    Had my sons hair cut Friday, and he usually does not do well with haircuts. Barry was patient and let him choose how long he could keep his hair and was gentle when my son was uncomfortable with combing. Gary did my hair and I love it! Went from really long to really short. I think I want to go shorter, we decided to start slow since we can always cut more if I wanted it shorter.

    The best Great Clips Ive gone into. Barry is so amazing and professional, makes me feel great walking out. Shelia also has done my hair, she did a fantastic job. Its an extremely clean store. And I never set an appointment and still have never waited more then a couple minutes to be seen.

    I stopped going here years back because of bad service and cuts. But tried them again and found my 2 favorite stylists. Gary and Barry are the only ones who I’ll allow to touch my family’s hair. Prepare for a wait because they are popular, but the best stylists in the area. I wish I could give them separate Kudos! They are the best!!!!!

    My son has been scared of haircuts since he was a baby. He is very sensitive and emotional, he has attention issues, so is also constantly turning his head. Weve been coming here for about 2 years and each stylist has been SO patient with him and has not got frustrated like some other salons have in the past. Everyone has always tried to help him feel less scared and more comfortable. Each time has gotten better and better. He now does not cry at all and is no longer scared. It might seem like its not a big deal to some, but it has been so helpful as a parent to find a salon that makes him comfortable. Thank you!!!!!

    I dont usually do haircut reviews. Gary was exceptional. Every quality I want in a haircut. My cut should take 10 minutes or so. He did it in probably 8. Much appreciated. Conversation was pleasant. Nice guy. Glad I got Gary. Ill be back when I need another cut. Thanks!

    Doug was amazing. I have a special needs daughter who will not sit still and does not respond to simple commands. He was very patient with her, and her cut looks great. (Straight and even). I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Doug. We will be back.

    Barry always does an amazing job with my little sister’s hair and she’s ALWAYS happy with it! So, I decided to switch to this location from the Orange City location and it was the best decision I’ve made for my hair!! Barry did an awesome job with my hair as well & he’s super nice! 10/10 recommend this location & Barry for all of your hair cutting needs! :)

    The treatment is absolutely wonderful and care is at top. My two boys had haircuts with both the twins males there and they both did excellent haircuts and style just the way I wanted. I am very highly satisfied with the service and will continue to take my boys to them meaning to both twins. I Highly recommend them 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Love love love Stephanie and dont trust no one but her with my hair!! Im very picky about my hair n she always gets it done just right! Shes very understanding and friendly! I have such a good time when I go in there, its very clean, and all the staff are very nice!! Ill definitely be going back next month for my monthly cut!! Loved the 7.99$ hair cut deal as well!!

    Took me in for a last minute hair cut that I needed and it turned out great. Barry cut my hair and it was exactly what I wanted.     Kash was my stylist and I was amazed with her professionalism and the fact that she actually cut my hair correctly! With having curly hair it’s hard to get the cut even and I’ve had people BUTCHER my hair and cut my hair way shorter than what I wanted. Not kash. My hair came out gorgeous , felt very healthy and she listened to what I asked and was able to keep my length . I’ve Used her many times and will be booking my next appt with her as well. 😍

    I come to the Saxon Great Clips because of the amazing experience I get every time. I used to go a hair cut place closer to my house, but they regularly screwed it up and I would have to return and have the manager fix it. That probably shouldve only happened once, but Im a stubborn creature of habit. I randomly decided to try great clips one time while driving by. I stopped in, and from the first visit it was a whole different experience. First visit they actually went out of their way to get me a very good discount. Ive had almost everyone of the staff members cut my hair so far, and theyve all been stellar. Most recently (20 min ago) I had Steph at the Saxon Sterling Shops Great Clips cut my hair and trim my beard. She did such a good job, I asked for the manager. I told the manager of what a good job she did and asked if I could let others know. The staff and quality of work will keep me coming back as a customer. The fact that they tell you how long its been since youve been there and what you had done last time is clutch for someone like me who has a terrible time trying to explain what I want for a haircut. I will keep coming back!

    This Great Clips is....well, great! I hadn’t had a haircut since December and I was dreading going in. However, the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon put me at ease. I showed my stylist, Kash, a picture of the style I wanted, and within minutes, I was done, happy, and on my way with a nice, new ‘do. Kash is so good, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a cut!

    I am thoroughly happy and pleased with the hair cut I was given by Kash. I haven’t been to a salon for a hair cut since I was maybe 10. Since then, I have always had long hair and had my mom trim my ends. I was very skeptical but she did an amazing job. I would recommend her for any hair cut and style. She knows what she’s doing. My confidence has been on 10 since I left her chair.

    I get my hair done 2x a year typically 6 months apart (apart from special occasions like baby shower or birthday). I’m not a fan of a lot of people’s work an I am particular about who touches my hair. I don’t use heat daily or even much at all and I’m big on protective styles, my curl pattern seems to intimidate those who are not use to my type of hair, not all hair is the same and I am understanding of that. I’d rather you be honest and admit you’re uncomfortable and or not yet experience with my hair than butcher and ruin my curls. That being said, I love this Great Clip location, I’ve had two different stylists in the past 4 years trim/cut and style my hair. Both of them did a great job, understood my concerns and had me walking out feeling confident with them and their work.Plus it’s always nice to know if on the chance I get a $5 off trim coupon I can actually use it without the attitude. This locations seems to encourage and happily promote their current deals and discounts, who doesn’t live a quality deal!

    Honestly just rating them a 5 to counter the 1 star where the guys first complaint was the stylists personal choice of hair color on her own head. If green hair was so offensive to him, he had the choice to wait for another stylist instead of being rude in a review. No one is telling him what color to dye his hair and he doesn’t have the right to act ignorant towards others either. I support businesses that allow personal expression, especially in artistic fields.

    There are 3 Great Clips in my area. When I checked in on line, the other locations had 30 minute wait times. This one was 8 minutes. I checked in and ran up there. No wait at all. Staff was super friendly and hair cut was great!

    Always went to the Great CLIPS on Elkcam...Never asked for a comeback..last time there was in Sept 2020...for haircut. The guy there started to cut my hair..but due to unknown reason at time got upset my hair was coming out really bad...also I was balding all over..he said ur done..charged me for a haircut 1400 even though I showed I was a senior I even gave a 5 dollar tip..hair was aweful for my daughters wedding...So today I decided to go to the one on Saxon...i had trouble getting my phone to place an appointment..i went inside..only one Stylist working..her name was Kash...She was a very friendly and so professional..welcomed me with open arms...Two gentlemen were ahead of me and I only waited 15 min..She took the time to APPOLOGIZE for the wait and our patience was thanked...She took the time to hear what I wanted in a haircut...kept making sure all even..also followers through with exactly what I wanted..and was so sweet..caring..and invited me back for her...again...Let me just say..if I could rate today a ten I would...Kash is a real sweetheart...she took time to listen as I have a medical condition which was making my hair fall out..she created a perfect style..cut..and Im so full of excitement as it was perfect...Kash is a true honest to goodness GEM...they have in their shop...so true and down to earth..she quickly cleaned up the floor and was awesome in greeting and knowleging everybody...Kash gave me a senior discount without me saying anything which means she listen when I told her I was retired.. I gave her an 8.00 tip..which I wish I could have given more if I had..I wish she could get the praise and glory through Great CLIPS..for her amazing self...So I appreciate her endlessly...hope she gets a RAISE. & MADE Employee of the day..month..year..Kash..God Bless you..for your a God Send...💞YOU ARE AMAZING...!!!
