    Ive been to a lot of wax places and this is by far the best wax spot. Ive been here a few times now and Nathalia is absolutely the best wax technician especially when it comes to Brazilian waxes. She is very professional, courteous and values the work she does. I recommend her, especially if youve never gotten a wax before or had a good experience. If I can give her more stars I would!

    I love it here. The best place for a WAX. I have tried many places around the area. Truthfully this is my favorite spot. Natalia does an amazing job every time and really cares about your skin. 10 out of 10 experience and quality of work.

    I have come here twice now. The first time was a full Brazilian and the second time was a full Brazilian and legs. Natalia is absolutely amazing. She walks you through each step of the process, she talks to you to keep your mind off any pain, she tries her hardest to be as gentle as possible. Definitely recommend!

    Both the girls at the Clearwater location do such a great job! The shop is always clean and they are always running on time. The one time they were behind they called to let me know and that was really nice. I definitely recommend this place!

    Nathalia is the Best waxer ever!! I am old LOL so Ive seen my fair share of waxers in my day. If you are somebody who is afraid of waxing, I would highly recommend coming to see her. She is the most compassionate lady, and the most Least painful waxing session you can ever find. I have used Claudias Clearwater several times now and it is the best experience. Thorough, and in my opinion, pain free. Fast also! Which contributes to the waxing not being so uncomfortable as other places.

    Natalia is very sweet and talks you through the entire process making sure you are comfortable. Her attention to detail is hard to find in a waxer! She even messaged me the following day to make sure I was happy with the results. No one else does that! It’s one of the best places I’ve found for waxing services and I will be returning! A bonus is… the prices are reasonable, especially the package deals and the spa is beautiful and clean!

    Just got back from a Brazilian wax with Nathalia and I was very impressed!! I will definitely be returning, I was impressed with her attention to detail and friendliness! I wanted to try a new waxer because I feel like my old waxer started to get sloppy. I’m SO glad I tried this wax studio, Nathalia did an amazing job! Also, the space is very clean and bright! I will be coming here from now on!

    I went here today for the first time because 1) I needed a wax and 2) they are very close to my house. I am SO glad I went. I sadly didnt remember the name of the young lady who worked with me but I do remember shes from Brazil :) she was very knowledgeable about waxing and walked me through each step, even the more ouchy parts :) she kept checking to make sure I was ok and comfortable (I was!) And I appreciated her concern for my comfort and experience.The facility itself has a very nice, bright, calming and clean asthetic.I will definitely be a return customer. It is about 5 hours since my wax and there is no redness or bumps, and the attention to detail really pays off in the end.Very satisfied customer!

    I had a bikini wax and eyebrow wax done by Natalia and Ana ( training )My first impression of the spa , it was clean , bright and welcoming.Natalia and Ana both were so kind and very eager to explain the process to me. ( I am a first timer for bikini wax ) they walked me thru each step and made sure I was comfortable. They checked on my comfort level several times throughout the process.I have very sensitive skin and was afraid Id have a reaction but its been a very pleasant experience. With only anticipated discomfort.From the superior customer service to the friendliness of the staff 5 stars all day. My eyebrows were also perfect 👌Its a 30 min drive for me to the spa. And I intend to continue to make the drive. That kind of customer service !!
