If I could give more stars, I would! From the very beginning, I felt super comfortable and welcomed by the reception staff. My therapists Tasha and Justina were amazing. So friendly, so communicative (but not overly so), and so talented. I loved Tashas massage technique, and how she adjusted the pressure perfectly when I asked for more targeted areas. She took her time and I could tell she valued the great work she does! Justina was very knowledgeable about the facial process and told me what was happening every step of the way. I usually dont talk much during facials but she was so fun and easy to talk to, it was a great balance of relaxing time and fun girl chatting 😊The spa itself was beautiful, clean, and the vibes were spot on. This will be my new go to place when I want to pamper myself and relax! Cant wait to come back and get my nails done with Justina! Thank you all, you made my day.

I recently gifted my wife a day at Day Dream Spa, including a massage, facial, and pedicure, and she couldn’t stop raving about it! From the moment she walked in, she felt warmly welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, making you feel like family from the very beginning. She said the massage was absolutely perfect, releasing all her tension, and the facial left her skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I started going here for my annual birthday spa day… then it turned into monthly visits because of their employees and membership perks. I had the best deep tissue massage! Their facials are amazing. If you’re looking for a spa experience then this is your place! They have a relaxing waiting room with drinks, champagne, and snacks. You get a robe, slippers, and much more! They even have a sauna. I live in Denver and come out here to Florida to visit my son and found this place as my airbnb is half a mile away. Holy amazballs- my massage (80 min deep tissue) was w Carla and I can’t tell you how wonderful it was. Not only was the setting extremely comfortable and inviting, but I am a hairstylist of 20 years and my body is wrecked. Carla did an amazing job, was super comfortable to be around while also being so professional, respectful of personal body space and comfort levels and just honestly I could not possibly have asked for a better experience. Hands down I will 100% be back every time I am in town and if I call and Carla isn’t there I will have to find a way to track her down because she is a gem. Every staff member I had the absolute pleasure to interact with was more than amazing and the facility was very clean, calm, quiet and comfortable.

Just wanted to say how much I love coming here. As soon as you walk thru the door you are treated so nicely. I always like coming in early to have a mimosa and sit by the fire. So relaxing. But mostly want to highlight my massage therapist Yami!!! She is AMAZING!! I have never had a massage like she gives. It is beyond perfect. She is very attentive to your needs and takes her time. I have never had a bad service. You will absolutely love her. Thank you Yami for making me always feel so relaxed and less stressed when I leave. We just had a couple’s massage today it feels really good. I had the Swedish massage I wish I requested the deep massage, mine were just a little gentle. My favorite was the warmed towel placed on my feet. It was very relaxing. I highly recommend the deep massage tho if your body’s is sore. But, I still give 5 star they were amazing and the ambiance is pretty nice!

Because of some old sports injuries, I have had regular massages for years. I was given a gift card to DayDreams for my birthday and decided to try a massage at this location. I walked out and immediately booked another massage - it was, hands down, the best massage I have ever received. I have since had multiple 80 minute deep tissue massages and on my last visit became a member. The staff is always friendly, and the massage therapists are attentive and not only listen to your needs, but to your body during the massage. I plan to go once a month at a minimum. Such a great place and experience all around.

I scheduled a deep tissue neck and back massage with Ashleigh, and it was truly one of the best massages I have received. I was unfamiliar with DayDreams (I received a gift card), and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it had been less than a mile away from my workplace for a decade! A hidden gem! The sheets were warm, and the room was infused with essential oils (usually you have to pay extra for that). Complete relaxation, and I plan to go back with my husband in the next few weeks!

Ive always loved this little hole in the wall spa place. Wouldnt even think its there based on the outside. Great massage therapists and other attendants for facials and nails. Friendly staff.My only thing is, is that the place needs a bit of a make-over. Definitely in the womens locker room. Would love love love to see the place be expanded (currently theres like no mens locker room either) and to not only have a sauna, but a wet steam room as well. Could do with more slippers, robes, and bigger towel wraps as well.

Our company booked a group event at DayDreams Spa for all the women in our office. Our office consists of seven women and our package included a massage, facial, and pedicure. We all had an absolutely incredible time! We were very well taken care of and pampered to the nines! We are located in Lakeland, however, the Lakeland location did not have enough room to accommodate us until next year (not their fault, they were completely booked up). When we reached out to the Brandon location, they were more than happy to get everything booked and ready for us. The drive from Lakeland was not bad and definitely worth it! Went in today for a spa day. First off… Ramon is amazing! If you can request someone, highly recommend him. That massage was the perfect start to my much needed relaxation day. Fabulous services and extremely caring staff. The first time I went to have a facial and mani-pedi, it was on one of the hardest days of my life, i just lost my grandma and I had graduated college. Everyone at the front desk gave me time to cry and then deliver the best spa day Id ever had! It was embarassing but that day was really healing for me. I have gone back again for my birthday last year, the Wesley Chapel location. Facilities are always clean, nicely lit and everyone is so kind. My first experience some years back was a Valentines Day facial and massage and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, service, and the price was right! You can get a 1 hour massage for under 100 bucks and feel great about it. I have been back several times for mani/pedis, hydrofacials, and will be making another appointment this weekend. However a simple nod or glance in my direction to acknowledge my presence would have been nice. Im now sitting in the relaxation room where two therapists have passed right by me (one even stopping for a water at the mini fridge 1 foot from me) again with no acknowledgement. Not even a hello or welcoming smile. Not the best first impression. The ONLY reason I havent walked out is because this is a birthday gift and if I leave without providing a 24 hour notice, the gifter wont be refunded.Ill follow up later to advise if this visit ended up getting better.Follow-UpOk, Betty fully redeemed this visit. She was amazing. This was my very first massage and it didnt start out promising, but ended great. Betty was amazing. Very skilled. I felt like a new person walking out. I felt relaxed. Cared for. Pampered. This turned out to be an amazing birthday gift and Ill follow up with scheduling a visit of my own. I was gifted the Signature Tranquility Journey massage for Mothers Day. I chose Ashleigh as my massage therpaist from reading the Google reviews. She was amazing! I have had pain in my arm for over a year and I can say that she reduced my pain level from a 10 to a 6 in just one visit! She really listened to my needs and addressed them. I enjoyed the massage and benefitted from it so much that I set another appointment with her earlier this week. Again, she was great! The atmosphere at the Brandon location is relaxing.

