5 stars for Hailee stepping in and successfully troubleshooting my return transaction on 11/23/24.There were some technical difficulties with the registers which created an issue with the way my return was being processed. However, Hailee maintained patience, a positive spirit, and a genuine will to resolve the problem.Hailee was not the cashier that I began the return process with, but I am SO GRATEFUL that she stepped in when she did. Her customer service was such a HUGE contrast to what I was receiving from Gabriella (the initial cashier that began my transaction).Gabriella’s customer service towards me was very dry and gave me the impression that she just wanted to be done with my transaction without actually taking the time to be thorough and help me. When I asked her if a manager was available, she said “I’m a Lead Cashier, so I know what I’m talking about.”Gabriella tried to offer me $49.99 as my return and told me that I wouldn’t get the taxes back on my purchases. That was unacceptable because that’s not what I paid and my transactions actually were within the appropriate time frame to return and receive all of my money back. When I would not accept the $49.99, then she asked for Hailee to takeover the transaction so she could continue to move the line. In my opinion, that was the best judgment call.Hailee turned my negative experience into a positive and that is the only reason why I will continue to shop here.Initially, I did not want to get on the internet and say anything about my negative customer service experience with Gabriella, so I returned to the store after my transaction and spoke with the manger face-to-face. However, there is no way to truly highlight how much I appreciated Hailee’s presence in that moment without telling the whole truth of my experience in the store that day.**Honorable mention for Madison because she’s consistent with her customer service and because she did speak up early on in an attempt to help solve the problem. I really appreciated her validating to Gabriella that I paid with my card during my transaction with her and NOT a gift card as was implied by the register glitch.**

Originally when I went my hair was left uneven following an almost 10 inch cut. I called and the manager had me come back with a new stylist, Naisha. She did amazing with correcting the cut, styled it and gave me layers with a touch of color. I appreciate their customer service and ethic to correct the issue, but I also appreciate the second trip make over that was originally needed. I had my kiddos with me and she was manageable to them and myself during this time. With her saving my hair, I will be interested in going again. I wouldn’t think I’d say that after my initial experience but she truly did wonders and this busy Mom is grateful!I’d give Naisha full star review, the lack of one is from the original cut.

Got a cut and color from Shelby and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She absolutely nailed it with the colors, and managed to get my hair exactly how I envisioned it. She has a great eye for style, and really knows how to personalize a haircut that looks great on you. She was great to talk to and super genuine, there was no awkward small talk and I felt comfortable and relaxed like when you’re with a friend. She knows a ton about all kinds of hair products (high end and drugstore, she understands girlies on a budget!) and had lots of great advice regarding my hair routine. I can’t recommend her enough for a cut, color, or anything you need done to your hair and I can’t wait to do more fun things to my hair with her!

I see Shelby at this location and I could not be more happy with her services! She is absolutely wonderful each time I get my hair colored, takes her time and does a perfect job. I’m very picky with my hair and it is a perfect match each time! She does an amazing blowout afterwards that just has me feeling absolutely beautiful! If you’re looking for a new cosmetologist I highly recommend seeing her! I have platinum blonde hair which is very difficult to achieve and each time she’s been spot on!

Jessica is so so so amazing and deserves a raise! She helped me order some out of stock items online as well as pick up a couple items in store that I thought they were out of stock of. She was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient, as I was at her register for a bit. Then, even after I check out we got to talking about sunscreen bc she has flawless skin and I mention I’m on the hunt for the perfect mineral sunscreen. She went above and beyond to walk me to the sunscreens after already taking a fair bit of time helping me check out, and made some recommendations. She was extremely educated on the different product ranges and made excellent recs. She even complimented my blush before we said our goodbyes. This girls customer service is out of this world, coming from someone that’s been in this industry for 8 years. She’s amazing! Ulta, give her a raise or a promotion or something, she so deserves it!

The employees at Ulta are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime they have been out of any particular product in the store, theyve had it shipped to my home. It usually arrives in less than 2 days and theyve never charged a shipping fee. Because they have such a variety of products and brands, there is really no need to shop for beauty products anywhere else. They also run a lot of specials with coupons and free samples, so I always feel like Im getting a lot for my money.

Edit: Since two years ago, I have visited this location several times. They have improved immensely. We now take our daughter to the hairdresser’s part in the back—if you want a stellar kids haircut ask for Tanya. You can call the main number and press 2 to make an appointment. Go during the week if you can and it’ll be quieter there. They do seem to have a high turnover (everybody does these days) so that’s why my first couple of experiences weren’t that grand.——-Original post 2019:Rude cashiers, checkout area crammed with zero room to move. Disorganized store. I had a coupon and the cashier told me there was an even better one through email, so I went into my email and it wasn’t there. She says “oh you must not be platinum. That’s a platinum coupon, I guess.” Dude! Don’t tell me that I could get a better deal and then not give it to me. I left very disappointed.

