    I chose this place based on high ratings when I decided I needed to go back to short hair. I was not disappointed! When I called in to request an appointment and the owner answered, they were the most beautiful soul I ever spoke to. He even recommended a specific hair stylist for the cut I explained!! Mai (the stylist) was also a sweetheart. She took an image of a haircut I had in the past and skillfully recreated it even though the picture I had as reference was poor quality! Talking to her was a pleasure and she wasnt upset at me when I talked too much (in my opinion) or when I held my head in the wrong way. Honestly in my 29 years of life I think it was the most pleasant cut Ive ever had! I wanted to add a picture to this rating because I was so impressed with this cut but my husband pointed out I shouldve done that at the salon. Ill edit this post if i can with a picture at my first touch up in four weeks!!Edited with pictures at my followup!-Sherri Johnson

    First time at Glow850 & I WILL BE BACK!! I loveee the atmosphere and the cleanliness. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. I received my services by Kierra (Ki) and she showed out! She was very professional, neat with her work, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Iā€™m more than pleased with my first experience and hope that if youā€™re reading this, youā€™ll give Glow850 the chance to show you what theyā€™re capable of.

    I had the best experience at this amazing salon. I was looking for a stylist that could cut my hair properly and would listen to me about what I was wanting. Glow850 delivered that and so much more. The entire team is so kind, and from the moment you walk in you feel at home.     Yesterday was my third appointment at Glow 850 Salon. My first appointment I had my hair colored. Zander exceeded my expectations; my hair color looked completely natural and was just beautiful! I couldnt have been happier. It was a wonderful experience! My last two visits were to get my hair cut and styled by Savannah. She is a good listener and strived to ensure I was completely happy with my hair. She is talented and I am so happy with my haircut! If you are looking for someone who listens to your concerns and wishes, does a great job at a reasonable price, then book with Savannah at Glow 850!

    I booked appts with Savannah for me and my 4 year old daughter. She was so patient and kind with my daughter, and I know she doesnā€™t always sit still! I was long overdue for a cut and wanted a new color. I told Savannah I wasnā€™t sure EXACTLY what I wanted, kinda just let her do what she thought would be best because I can be so indecisive sometimes, and she outdid herself. Iā€™m obsessed and canā€™t wait to come back šŸ˜Š

    Love coming in to such a warm welcoming every time! Absolutely obsessed with Mai she slays my hair every time!     What an amazing salon! My 6-year-old kiddo got a super cool hair cut and beautiful color, and I got an adorable haircut that I absolutely love. Everyone in the salon is friendly and supportive, and they all help each other out to make sure the clients get the highest quality service. Absolutely love this salon, will be a regular customer, and will recommend it to everyone!

    Today was my first time at Glow 850 and I made my next appointment already! I initially was looking for a salon that was in a more convenient location, with great hours, great reviews, and a friendly atmosphere. I also love the online scheduling option. Glow 850 checked all the boxes! Savannah was WONDERFUL! Her co-worker was very helpful as well. It was cool to learn about the products that were used on my hair. Iā€™ll be purchasing the shampoo and conditioner next time!!I am so glad I found my new salon home.(Pic doesnā€™t do it justice! My hair feels so soft and healthy!!)

    Savannah did my hair during my visit. She was the absolute sweetest and was super patient with me. She was running a little behind because of her previous client but Mai was quick to help her out and do my consult. I had no problem at all with that, it showed me that they are all willing to work as a team and go above and beyond for the clients. My hair was extremely long and needed a trim badly. Mai and Savannah communicated throughout my visit and it was exactly what I wanted. I also met Jiana and she was also so sweet! If you want a place with girls that are personable and know what they are doing, this is your place! They will all make you feel so beautiful!     I started getting my hair done by Zander in 2022 before Glow850, and have continued to come back to him. I just had the pleasure to get my hair done by another stylist, Mai, and Iā€™m so glad heā€™s expanded his business to include other talented stylists. I would trust his expertise to utilize any of his hair stylists and will recommend his salon every time. Zander and Mai have been so good for my hair and I love the outcome of their work.     All the girls are very lovely.Great customer service and out to be sure that their customers leave happy. I had got a perm there that I wasnt too happy with because the ends and some areas didnt come out, but I give my 4 stars because they did tell me to come back in a couple days and that they would do whatever needed to be done to fix it, to be sure that Im happy, which definitely Keeps a customer coming back. So I was grateful to just hear that and sure the girls will take care of me.

    Just moved here. Iā€™ve always been super nervous going anywhere to get my haircut. Iā€™ve had two many stylist mess it up, to where I just did little trims at home myself. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, Zander was amazing and so friendly. Iā€™m so happy with the outcome of my hair. It was a huge transformation that I was seeking and he got it perfect. The shop is so cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend this salon. For anyone who may be nervous, or who have not had a cut/style in a long time.

