    All I have to say is if you want beautiful brows and glowing skin you have to go see Andrea I have been seeing her for about 4 years now and she is amazing! She truly cares about her clients and takes her time, you will never feel rushed or like your just a number- she is my go to girl for all my beauty needs ❤️

    I have been going to Andrea for over 5 years, she is the only one I let touch my eyebrows. Not only does she take her time, but she is a perfectionist and make which you want with your brows. Artist! I also get my facials done there and she has helped clear my skin. My now 13 year old daughter does for facials; for teenage acne and also her eyebrows. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Andrea! Absolute best of the best!

    I have been here and having my services since 10 months when i was at initial days my skin was really tanned, pigmented after my 5-6 session i felt very good and excellent results and the tips from gulzar really helps me a lot she was really really a good person and she is like family the suggestions she give for creams to buy they would be really goodNote: dont expect instant results with in a week be patient u will really get excellent and 100% results.recomended spa

    I have been coming here for brows, and other spa services for almost 10 years now. Andrea is so sweet and welcoming, and the front desk receptionist is so kind and accommodating. The spa is always clean, tranquil, and relaxing. Angie, who is one of if not THE sweetest and nicest person I know, has been SLAYING my brows for years. Every time I leave Serena Day Spa I leave feeling beautiful, relaxed, and confident. I love these ladies and Serena Day Spa, I’m a customer and friend FOR LIFE❣️

    I absolute love it here. Andrea is the best eyebrow person I have ever been to. Just walking in here you can feel the peace when you walk in. I also use Jackie for massage and she is beyond amazing as well. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they genuinely care about me and the work they do love this place

    It was so important for me to find a spa that makes their clients feel like more than just a number. I definitely agree with the other reviews that everyone is so kind and it truly makes a difference for the experience and that is why I wanted to try this spot. The nice ladies even let me walk around and check out the rooms and area prior to scheduling an appointment for my mother-in-law. It smells great too! I wanted my mother-in-law to have an amazing massage as well as feel right at home and she just left her deep tissue appointment and is SO, so happy. In addition to the amazing massage by Jackie, she loved the ambience, how clean it was, and how nice everyone was. She even booked another appointment for next week because she was so happy and that really made me happy! Thank you everyone at Serena Day Spa!

    No other place in the world I will trust with my eyebrows! Over the past seven years, I have lived across the country and a stint in another country and STILL would wait until I came home to have Andrea do my eyebrows. She has a talent in making others look beautiful AND she has a beautiful heart - one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. Their new location is just a few min down the road, located within the Renaissance Spa in Parkland. Thank you Serena Day Spa and Andrea for making me feel pretty for almost a decade!

    I had my first lash lift with Flavia recently and I am thrilled with the results! It has been a couple of weeks and my lashes still look beautiful, long and lifted. Flavia is so experienced, sweet and easy to work with. I also had my eyebrows done with Andrea. They are wonderful and very accommodating at Serena Day Spa. Ill be back to see them soon.     My mother and I visited this establishment in the new location recently for facials and a massage. I am here to tell you it was the best spa day ever. I have never had a facial before, but Flavia takes her time and expertise to completely take care of your face and all of its pours. She pays attention and gives solid recommendations for future care. Jackie gave me the best massage of my life. You can tell they both love what they do and give 200%. I would recommend to everyone I know!

    Serena day spa has been my eyebrow place for over 10 years! Andrea and her girls, especially Angie, are the most professional and kind people in the world. Andrea has helped my eyebrows so much over the years and Angie recently microbladed them for me and my mom. We could not be happier with the process or the outcome. I recommend Serena day spa to all of my friends! I love it there and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

    Ive been coming to Andrea for eyebrows for almost seven years and I only have ever had positive (+ relaxing!) experiences at Serena Day Spa. They have relocated from their location in Coral Springs to a space within the Renaissance Spa & Salon but they havent lost the special touch that Ive experienced personally and witnessed over the years.Andrea surrounds herself with an amazing staff of women who are kind and experts at their craft. Laurie, who helped me make my most recent appointment was accommodating and easy to schedule with. She also let me know ahead of time what COVID protocols were being followed.I know during this time the idea of having someone close to your face can be scary but Andrea and her staff take every precaution. Temperature checks are taken at the front and Andrea wore a mask and shield when she did my brows. They are also sanitizing between each of the services. I felt safe and at ease throughout the entire process.Thank you Andrea + the staff at Serena Day Spa for taking care of me all of these years - your kindness and care for your clients is unparalleled. I could not recommend this spa more highly. I will continue to be a customer for life!

    My daughter, Sam, has been coming here for years to get her brows done by Andrea. On her last visit home from college I went with her and was so amazed by this hidden gem right here in Coral Springs. The place is beautiful. I love the ambiance, cleanliness, and staff. I decided to book microbladdng with Angie. She did an amazing job! Looking forward to continuing my relationship with this spa and to booking more services.... massage, facials, etc.

    I was at Serena Day Spa on Saturday February 2, 2019 all I can say that if I had planned it wouldnt have been so perfect, I ended up getting a full body swedish massage with Jackie she has the best hands for massage I have never in my life gotten such an excellent massage like I did from Jackie who works at Serena Day Spa also had a wonderful time with Angie who did my manicure, she did a beautiful job, I was very pleased! then I had a great time as well with Tracy who did my pedicure all I can say it was a perfect day add Serena Day Spa a great place for relaxation and I was treated very highly and professional by the staff.Thank you all.

    My favorite place ever!! They are so nice and always do such an amazing job😍 Flavia does such a great job on my eyelash tint. It lasts so long and I’m OBSESSED with it every time I leave. I literally wait until I come home from college for Andrea to do my eyebrows because she does such a good job. I won’t let anyone at school wax them so I get so excited to come home and see her😂

    Serena Day Spa is the place to go! I got microblading done by Angela (Angie) and I could not have been happier with the process. She guided me through the steps, listened to my preferences, and asked me how I was doing every step of the way. The process was painless until the numbing cream started wearing off and at that point she recommended we fix up minor details during the retouch appointment. I am so pleased with how my eyebrows came out. I highly recommend checking out her instagram page @sharpnessbeauty to see her amazing transformation pictures. You will not regret making an appointment with her. The environment is also very relaxing and clean and the employees are all very nice.

    The best salon around! Thalita is a genius at microblading and you wont regret your decision to have your eyebrows sculpted by the BEST!     Just finished a facial with Flavia. She did great job and was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and provide explanation about everything. I did the microdermabrasion plus oxygen with collagen and my face look much younger clean. Will be coming back to her next week for eyelash lift. Very recommend!!

    Me being from New York Im really picky about what Spas I go to I used to go to another spot and I will get my waxes done and I really didnt enjoy them I looked up and I found Serena Day Spa and my waxer name was Angie when I first walked in they were very polite I loved the staff the staff was amazing they made me feel welcome and warm and I love the way it smells it smells nice as soon as you walk in again its relaxing and I love it she was amazing she made me feel comfortable we talked about everything we talked about life I love it this is not just a day spa this is somewhere you can actually go to relax and being from New York me saying that is a lot because New York life is crazy I love Serena Day Spa and not only do they have a client they have a family member for life I love you guys thank you so much Angie
