is very upfront and honest and if a cut won’t work she will give you her opinion. I have had my hair cut by Christina now for about 6 months now and love it.

Come to find out they do provide this service and were able to take her as a walk in while working around other clients.
