John Paul is the best!! Came in with dry, damaged, bleached hair. He could tell I wasn’t happy with it so he suggested we go red. I have traveled to Ohio for the past 8 years to get my hair done by my own stylist. It got to a point where I could no longer do this and my mom was already going to see John Paul. John Paul did a great job fixing the disaster from another salon, he fixed my very uneven haircut and he fixed the botched highlights and color I had in my hair. My hair looks beautiful and blonde like I needed it to look. I had been blonde most of my life and I have had the hardest time finding a stylist that will listen amd simply do what I ask for. I recommend John Paul if youre looking for a great cut! I recently moved to the area from Long Island and was looking for someone with the same expertise as my previous stylist. My hair cut appointment with John Paul exceeded my expectations! I have fine curly hair which I find unmanageable. John Paul worked with me, listened to what I wanted and suggested a cut that would work with my hair type. I no longer style my hair with heat, but can instead wear my hair natural with my new awesome cut and products he recommended. I highly recommend booking an appointment with John Paul.

This was my first time going to this great salon. I had a facial with Shannon and I was really impressed with her professionalism. She discussed my skin care needs and advised me in options. I had a facial and dermaplainining. My skin looks great. Then John Paul did my base color, low lights, cut and blow dry. These are my top two priorities: #1. enjoy the space that I share with my hair professional human (Lets face it, youre spending a block of time there, so you should enjoy it.) #2. Walk out with the best hair results you could get.BONUS! The prices are reasonable so I can stay faithful and come back every 8 to 10 weeks!! Yay! I love how close BOE is to the circuit of my life and theres always new fun trendy salon add-ons theyve done since I was there last. I absolutely appreciated the time she spent with my trying to figure out what it was I wanted. I came in with very dark roots and a bleach blonde mess. He listened to my concerns, understood what I wanted... after me parading umpteen pictures in front of him. 🤦‍♀️My cut is care free. Its always so hard to find a salon when you come to a new area. I have tried numerous places and have not been greatly pleased. When we came down in January, I tried Boutique Out East and I have been very pleased with the quality of both the nail techs and the hairdressers. They listen to what you want but will give suggestions on options you may try. In the end, it is YOUR desires that are met. Cassandra is my nail tech and both Thomas and Brittany have worked on my hair and Ive been pleased with both. It is so nice to have a salon I can count on when we come down next year--keep up the good work! By the way, I love the special deal you give on gift certificates--we hope you offer that next year also...saves a few dollars!

10/10 would recommend Michele for massage!! I had the 60 minute pre-natal massage and it was the best decision ever. She was so delicate and made sure my baby and I were taken care of while still applying the correct amount of pressure I needed to relax and relief my pain. After a frustrating hunt to find a place where someone can cut bone straight hair, I found Boutique Out East and John Paul. Cassandra might be the best mani-pedicurist around and wickedly funny. Kolleen on the front desk is sharp, keeps things flowing, and is a world class conversationalist. People who work here stay here with very little turnover! Not a lot of pressure to up sell. And its like Cheers - after the second visit everyone knows your name.

I miss my salon my hubby and I raised from dirt floors. We had it for 8 years and became one of the top 200 salons in the US for the magazine “Salon Today 200”. We hope the best for the new salon owners. Good Luck on your adventure. I will miss my salon.

I was met by a friendly receptionist that turned out to be a associate filling in since the receptionist was not there . I was offered some coffee and friendly conversation . Rebecca came to the front and got me and brought me back . We went through some pictures I had on my phone and she helped me decide on how to cut my hair . She spend at least twice the one as I am use to and a lot of texturising . She is very talented and I love my haircut and know I have found a new home there ,.
