    My first time getting a Brazilian wax, I was pretty nervous! But Raelyn was awesome and made me super comfortable. It was quick and easy and I loved the end result. She also helped me buy a coconut body oil there and it smells SO good!

    Favorite location with EWC. I had a quick and painless visit with Karisa! I would recommend her to anyone. She is hands down the best. I also love the front desk.     Raelyn is amazing! Shes passionate about her work, shes attentive, focused, and meticulous with her craft. Ive switched to this location from an EWC that was closer to home because the quality of her work is something you cant find anywhere else. You can go to Raelyn at EWC Altamonte and not even have to check her work because she is going to clean up everything and not miss a hair on your body. Shes absolutely phenomenal!

    I get my services done by Raelyn && every single time Iā€™m there - she has me laughing the entire time. Sheā€™s so funny, personable and professional. I was honestly nervous the first time I came in because Iā€™ve been on a weight loss journey and Iā€™m not where I wanna be yet - so getting halfway naked in front of a stranger can be nerve wracking . But Raelyn made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling great. Will deff make this my regular spot for waxings!

    OMG! I just left my wax appointment - and it was my BEST wax experience yet. I have been waxing for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this at any European Wax Center! I was blessed with getting paired with Mariah! She was an angel - she kept my nerves low and her skill of waxing made the pain actually bearable. She truly knew what she was doing! Our conversations distracted me and made the experience a delightful one! Actually considering become a regular just due to this experience and the wonderful person Mariah is!!     Always a wonderful experience at this location. My visit was only slightly ruined by an entitled customer yelling at the manager about the new cancellation policy. Sasha (manager) handled the situation professionally and calmly. My appointment was with Cindy, and she was fantastic! She explained the process as she went (even though I wasnt new - just new to her), and just a joy to chat with.

    I visited European wax center for the first time. Cindy helped me and she was WONDERFUL! Not only did she make me feel comfortable in a usually uncomfortable situation, she really took her time to do things right, and was thorough, kind, and funny throughout my visit with her.     My wax was surrounded by great customer service from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful and educated me on the products I asked about. I got a Brazilian with Zoey and it was Great! I was very comfortable and found this experience to be relaxing. Also, she did a perfect Brazilian. Because of this experience I chose to make this my main waxing center.     European Wax Center at Altamonte Springs is one of my favorites places to visit. Iā€™m regularly seeing Zoey over the last year and itā€™s like a retreat every single time, although wax isnā€™t a fun experience.Please check them out. Everyone is always friendly and super accommodating.Iā€™m a big extrovert and I know sometimes itā€™s hard to communicate, but at this EWC in Altamonte, I always feel welcomed and super comfortable!Thank you Zoey and all the great staff.     Love coming here! Getting waxed in intimate areas can be intimidating but Karisa is so sweet and thorough. She makes sure she gets all the hairs and really preps you by letting you know what she was going to do next or if thereā€™s a larger strip that may be a little bit more painful. I mean truly she goes above and beyond. Every visit makes me feel like Iā€™m casually visiting a friend! The receptionist are always lovely and this place is a whole vibe!! Please give my girl Karisa a raise, she deserves it!

    Iā€™ve been going EWC since late 2022, and I really think itā€™s worth it. From the service, to the flexibility, down to the specialists. After I moved, I went from winter park to altamonte springs, nervous if I was going to get the same quality of care at a different location and I do. Karisa was super kind when we met and I really appreciate that she initiates the small talk while sheā€™s waxing me since I tend to be a little nervous/shy around new people. The front desk people are very nice and always willing to and work help reschedule if I canā€™t make it to my appointment. All in all I highly recommend :D

    This was my first major waxing experience, I was extremely nervous and I made sure I told every person I saw, just how scared I was lol. The first person at the desk was so sweet, I donā€™t remember her name but I know she was a manager and she assured me that I was in good hands. Then my wax was done by Raelyn who is just such a joy. She walked me through everything, talked to me about aftercare and maintenance, and just overall put me at ease and made me feel surprisingly comfortable for someone with their legs spread and their business exposed šŸ˜Š I loved my experience and I already have my follow up appt scheduled! Will absolutely be going to my girl Raelyn again too!Oh, other important stuffā€¦super clean place that surpassed my OCD expectations. All of the women are super professional and have tons of product/skincare knowledge.     I have been a regular here for over 4 years now. My home base is in Miami but I ended up here due to visiting family. Itā€™s always a gamble when trying a new location-I donā€™t like to cheat on my girls lol! When calling to schedule an appointment, I asked for their senior wax specialist. She wasnā€™t available but I was informed that the next best was Raelynn (Iā€™m sorry if I misspelled her name) . She was late (about 10 min) but took me in as soon as she arrived with a smile and was extremely apologetic. She has a great skill set along with great energy! She did such a phenomenal job that I made an appointment with her prior to leaving. Thank you!!!

    I personally go because Zoey was the first person I experienced and she is such a joy to talk to while getting waxed. Shes made the experience comfortable and entertaining each visit.     Ive been to quite a few EWCs along the East Coast and this one is one of my favorites. Brooke Lynn is my favorite. She always takes care of me and I never have any issues with my skin following her visits. Shes great to talk to and she also works quickly.The store is also very clean and the waxers are punctual. If you call to make your first appointment, ask them about a free wax service! Tell them Chey sent you!

    This is literally my FIRST ever google review and I felt the need to leave one. I will be very detailed. This was my first time at this location, Iā€™ve never been to a European Wax Center chain before so this was my first in general. I have been getting full Brazilian waxes with hard wax for almost 3 years now. Within 3 years Iā€™ve been to about 7 or 8 different places. The first issue I had is that they send you right to the back when you check in. You do not have to fill out a questionnaire or anything. Iā€™ve ALWAYS filled out paperwork as a first time customer to a place like this. Secondly, they ask you to undress while theyā€™re still in the room. Every other place Iā€™ve been to steps out of the room and allows for your privacy. They just waited while I got undressed. It was uncomfortable but whatever. I will say however , this was the LEAST painful wax that Iā€™ve ever had. My first waxer was Kianna. She did in my opinion rush through the service. When she was done , I wasnā€™t given a mirror to check. It was my first time so I got 50% off which was cool. By the time I got home it was hair EVERYWHERE. I started to figure thatā€™s why it didnā€™t hurt that bad because the places that usually hurt the most she missed. I called back in the morning and they allowed me to come back and get a touch up the next day. Good customer service on their end. So the next day I come back and I have Kate. Once again no privacy. Undressed in the room right there. And Kate began to wax spots I didnā€™t even know had hair. Which means kianna left a lot the first time. When Kate was finished she gave me a mirror (per request) I checked and everything was removed this time however she didnā€™t wipe all of the residue off. At this point I was just ready to go. Kianna was very friendly and personable but she needs more practice . Kate said sheā€™s been there 12 years so sheā€™s not afraid to get in all the nooks and crannies. If you do decide to go to this location, I recommend you go to Kate. However, I will not be returning. I recommend this place for a simple service like just bikini area or underarms . Not a full brazilianUPDATE : Changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. Like I said in my previous review the customer service here is amazing. And because of that I was invited back right away toFix my issues. No charge. I was running late and theyā€™re extremely accommodating . Kate is so personable and made me feel so comfortably. If youā€™re getting a full brazilian go to her! For some reason their wax doesnā€™t hurt that much either. Theyā€™re right up the street from me so I definitely will be returning now.