My boyfriend and I both came here for different services, overall it was a great experience! The staff and the building were great and good quality. The only problem that i had was the nail polish that was used on my fingers and toes, started chipping off few days later. So i would suggest bring your own nail polish. I was looking for a place that offered the atmosphere along with the massage and DayDreams did not let me down. To add insult to injury when checking out we were asked how was it so we told the lady it wasnt what we planned on and she had the nerve to say... This last experience whats much better. The staff was better how much nicer and accommodating. Shout out to Dominique who was very understanding and helpfully. Sarah and Victoria were excellent with the mani pedis. Teila and Ashleigh are now our go to for massages. They rock!! While visiting family in Brandon Florida, I decided to make a trip to this spa because the rain had ruined our plans. I got a massage, facial, and pedicure. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. First, the atmosphere is just so tranquil. It is dimly lit, and the staff encourages you to sit in the waiting area to unwind. I’ve had a lot of massages from other spas, and believe me when I say that this massage was top-notch. The person that did my facial was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me so much about my skin. The pedicure came with a great massage, and my skin in still soft days later! On my way out, I noticed that they have organic airbrush tanning. Next time I am in town, I plan on trying this because my skin is very sensitive but I don’t like booth tanning. Can’t wait!

Before and after my services I am offered mimosas, cookies, comfy chairs, and soft blankets.I get massages monthly from Katie and Ashleigh and they do a great job. Occasionally I also get the Signature Facial and my skin looks so much better afterwards.What really stood out for me was when I had a bad experience with another massage therapist the manager handled the situation perfectly. She offered me a discount for that massage and my next one. That particular massage therapist doesn’t do deep therapy massages anymore. My concerns were taken seriously and I appreciate that. The staff in the front are always very welcoming when you come in, and the massage therapists really take their time to make sure you are relaxed and enjoying your time. I took my mother and 8-year-old daughter to Day Dreams for a spa day to celebrate my mothers birthday. Upon arrival, we were able to peruse the boutique, which was filled with amazing skincare products and various items that would make perfect Christmas gifts (Ill be back just to pick up a few things for the holidays!). Once we entered the spa, we changed into thick, comfy robes and settled into the relaxation room. My mother and daughter both had pedicures and massages - which appeared to put them both into a coma-like state of relaxation. I had a stem cell facial from Elizabeth, and it was outstanding. Unlike many other facials Ive had, it did not feel like my skin was going to burn off! And at the end, I could feel that my face was re-hydrated unlike before the service.It was a spectacular day! This place is truly a gem and I will plan lots of spa days there in the future. I highly recommend checking out Day Dreams Day Spa in Brandon.

DayDreams is probably the nicest spa option in the Brandon area. MUCH MUCH better than Divine Designs!!! Its the only facility that offers an actual ambiance. You can go in early, enjoy the sauna, relax in their lounge, and take a shower after your treatments (though you have to specifically ask if you are only signed up for one service). Ive very much enjoyed numerous massages here, including a prenatal massage during COVID, and was impressed with how well they observed safety measures. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were seated in a waiting room that brought a relaxing ambiance. We were offered something to drink. And then came the massages. The best massages my husband and I had in a while. We will be back!

I have been to the Brandon and Lakeland locations. Both are super clean, peaceful and relaxing, and the staff are skilled and professional. I would pay to just sit in the chase lounger chairs for relaxation. I have been a customer since 2004.

I wanted to take the opportunity to recognize an exceptional business in our community, Day Dreams Spa. In the past I have purchased gift certificates (my wife is always excited to get a gold box and ribbon that the gift certificates come in!) However, they have gone above and beyond recently. A few months ago my mother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal kidney cancer. Before the diagnosis, one of her favorite activities was going to the spa with my wife and receiving pedicures together. Due to her illness, she is no longer been able to enjoy this pastime.I stopped by the spa recently and spoke with Yoly, the office manager. I asked if there was any way the spa could come to my mother-in-laws for the day, due to her limited mobility. Yoly told me she would speak with someone and let me know. Within a few hours, the owner of Day Dreams, Ben Keller contacted me directly. He completely empathized with the situation and advised me that he and two technicians would come to my mother-in-laws home to duplicate her mother - daughter spa experience.True to his word, Julia and Tricia were at my mother-in-laws home today and made both my wife and mother-in-law feel pampered for the day. This could be their last Valentines together, so the experience was precious to both of them. I am grateful that Day Dreams Spa could provide this service for my family. They have provided a bright spot in what have been some tough days, and I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and understanding theyve shown to my wife and mother-in-law during this difficult time.Thank you Day Dreams!

The esthetician was very professional, Covid measures were in place, including masks, constant cleaning, temperature check, and health questionnaire. Was able to park close. Greeted nicely, liked the waiting room ambiance. The massage room was nice and Ashley was very sweet. Didnt talk alot during the service which I liked. The one thing I didnt like was at some points I could hear very loud conversations outside the door which was disturbing my peace. Ither than that, it was great.
