    Update to 4star: I went back after 9days in Europe, and the nail tech fixed with no issue and no extra charge, went with an overlay instead of tips.Original rating of 1star The nails were falling off while the nail tech was applying the whites. Her solution was to add more nail glue - she stated that glue is no good and continued to use . Flying out to Europe today - will discuss with owners apon my return home in two weeks.

    I am giving the place a 5 star because of one technician TRACY. She is the absolute best. She has never disappointed me. Very pleasant and professional and knows how to make my nails look just how I want them. I always have my acrylic done by her and pedicure done by whoever is available. Most times my pedicure has an issue unless Tracy also does them but I always want both manicure and pedicure done at the same time. Try her and thank me later. 🤪

    I highly recommend Hollywood nails at Countryside mall. Clean environment with high quality products. They can do cute designs and stay up to date with the new trends. Very professional and great customer service! Fair pricing as well!

    The first time I went to Hollywood nails. I was very disappointed. Lets just say not impressed at all. This time I was in a rush and needed my nails done. So I decided to give it one more chance and Im glad that I did. The nail tech was named Lewis. He did a awesome job, he was very polite and professional. He took hes time and he did a great job. I have decided to book all future appointments with him. If this is your first time going to Hollywood nails. Ask for Lewis, you will not be disappointed. If I could give him more stars I would. Thank you again Lewis.

    I have been occasionally coming here between home pedicures (balling on a budget) to get the proper deep cleaning and exfoliating that the nail techs can do.Ive been seeing Hana specifically, and she has done a WONDERFUL job every time being thorough and yet sensitive. Warm reception each visit and always feel welcome here.Nice clean pedi tubs wrapped over and new equipment used for services.

    My Dad and I had an appointment with Mindy. My dads 90 years old and has diabetes so he just got the foot massage. His nails trimmed and his cuticles done. He said that she is very steady-handed and did an extremely good job on his feet. I on the other hand had the whole works starting from the foot soak. I had the green tea and lemon massage which was amazing. The massage, the hot stones and the prettiest color nail polish. Mindy is the best. We both booked an appointment for next month.

    Susans pedicures are the bomb!! She takes her time and her attention to detail is phenomenal!! The only one me and my husband will go to. I promise she will give you her very best. No disappointment here.

    The pedicure therapy is HIGHLY recommended for anyone whose feet ache and require preventative, ingrown toenail relief (if not too far gone that you need a podiatrist) - especially if you spend lots of time on your feet: Any customer service, trades people, athletes. I got the Volcano treatment that my wife usually gets which includes calf massage & hot river rock application. Nail Tech (male, Lew(sp?) ) provided very intricate treatment on toenails which I have never experienced in my few nail salon visits between here and Cali. Finished with simple, glossy top-coat. Treat your feet, do not neglect them.

    On 4/21 was my first visit to this business. It was okay.... except I ordered a $25 pedicure & a $40 full set pink and white.All good until I got ready to pay the man the runs the place on Saturday nights and at the end. He they told me my pedicure was $37 instead of the $25 I was quoted. He said the difference was gel polish! So I was not happy. I asked the pedicure lady Hanna twice BEFORE she started on my toes and she said yes, I am doing the $25 pedicure correct. . I was not happy!Other than that they did a good job on my nails & toes....but I still dont like the bait and switch pricing. Not sure I will ever go back. Theres another nice nail salon besides this one also located inside Countrside Mall.

    Yall saver my life! After getting a botched anil job by Noire the Nail Bar you guys fixed what they did wrong. I didnt catch her name but she was so precise and paied attention to detail, literally a life savor.

    My experience at this nail salon was very pleasant! I had passed by it too many times to count before actually deciding to give it a try. Most places have a very limited color selection for their gel nails. If they even have them at all. Not the case here! I didnt even know what color to pick after being offered at least 30 colors to choose from! The nail technician did a great job! My nails ended up looking GREAT! Needless, to say this place will always set the standard for my future nail visits. It didnt hurt that they had a Marilyn Monroe statue hanging out in the lounge area! The couch was very comfortable, and there were plenty of ladies available to assist everyone! If this place was a little closer to home, Id probably go more often, but for now its worth the effort.

    They are the absolute best when it comes to gel pedicures. Never have to call for an appointment, they fit me right in. They are super clean, have tons of different pedicure options and provide a relaxing experience. The lavender pedicure is amazing. They spend a lot of time of rubbing your legs and feet which is my favorite part. It’s expensive but worth it to me!

