I took a makeup class with Lizy. Lizy was super sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I learned a lot! I was always scared to contour and put lashes on, now I’m more confident to try at home. She went through every step in detail from skincare to prep to makeup application. I wanted to do a makeup look for my graduation, and let me just say that she’s one of the best makeup artists in the area! Not only was she very sweet and patient, but her makeup look lasted on my face all day!! The lashes were super durable as well, and she made sure to accurately match the foundation shade right! I had been undecided if I wanted makeup done for my birthday this year for the fact I’ve had bad experiences. I already dislike wearing makeup. I feel it makes me look older. Last year for my birthday, my makeup ruined my night. It was darker than my body. Here comes my birthday. I decided at the last minute that I wanted to get my makeup done. I had 8 hours before my dinner. I couldn’t find anyone. I’ve never searched Google for makeup. This time I did and Lizy was one that came up. Her reviews were good and the pictures were good. I figured I didn’t have anything to lose at this point but money lol. Surprisingly, I went on her booking site and she had a slot available. I didn’t know what to book because again I’m not a makeup person. I called her to ask. I figured she was busy because I didn’t get an answer. She did answer me once she wasn’t busy. I had already booked what I thought was correct because I didn’t want anyone to take the appointment. I went in at my scheduled time. I didn’t have many expectations due to the past. I explained to her what I wanted. Most importantly to be the same color when I got up. She finished and I thought she had did an amazing job. Me, not knowing anything about makeup FaceTimed everyone I knew to make sure it was done properly. All I had known is it matched my body lol Omg! Everyone was ecstatic. Everyone I called gave only wonderful compliments. I felt the f*** good❤️! I was ready now. I made it home and my daughter (5) must of told me how beautiful I were 1000 times. She said, “momma, if you go outside like that someone is going to marry you” lol. She started calling me “new momma” all night. It was the cutest thing. At that moment I knew that I have to do this more often for her (get my makeup done). She was so excited. I had a great Birthday night. I felt so pretty!! That’s not the end of the story. This damn makeup lasted all night and all throughout the night!! It still looked flawless. My daughter was so upset I washed it off after picking her up from school the next day. She scorched me lol. Let me tell you, run don’t walk!! I will be back on the account of my daughter. Last minute appointments, open 7 days, professional, and knowledgeable. Oh…I loved that she cleansed and moisturized my face. I’m blowed away. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Lizy for the experience.
