Cece at jcpenny brandon is a fantastic hair artist and an absolute sweetheart. She listened to my needs and provided open communication with me so I could be a part of the process to ensure I was pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of being styled by Eunice. She was excellent. I have long locs & I am very tender headed. She took her time, and made sure it didnt hurt. She was so amazing. I love my finished look. I highly recommend her. P.S. I was in and out. She did not have me sitting there all day!!

Gwen is the best!! Ive spent hundreds, (closer to a thousand) in the past few years since Ive moved to Florida and used many different salons and havent been satisfied!! Today I got brave and tried another random one with a random stylist. I got my favorite cut and color that Ive had in the past 10 years!!!!! Im beyond excited about it and Ill forever be back as long as shes here. Recommend 10 out of 10 and the prices are unbelievable for the services!!

I had a great experience today. I havent bothered getting a haircut or style since covid. Actually, before that. I felt like I received the Royal treatment. Thank you Andie for such a great service. My hair looks great! She really knows her stuff. The price wasnt bad either. This place is highly recommended. It gets two thumbs up!

Chuck was amazing!! He really took me from a hot mess to a gorgeous silvery/purple and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the process! Hes extremely thorough and does amazing work! Color and style are beautiful. They got me in as a walk in due to another salons screw up. He will be my stylist from now on! Not to mention the receptionist and the other stylist were very nice! Very clean salon, very well organized, great music and an all around excellent experience! Thanks Chuck!!!

I enjoy going to this salon since it is at the mall and I can do one stop shopping, but I think the decline of JC Pennys in general has affected the other service’s.I was disappointed that I had booked two kids hair cuts and received a call that due to scheduling they would have to rearrange the appointments, that’s fine. On the day of, my daughter went first with a stylist that was available for a walk-in. When the stylist that was going to do my sons hair saw what he wanted she said she didn’t feel comfortable. While I was grateful that she didn’t attempt and potentially butcher his hair; I was disappointed that we waited about 30 mins for her to tell me that. Also, don’t offer a service if you don’t feel comfortable.

I go to Mark. Absolutely awesome stylist with friendly personality. Im a basic trim and long layer style, Mark makes it beautiful every time. Highly recommended 👌

I went in today & was able to be seen soon after arriving. I got Jennifer who was amazing! She has a wonderful personality & did wonderful work on my hair! I thought it was reasonably priced, but she did just start so that may have had something to do with it. Either way, definitely a great experience! Will be going back the next time i get an itch to get a cut.

AJ is amazing! I did full highlights this session with her. She did one inch sections, wedged and sliced (I think) was the term she used. Turned out great! Highly recommend AJ for any hair needs and look forward to my next visit with her.
