I walked in on time for my appointment and within a couple of minutes I was asked if I signed in or checked in, I said yes and waited a couple of more minutes, then a very sweet lady called Rabia came out, she was super patient with my threading, and we chit chatted a bit even as the service was going on, she was finished super fast and I was shockedto see how beautiful the shape came out. Even with the best salons by my area I could never get a shape like the one she gave me, plus you can’t beat the prices, spectacular job and I was very happy to try them, I will probably be back because of my experience!Try and get Rabia and your day will be so much better!Also, this was hours after my threading, I only had makeup on but not on the eyebrows:)

Rafaella is AMAZING. She is always calm and walks me thru getting my eyebrows threaded and is gentle on the skin. The store is kept clean and they sanitize very often, and after every person gets up they make sure to take the time to wipe everything down and start fresh. I’ve been going to her for years and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else.

This place is my go-to for getting my eyebrows threaded. Rafaela is the best! Tell her how you want and she will, in detail, explain how she will do it and what to do in the future. She will even give you tips on how to grow them out faster. All of the girls that work there are always very welcoming, they all do a great job! And the prices are fair.Tip: Call beforehand to know if there arent that many people or if the person you want (like Rafaela) is there b/c they get busy!

Love this place. I drive from Plantation specifically for Rafaella. She takes her time to listen to what you want and does an excellent job. I highly recommend her. The location is always kept clean, service is efficient, and it’s right at the entrance of the mall so no hassle.

I went to Brow Art 23 the first time a week ago and I was very pleased although initially apprehensive. I’m not talkative so I didn’t mind the woman who I had. She only wanted to know what I was having done and she walked over to her chair and told me to have a seat and then put my head back. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and went there with knowledge of getting the best results. I prepped my brows with heavy Vaseline every night preparing for this encounter. I kept my eyes closed and only opened after holding each eye shut. The pain of removing each hair from its follicle had my eyes tearing. I was screaming inside. I never spoke to keep a neutral facial expression. Every time I felt my eye twitch I’d say in mind, “Relax your freakin’ face!” I imagine if she’s there then she knows exactly what I’m there for. I’m used to having my eyebrows waxed but I got burned going to a woman who was at a booth across from the shoe store. Everyone was wearing white but that was no heavenly experience. I had no idea I was burned until I went home and days after the skin healed to a scab. The only reason I went there was because Brow Art 23 was full...apparently people love threading and it was New Years Eve. The lady at Brow Art 23 cleaned the brows, used a disposable spooly to comb through them, and then she went to work at them and I just knew it was going to be great. I prayed before I even decided going there because everyone has bad days but I couldn’t afford it taken out on my face. At the end she trimmed away, and put some aloe over for inflammation and when she showed me the mirror I was pleased. She offered powder for a sparse area but I gracefully declined. All in all I’m happy, I just wish I hadn’t gone to the other place because I haven’t had my brows done in years. This woman did an exceptional job in evening my brows. I had permanent tattooed eyebrows done in 2010 and even though I was getting laser tattoo removal last year I just never completed my sessions after the hurricane. I probably went to 3 sessions which means she didn’t exactly have a blank canvas. Anyhow, I did have a fine burn line along the edges of the brow tail after this service but considering I have sensitive skin the work is still a good four stars. Without following the uneven tattooed lines she used her better judgment for symmetry. I plan to let them grow out even more and return when I’m ready, but again I’m really happy and this is NOT a sponsored review. I’m actually quite finicky about my brows..beauty altogether. The only reason I didn’t tip was because I was budgeting. My brows are full and precise just the way I love them.