Lines can be long but usually they open more registers if it does, when they can.Exchanges or returns have been simple and easy for me, with receipt!Ive even had help tracking down a makeup product they didnt have in the store I was pleasantly surprised when they said to hold on and had checked on online and called another local store to verify the status.They have special events here which is fun and the staff get very enthusiastic about inviting attendees 😊.Ive gone to the hair salon booked online prices are within estimated ranges, hairdressers are nice and good about listening and recommendations.Ive also received facial here which has been my favorite thing so far. Relaxing and good service.

Everyone is the store is amazing 😍 Sebastian and Jose are extremely helpful. So upset my debit card chip wasnt working with their machine and unable to swipe for my purchase.. Meagan is beyond AMAZING! She is so sweet, kind and is such an asset to Ulta. I’ve shopped at many Ultas and this was one of the best experiences. She made me feel so comfortable shopping. She took the time to tell me about different hair products and how to use them properly. She helped me several times throughout my visit, I didn’t even have to run around and look for help. I left spending over $150 in products that I now know how to use and love! She also introduced me to a hair stylist named Mandy who also took the time to help me regarding specific products. Both ladies were extremely sweet! Great customer service!

Im a guy that doesnt use a ton of cosmetics, but I will always go to Ulta when I need to pick up things for me or my girlfriend. When I went in today looking for my hair product, Nichole stopped what she was doing to find the specific items I was looking for, and when one of them was discontinued, she gave me recommendations on new product that was better than what I was using before. Usually Im not given the time of day in beauty stores, but this was truly exceptional service and Im thankful for it.

I came to get my hair cut completely blind to what might happen! Sawyer from the moment I walked in was a bright light of energy. I felt an instant client to professional connection!! I recently went through some traumatic incidents that led me to chop my hair off myself and it ended up looking horrid.I saw sawyer was the first available for a curly style cut. I told them to play with whatever idea they had for my hair. I wanted it to just look healthy again. When I tell you! He showed up and showed out!!! He broke down every single product to me and also taught me some new styling technics for enhancing my curl pattern! Anyone with textured or curly hair I will be suggesting sawyer to! I felt safe and left feeling better about myself then how I did when I first woke up this morning. I adore the Plant City Ulta. The customer service is superior to the other locations. They are friendly, helpful and the stylists in the Salon are the best no matter what level they are. I generally visit the store once every 2 weeks and always find what I need...and a few things I just want! Lol! The only suggestion I have, is that they have more give aways . When I in come in and spend $70 to $150 a pop, I at least think I should receive samples or a miniature lipstick, etc. I know this has a lot to do with what the vendors willing to supply...however I think the Manager should speak with the vendors and express how beneficial it would be for sales of their line to be more generous.

Did you know there is a full hair salon in the back of Ulta? No kidding. You know what else? The stylists are awesome. I have been going to Ulta for years to the same stylist. She (sadly) is no longer there, but every stylist I have been to has been great. Mandy did finger waves for my 1920s themed dinner and I looked fantastic. Krista and Brittany have done my color with beautiful results. Sharleen is my new full time stylist. She just spent 2 1/2 hours making sure my color and cut came out perfectly, and it did. If youre worried about your hair coming out messed up, it wont. Ulta has experienced stylists who listen to YOU and what YOU want.

Only once has someone forgotten to do so for us.Driving in the Brandon Mall/Regency Plaza area is maddening, but this store is usually worth the trip in all respects.

I went into Ulta yesterday (10/19) and was going to pick up my routine face wash. Eric approached me and said that he noticed I had breakouts and large pores. At first, I thought, “ouch! Thanks for pointing out my flaws” LOL until he introduced me to a different cleansing product for acne. After having my daughter, she surely sucked out all of my beauty, resulting in breakouts that I’ve never experienced before. Eric showed me this face wash for $39 that I was hesitant to try because of the price. However, just using it once, my face felt SO clean and fresh. So, thank you Eric!!

I LOVE ulta so much. It is my go to makeup store. There are always sales and their credit card benefits are great. Some of the employees could be a little more approachable but I understand if it’s their first job, they are learning people skills. I will continue to always shop here at this store location and online.

I have had a tough time finding a hairdresser since moving to Florida. After some bad cuts and coloring experiences, I found Sharleen at Ulta Salon, Brandon. I will not be looking for another hairdresser and I may just follow her if she ever moves. My hair is so healthy now, the cut is always fabulous, and she has straightened out the color issues. I highly recommmed her!!

Store clerk voided transaction on my daughters gift card and then gave her back an inactive one. One month later she went to shop. $0 on card instead of $35. Thankfully we had the date of my daughters visit and manager will hopefully get to bottom of who did this. Kudos to great manager who worked with us to complete her purchase. We will bw repeat shoppers. Lesson learned: ALWAYS get a gift card receipt especially after a problem with the card.

Not only is she highly capable of covering my very resistant hot roots (grey/white), she is an expert at matching overall color and can fix mistakes made by other colorists. She takes care of all my color, cut and styling needs. One of my teenagers goes to her for her cut and style needs. Azriel is not only very professional she is very personable and nice. You cant go wrong with her!