The studio felt very upper class and clean, exactly what youā€™re looking for when youā€™re going to spend some time relaxing in those plush chairs.     So let me start this off with how extremely picky I am when it comes to my hair. I would rather go 2 years in between hair cuts, than to continue having the wrong style. My curls are very frizzy, and very untamed. I donā€™t know what kind of voodoo magic Savannah worked, but itā€™s now over 24 hours, with no wash, and my husband is STILL complementing my hair. Usually by this time, the top of my hair is a grease pile, while the bottom is a birds nest. 10/10 recommend and will continue to throw her my money!!Also side note, the all around environment of that salon will keep me coming back. Itā€™s like Iā€™ve been best friends with them for years. Itā€™s just so welcoming and comforting.

    I have so many great things to say about this place that I honestly dont know where to begin!! I chose this salon because of the high reviews. I am a 48yr old mom of 5 kids and never do anything for myself. Well Zander welcomed me with open arms, a big smile and made me feel literally at home! Now lets talk about the hair WOW WOW WOW! I WENT FROM DRAB TO FAB!!! I felt like a Goddess after I left there (I didnt even want to leave) lol I met the whole crew and I love them all, it feels like family!     Iā€™M SCREAMING.. BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!I had a bad experience from other places. They told me my hair type cannot get blond BUT This place especially with ā€œ MAI ā€œ She is the best on top of the best hairstylist I ever had. She understand every type of hair. My hair had an orange + red brown color also thick and curly unhealthy guess what!! She made my hair got healthy Ash blonde as a picture in one session!! Not just amazing color that she can do she did best hair cut as well!! Guys You have to go try this place and you will never disappoint. Everyone here are so nice and friendly.     I came in for a gloss color and a trim/haircut with lots of layers and curtain bangs. To say that Sav nailed it is an absolute understatement! I am so happy with my new hair and feel like a whole new person. She recommended various products to me to obtain my dream hair and was so charismatic and relatable.     AMAZING!! Honestly couldnā€™t have asked for a better hairstylist! Zander did exactly what I wanted and made it fit my facial features.He made me feel super comfortable and walked me though everything he was doing.     Best place in crestview to have anything to do with hair. Mai has been in the business for a long time, besides cutting and caring for hair, she knows whats best for your scalp and hair. Mai is fast and really precise, she gets you in and out pretty quick with consistency. She is very caring and makes you feel like family. Mai is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit Glow 850 salon I know that they will always give me the color and style that I will absolutely love when they are finished.     TLDR: If you need a haircut with layers or want an edgey cut, Jiana is the only one I would trust to cut and style layers!!ā€¢I was very excited to get a next day appointment! Beautiful salon, very clean and great vibes all around from all the staff. Many salons in the area look like they specialize more in color, so it was difficult to find examples of different haircuts. Thankfully I discovered Jianas work and knew that I could trust her with my vision!!Jiana was the absolute sweetest and explained everything that she did. I explained to her my hair history and described the type of hairstyle I wanted that involved lots of layers. Its been difficult over the years to find someone who could cut beautiful blended layers and she freakin nailed it!! She made my hair so soft and did a beautiful blowout for my hair, it looked absolutely stunning with the layers! She did exactly as I wanted and envisioned and I cannot recommend her enough! I look forward to working with her in the future!

I came with my autistic son that day and not once did any staff looked at us differently because of his behavior!!     Zander did an amazing job at making me feel like myself again! I had a baby 5 months ago so I have been experiencing the dreaded postpartum hair loss. I am just too exhausted at the end of the day to deal with having such long hair. She did a long braided formal style that got so many compliments at my reception for it being unique and beachy. Went back today for a regular layered haircut and scalp treatment and Iā€™m just blown away again. She brought back soooo much life into my hair which had been previously ruined by another stylist last year at another salon across town. Jiana was so attentive with my needs and really took the time to make sure it all came out perfect!     This review is so overdue. I booked an appointment with Jiana back in November for my birthday. Ive really had less than a handful of good haircuts in my life and this without a doubt is the best haircut Ive ever had. Jiana was personal, friendly, invested and funny! Id go back again for the company alone. She asked the normal questions about habits and styling but she actively listened to the answers and seemed to read between the lines of what I said and what I needed. I could see her watch the way my hair dried and layed, she didnt just select ā€œform aā€ and cut my hair to the design. She paid attention to the personal chemistry of my hair and what I was saying I wanted out of it, it seemed to me she was adjusting technique and plan as she learned my hair. I am amazed at the personal attention and the cut is not only exactly what I wanted but so much more than I had dared to hope it would be. There was only one other stylist there and she seemed equally invested and personable with her own client. A good time was had by all and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Glow850 and their staff are truly a gem tucked away here in Crestview.

    Was referred to this salon to see Jiana to shape up my natural waves she did an amazing job and definitely brought my waves out. She even explained some styling tips. I will be going back!
