This was my second-time in this particular salon, but I will be back, and look forward to seeing Ava again. There has to be a better solution to ensure more stylists are working together, as Ava was alone the whole day, due to a call out. This girl deserves a raise, promotion... something for keeping up with running the entire salon alone on a busy day!!

Had been awhile since I had a trim or cut and on a whim gave this place a try. Showed Sherima a reference photo for the back and front of my hair (long hair layers and framed face) and seriously the closest match to a reference photo I have had a stylist do in YEARS! She was very conscientious of ensuring my happiness with. the length since I was having close to 6 inches being taken off the back and wanted the front long enough to still be able to go up in a tie. Sherima was also very easy going and fun to talk to during the cut.Definitely plan to return and ask for her when I need a trim :)Note because I didnt see prices online - Smart style charges base price of $26 for a cut, $36 if you want it shampooed first.So even after a tip its very reasonable for the results.

Today I had Susy wash and cut my hair. She was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely kind, attentive, and relatable. Her hair washing skills were magical and I loved my haircut.Its easy to see that the salon is short staffed. They had a hiring sign and she was the only one working. She had people waiting ahead of me and behind me. However, the wait was well worth the wait. She was with a client but she greeted me as soon as she noticed me which was only after a couple of minutes. She was upfront and accurate about the wait times. She gave great hair service, hair advice, and customer service. Thank you Susy your hard work and efforts are noticed and I appreciated every minute in your chair!

I love me some Jamie. When I first moved here I didnt think Id find a stylist but I met Jamie and shes been me and my familys stylist ever since. Not only is she a great stylist and manager but shell give you her honest opinion on what works for you! Very smart and witty. Highly recommend!! I come here once a month minimum my hair stylist is Jamie she is a color specialist. Shes just absolutely fabulous so polite and courteous. Shes the only one who gets my color right I am a natural brunette but go blonde. She does do short notice services because she took me today but my appointment was supposed to be tomorrow. She will be your hair looking like a boss.

I am finally getting a chance to rate how amazing my hair lady is! I have been going to her since October and every single time I go...she knows exactly what I need. This time I asked for specific haircut and she hands down nailed it PERFECTLY!!!! I still After a week since it being done am so love my hair!!! Jamie is hands down my favorite person! She is so talented and mort importantly takes the time to make sure she understands what it is you are needing or wanting! Everytime she does my hair I cry at how beautiful it turns out! I wish I could upload pictures to show just how beautifully she nailed my hair! My mom spends $45 on a haircut and never have I seen her come home like I do. My poor husband went to get his hair cut at a barber shop off 60. Being in the military having a correct hair cut is part of the whole uniform. His fade was to high and not faded at all. The guy had told him he’s been a barber for 40yrs and knows what he’s doing..apparently he needs to go learn again. Came in to the salon 10mins before closing and Jamie made his hair cut 10x better!!