    I have nothing but wonderful experiences at this facility. Ive gone to so many different places and I love the consistency and quality of care that I receive each and every time that I come in. I have now made this the only nail facility that I go to. Ive not found the women or men to be rude- shy yes, but never rude. If I want to talk theyre very friendly- if Im tired and want to relax they always respect that. I will say that Ive had better work done by some versus others and try to stay with the same techs. I love this business and now go here every few weeks to get a fill and a pedicure- I find it a great way to relax!!

    Had new nail tech spoke NO English very slow very. Sloppy work. Usually have no problem with the techs. Expensive but usually good work.

    The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxing. The massaging chairs are amazing. The pedicure chairs and instruments are clean and sterile. I cant understand anything the technicians are saying, but they are kind and respectful. Hana took great care of me. I will definitely be back !

    I have been going to this Hollywood Nails for over 10 years. They have always been accommodating and fit me in quickly without an appointment. I have always been happy with my nails no matter who does them. I will not go anywhere else.

    I love this salon and have been going for years. Occasionally try other salons closer to my home and always go back here for the fact that the nail techs do a better job. I have Sueann do my nails usually. All are very professional and experienced. Also, like that the salon is always clean!

    I’ve had my nails done by pretty much everyone that works there lol and they always strive to Do an amazing job every time!! Do an amazing job every time!! Le Ann just gave me a manicure and a pedicure and as always I’m so happy with the job she did! I highly recommend going to Hollywood nails.

    LeAnn did an amazing job on my nails and even more amazing job on my pedi! I am from TN and she made me feel relaxed and like I was family. The ambiance was great with the relaxing music. I will be back and make sure friends know to come here.

    I have been seeing Hana for over 10 years for my pedicures. While they have a lot of great staff here, she is by far the best nail technician for pedicures. She always treats you like her best client...be sure to request Hana and you will always be happy 😀

    You have no idea how many nail salons I went to before I finally found this one. They have all my very picky requirements.. They have the plastic bag in the water on the massage chair, brand new tools for every use, very clean/sanitized. They have TVs everywhere on mute to watch, they served me red wine, the massage chairs are spread out in two rows and not crammed, the massage chairs are leather and they have many settings for tapping /kneading for full back or not which is a huge deal for me, they used the razor thing without me asking to get off the corns on my feet from sandals (alot of places wont do it or wont even ask), its decorated nicely and spacious, theres soft popular but calming music on, the techs were very accommodating, I prefer Asian techs.. Id literally walk out if it werent Asian techs.. They did a great job on my French nails.. The cost was a bit high but I asked for that bc I wanted the wine and thats included in the deluxe but my boyfriend got the traditional which was $22 and not rushed. I finally found my new nail salon. Thank you. Ill be back. (Nobody asked me to write this.. Im typing it while my nails dry.)

    Hit & miss with this place. Once I will go in and walk out with a beautiful mani pedi. The next time its pealing within a week or the nails are not fully covered. I believe they are told to move quickly but that doesnt give the best end result. I am paying $75 for the time and the product. I get shorted on one or the other every time. Just an FYI, dont go when the older Asian man is there. He gives off a tense vibe and the whole place feels uptight and on edge.

    They are polite and letting me sit in silence was appreciated. I really dont like to be forced into conversing. My pedicure looks good and feels great. The hot stone massage felt good 😊

    Mindy is phenomenal. Atmosphere is relaxing. Great music. Mindy was attentive to all my flaws on my feet and hands. Usually, when I get a pedicure, it hurts when they trim my toenails. I never hurt and it was sooo relaxing. She used instruments never used before. I was very impressed. My toenails and fingernails look great and my lowers legs and feet and arms and hands feel great!! Thanks mindy! I’ll be back.

    I have always had a great experience, all the ladies take their time and work hard to satisfy customers. I drive an extra 30 minutes to get mani and pedis because they’re very clean and you don’t have to worry about getting a fungal infection. Mindy is the best!! They’re a little pricey but totally worth it!

    I have been coming here for years and my go to is leanne she is absolutely amazing she is an artist she knows exactly what i want she is consistent professional and truly the best i recommend her 100% you will not be disappointed. Also the owner V is really good and has amazing skills. I definitely recommend this place i am very loyal to them

    Le Ann worked on my nails and did a wonderful job on a full set, but other wise my friends nail tech, left in the middle of doing her nails and one of them was very slanted so le Ann had to step in and finish.
