I have suffered with severe muscle tightness and issues in my shoulders. I have been seeing Sarah for a couple years. She has saved my body. She has helped me work through chronic pain I have dealt with for years. I have seen a huge difference in my overall performance in the gym and overall mobility. I recommend anyone who wants to feel like a new person. This is who you NEED to see.Of course her signature heart shaped love is fun to wear around confidently.

Sarah is absolutely amazing at what she does! I came in with neck and back problems that no one else seems to be able to fix, but she did! The cupping is just the icing on the cake, and amazing and therapeutic experience!! Cannot recommend Studio 520 enough!!!!

Where do I even begin!? Five stars across the board, each and every time I go it’s like we unlock new ways to heal my tight and overworked muscles. She can relieve tension, break up stubborn fascia and knots, relax you and then make you sweat from hard work she does on said stubborn points, but all in all she works MAGIC on the body to lead to more mobility, better circulation, fewer headaches, and better performance in life and at the gym. I will never go anywhere else for body work and someday if I can get my muscles under control I’ll happily set up a facial appointment with her, too! Cannot recommend enough!

I started going here after my wife recommended me for my low back and knee pain and although I was sore next day or two, I felt immediate relief and was moving around like I was 20 again. I didn’t need a chiropractor visit but still go once every 2 months because Studio520 saved me from constant aches and pain. Sarah is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She is so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She is a seasoned expert in massage! The studio is clean, inviting, and cute. Her consultations are so thorough, she listens and focuses on what you’re wanting / needing. Not only does she massage and stretch your muscles, but she also shows you helpful stretches to do at home! The bed was heated and omg it was luxury lol. Cupping was very cool!! Sarah is super strong, I could feel the knots getting worked out. Absolutely amazing!!I could feel so much relief already halfway through the massage when I had to flip, and I’ve never experienced that before. She is so invested in your wellness and does an incredible job, going above & beyond to ensure your comfort and safety. I highly recommend Sarah at Studio 520!!

So happy I found Sarah. I came to her when I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder that wouldn’t go away. I was in so much pain. She got rid of the pinched nerve in one session. I see her once a month now and it’s honestly been saving my back and shoulder. Worth the 40 min drive for me! Best massage therapist I’ve ever been to.

Sarah’s hands are amazing. She puts in the WERK to get any muscle issues sorted out. And she does it because she cares. I can handle some serious pressure and even through all my noises, she reminds me she cares, my body needs this, and how strong I am 😅 I know I need the work done. She’s massaged things I’ve never had work done on before and it’s wild the muscles you don’t think about that need it. Her bed warmer is AMAZING. The first time I laid, I was like hold the phone - this feels guhreat. And if you get cupping done, it’s like Sarah’s little love marks - because they’re heart shaped 💞 cannot recommend Sarah enough!

When I leave, I feel amazing and my skin looks wonderful. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to feel and look better.
